There's a main entrance as well as a separate door for retrieving pick-up orders. Although I've only been twice so far, both times the service was great. Upon being seated, our server greeted us and filled our glasses with water. I love that they leave large bottles of water at your table so you don't have to wait for a server for a refill. Next, our server shared the specials of the day. Each day, there are soup and entree specials. On my first visit, I ordered the Rigatoni Rustica, and it was DELICIOUS. The cream sauce was magnificent. I loved how rich and creamy it was while not being too heavy. My mother ordered the lasagna. It was good, but the only issue was that in the middle, there was a lot of pasta and not a lot of meat sauce, so the noodles seemed a little thick and not as appetizing.
