After many visits to the Garner location, I'll keep coming back. They are consistent in their service, quality of food and comfortable atmosphere. The booths are quite large - perhaps 4 people on each side on some of the big ones. Round tables in the center for families or large groups. There is one wait-staff that stands out to me. Her name is Cheyen, and we are happy while in her section. She is full time, and she knows everything. She accommodates us with extra sauces (in take-home), and even had a BLT rolled in a wrap. That was special. She'll provide drink refills, and even asks us if we want them "to go." Extra napkins, no problem. There is a bar section with pool tables. Looks like fun. read more

We enjoy dining at this location. Our family started coming here around the first of this year and been eating here several times a month ever since. They recently updated their menu and we love it! Many brisket choices have been added and my son loves that!! I really enjoy the new fish tacos as THEY ARE SO GOOD! One of the managers there (older gentleman we mostly see on the weekends Fri. Sat & Sun) is so nice. We placed a to go order after dining in a few weeks back and the kitchen accidentally made the wrong item. He was so apologetic and he made it right as a great manager does! I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I arrived and ordered a drink, which took over 15 minutes to come out. When my husband joined me he then ordered a drink and an appetizer, but after 45 minutes, neither had arrived--and we still hadn't even had our food order taken. At that point, I waved the waitress down to asked for the check. She hadn't checked on us in 45 minutes and we were still waiting for our drink and appetizer. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable serve. After this experience, I won't be returning. read more

It was an alright experience. Solidly average. For $30 plus tip, I had pickle chips, fish & chips and chocolate peanut butter pie. Parking was easy at 2pm. There looks to be a bar and gaming in one room, while another is devoted to dining. I dined. The pickle chips were not greasy and came with ranch dressing. I'm not into ranch dressing, but since this was my first time eating pickle chips, I didn't know what to replace it with. They were good enough and very plentiful. Too much for one person, unless you're the type of one person who eats a lot. The fish & chips were pretty good - the highlight of the meal. But they came with what seemed to be either mayonnaise or sour cream or whatever. I don't know because the dip was totally devoid of flavor. I might have seen a chive... I almost ate it with my hands. Had to ask for a knife and fork...twice. Service was fine and always available, but utensils are pretty much always step one. The pie wasn't much of a win. It had the most flavor of all three courses, but the look and taste simply bled "old." Maybe "old" is a strong word, but by no means can I substitute it with "fresh." No need to return. Disgusting place, I would never go back again I've gone multiple times trying to give it chances but you cannot do anything to fix this place. I've gotten food poisoning from here and OWNER refused to believe it was the food in his building. Mangers cannot handle situations well. Found hair in my food MULTIPLE times had it remade still hair in it. Servers threw straws food came out looking like it was just thrown on the plate and sent out. Fish DISGUSTING tasted OLD!! Brownies are EXPIRED aren't made fresh. ROACHES crawling on kids highchairs, fell from off the ceiling right infront of me in the front, crawled up my leg in the bar. Met up with friends here for drinks and dinner. It's a local joint with another location in the area but isn't yet at the stage of being a chain despite the glossy menu with fancy beverages. Chicken wings to start were good. Six "hot" wings had a nice kick to them without being too spicy. The blue cheese wasn't that chunky but it was good. For main course, I chose the "Big Rudy" burger which is two beef patties. Easy enough to eat with knife and fork as I'm still doing the keto diet and losing weight. I had a light beer with it. After much coaxing, my husband persuaded me to go back to Cleveland Draft House for a second try. It is conveniently located and we really like the interior. The problem is with the food, it has zero flavor. We ordered mozzarella sticks, they looked good and we started eating, it didn't have any flavor, I also ordered fried shrimp and that didn't have flavor either. I added so much salt and black pepper to my food but alas it didn't do any good. I am begging the owners, please, at minimum invest in kosher salt and a pepper mill to season the food, flour by itself does not have any taste whatsoever. Herbs and spices adds flavor to food, don't be afraid to use them. read more

We had a great time for our first time here. We sat outside at a lovely table. The service was spot on. I had a Bloody Mary to start, it was delicious. The right amount of spicy with olives and celery. What a deal for $5.00. My sandwich was also a home run, pulled pork with coleslaw on a bun with fries. Great flavor, plentiful portion. Coleslaw not too mayonnaisey, pork flavor great. Fries were hot just how I like them. Waitress was right there when we needed her and disappeared when we didn't. Hey. I wasn't sure if I would give a 3 star or the 4 that I did. The food here is great 75% of the time. My son came to visit us with his wife & 2 kids and I had told him that we can go to Cleveland Draft House and the baby back ribs are excellent. We took everyone out to eat and the wives & kids ordered what they wanted and said their meals were good ( not delicious). Matt ( my son) and I had some of the large selection of beer while our ribs were cooking. What a disappointment that night. Tasted (bland & chewy). Didn't "fall off the bone" . I've been to this location more than once let's just leave it at that. I have had the meatloaf and sandwich more than once it tastes good but, it looks like canned dog food. I would recommend eat on site not Togo food. And if you are looking for a cool 50s and up bar to check out this is definitely that type of dive. I will say it is a solid 3 out of 5. This is usually my favorite place to get a burger...until tonight. My spouse ordered the bacon ranch chicken sandwich, my friend ordered a burger well done & I ordered a burger well done. The bacon chicken ranch sandwich was perfect. Our burgers were raw. We both cut ours in half so that's how we knew. We asked the waitress to take them back but she only heard my friend say hers was raw. It took a while to find our waitress so she could take mine back. We had to ask for her to get new sweet potato fries. Her burger came back & it was a new burger. When they finally brought mine back, it was the same burger & was partially still raw but no new onion rings. I asked for the manager. The manager Tommy came over. He wanted to argue the fact he wanted to argue the fact that got the same burger back. He wouldn't even take the time to listen and pretty much walked away with me just asking for a refund.. he walked away, rolling his eyes and was not apologetic in any sort of way. We go to the one on HWY 42 and I can say we have never had a bad meal or a bad experience there. The service is always great, the employees are wonderful. I don't think this place gets the credit they deserve. Dining room on one side, bar area on the other with pool tables and games. Just depends on what you want. Started with the pretzel appetizer which wasn't bad ..then both of us had French dips ...my expectations were tempered and they proved to be right ..not very good ..tasteless and just not a decent French dip ...maybe some other menu items are better but this wasn't doing it ..the fries were hot and tasty though. Had the meatloaf and meat was lower quality and green beans were very salty. I guess all restaurants are dealing with inflation, but please don't reduce quality to 3 stars. I just moved in down the street, so I was very excited to try the food here. I was so disappointed. My husband and I got the ginormous pretzel app, which was definitely big, but was way overcooked, and the pub cheese tasted like it came from a bag. I got the cowboy burger, it was large but had no flavor and fries weren't good either. My husband got The buffalo chicken sandwich, the chicken was a great size but had little to no sauce on it and wasn't even crispy. I think it depends when you get there and if you're planning on getting food at the bar or in the dining room with your family. My family waited for 45 minutes to be the last people seated in the dining room. We waited for quite a while to get our food and by the time it arrived my mothers French dip was cold to the touch. She didn't end up telling the waitress because she was very flustered and rarely visited the table. This place has really gone downhill. Prior to COVID they had fair prices and the food was alright. Nice variety of choices but hit or miss on quality. Since then we have done take away and it has been slow and poor. Ordered online which was nice, but not easy. Times were not accurate. We go to this location very often and they never have a wait. We always sit on the left with the dining side and are greeted promptly by our waitress every time we go. Every time I'm in town, I stop and get the meatloaf plate. The meatloaf is always moist and a large portion.

If you are on I40 and need a break stop by this joint. Many beer and wine choices and mixed drinks as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the break from our drive. The onion rings were awesome. We will stop in again. read more
