Always love the salad bar (skipped the potato salad, it looked like it was from last week) but the entrees continue to disappoint.

We went to Ruby Tuesday on a Wednesday for a late lunch after picking strawberries nearby. There were seven of us and we were greeted by the host who immediately proceeded to arrange our space. First of all I like the restaurant decor and it just appeared clean and fresh which was pleasant. Our waitress came quickly...I think her name was Michelle...took our beverage orders. She was friendly and professional. After a few minutes we were ready to order. I decided on the $7.99 salad bar special and the broccoli cheese soup for an additional $2. The salad bar appeared fresh, organized with the usual options. Think I read somewhere there were 50 items. It definitely was a great deal for the money but nothing that remarkable for a salad bar. I did enjoy the Italian dressing that was a little different than the normal flavor. Also I was able to take broccoli from the salad bar and put it into the broccoli cheese soup which had no broccoli in it. Anyway overall the meal was good and I was satisfied. We received great service and the restaurant vibe was pleasant...so I'll be going back.

The drink menu is huge, and it's clearly geared more toward flavored latte lovers than coffee purists. If you like creative, dessert-style drinks, you'll have plenty to choose from. Drinks: I ordered a cortado, but it came out more like a breve. Not a big deal, but not quite what I was expecting. I also tried The Alchemist -- an iced latte with white chocolate, English toffee, and raspberry. It was enjoyable, but definitely flavor-forward, with the syrups taking center stage more than the espresso. Food: This is where the place really shines. I ordered the chicken biscuit with Sriracha hot honey, and it was excellent. Crispy chicken, a great biscuit, and the sweet heat from the sauce tied everything together perfectly. Overall: If you're looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot with lots of fun drink options, No Filter is a solid choice. If you're hunting for a specialty coffee experience focused on the coffee itself, this probably isn't the destination -- but the food alone makes it worth the stop.

Friendly service and really great food! My husband had the Why-Yu Ugly Burger and he said it was cooked to perfection, not over cooked or under cooked, with tons of flavor! The fries were wonderful too! I had the Wafflewich and it was delicious with a touch of sweetness to the waffles. We both agreed it was a place we would eat at again and again!

Nothing tastes fresh, and the burgers in particular come across like pre-made patties rather than something made in-house. I'm sure they definitely run across the street to food lion for the premade patties. I've tried several options, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately they all fell flat. One burger was overly drenched in hot sauce.... Yes hot sauce. Have yall heard of an aioli? That'll help you out tremendously. All I tasted was that vile hot sauce they picked out. On top of that, the service hasn't been great, and the overall cleanliness left me questioning the food quality. Servers also seem like they don't have a clue what they're doing. Their first day on earth lol. It's frustrating because this place has potential, with being on bar rescue but right now I wouldn't recommend it. There are definitely better burger restaurant option. Go to a place where they have passion for food and restaurants. Not a place just looking for a check. I have a strong feeling this place does not actually cooking. A whole lot of microwaving

Great place to get some GOOD Italian food in Garner!…read more This location is right off Veterans Parkway (formerly known as Highway 42) with a large private parking lot. There's a main entrance as well as a separate door for retrieving pick-up orders. Although I've only been twice so far, both times the service was great. Upon being seated, our server greeted us and filled our glasses with water. I love that they leave large bottles of water at your table so you don't have to wait for a server for a refill. Next, our server shared the specials of the day. Each day, there are soup and entree specials. On my first visit, I ordered the Rigatoni Rustica, and it was DELICIOUS. The cream sauce was magnificent. I loved how rich and creamy it was while not being too heavy. My mother ordered the lasagna. It was good, but the only issue was that in the middle, there was a lot of pasta and not a lot of meat sauce, so the noodles seemed a little thick and not as appetizing. Not a huge issue, but we like a lot of meat sauce. My dad ordered the Cajun Ravioli, which was the special for the day. It was delicious as well. I highly recommend and it's become one of my favorite places in the area to grab some good Italian food. The portions were great and the prices are reasonable!

The disappointment was the service and food. Our waitress was very friendly but she didn't know the menu or even the specials for that evening. I ordered a margarita which took over 15 minutes to arrive. The place wasn't busy and three of the staff were sitting at the bar chatting so I don't understand why it took so long to come to the table. The margarita was on the weak side. We ordered the Scotch eggs, sausage rolls and poutine. The eggs of the Scotch eggs were cooked perfectly but the sausage meat was extremely overpowering. I think they must add a lot of seasoning in it, and honestly it was too much for me. The breading was good and fried well but the sausage was so overwhelming that I just took the egg out and ate that. I do think they use the same sausage meat in the sausage rolls. The pastry was nice and they were a good temperature. But again the sausage meat was so strongly seasoned it was off putting. I do want to note that I grew up in Scotland so I am probably a harsh critic of the Scotch eggs and sausage rolls but my American husband thought similarly to me. The poutine was good. The cheese curds were nicely melted and the gravy was nicely balanced. It was a cool place to check out but I wouldn't go back in a hurry.
