BWW is not what it used to be, there a sign when you enter to seat yourself, scan the QR code. The QR codes are faded on the table, you have to use the one on the other tables near by, the server attitude is ridiculous. My son was looking to see what drink he wanted, she's pretty much rushing him aggressively naming which ones they have. While we're putting the order in, I decide to take fries off my order. She tried to tell me she can't take the fries off because she already put it in, I said so you can't make any modifications to an order once you put it in..... her response "I already put it in" so I repeat myself, she then says she has to tell the kitchen to take them off. After a day with my two adult sons we decided to go to BW3 and after 10 minutes and four different servers passing the table without one saying a word, we got up and left. The hostess was on her phone the entire time and no one ever asked for our drink order. We got up, went around the corner to Chilis and had the best service and food! We stopped in to grab food and watch football and had an okay experience. The wait time was only 10-15 minutes so that was a plus. Everything was good. Food 10/10, Service 10/10, but the trash on the floor was absolutely HORRENDOUS. I saw a few people trying to clean it up but one person swept up three times and left, not doing anything else. Me and my Family's waitress was amazing, very sweet and kind, she actually cleaned up 89% of the mess on the other side of the floor to where I was sitting. There were two parties in front of me when I arrived and only one person gathering the orders and speaking to the customers. On top of waiting a while for my order I had to pay a service charge 99 cents for placing a to-go order. We walked in and usually they have a hostess seating you. Stood there being ignored by at least four workers before a girl finally told us to seat ourselves. Even with a packed house and short staff we received service and our food within amazing time making our hungry bellies very thankful. My partner and I are vegetarians so coming back for the cauliflower wings is already being planned. They came out hot, crispy with the cauliflower inside the golden breading still slightly crunchy and perfectly cooked. So first I want to say that May the server was super nice, super apologetic and I felt bad for her because she apologized for forgetting to put in the system extra crispy( which is fine, we all make mistakes) 2nd Samantha the manager needs a major lesson in customer service and running a restaurant. I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times (Smithfield is my preferred location) I've been there on BOGO tuesdays and never have I been told I can't order them extra crispy. I've had Buffalo Wild Wings twice, chipotle BBQ and buffalo seasoning. Flavors were very good but could've had more seasoning and the wings are fairly small. Too expensive for the size and the skimping on the seasoning but still was enjoyable. The fries were a bit below average for me, didn't like the seasoning and weren't crispy enough. Update: I tried em again, got mild and medium and it was actually delicious. Just don't get their dry rubs, please. They skimp on the seasoning terribly. The buffalo sauce was delicious, tore through them wings like there was no tomorrow. Had also got a NY style cheesecake which was delicious with the thick graham cracker crust I love. Still, it's a very expensive place for the portion you get. And the blue cheese cups are pretty small. Wingstop destroys, but BWW is probably top second. read more

Before a new Bdubs was built in Holly Springs, this was the only location close to us, so we were here a lot. When we first started dining here years ago the service and food were 4-5 stars. Over the years the service has gone down tremendously and the food could be better. This particular visit tonight was for one thing only... to redeem my Free bday wings lol. So not only was it extremely crowded for a weekday, but just to order take out was like putting together a middle school science project! I have been to all of the BWW around the triangle, and this is one of the better ones The food is great, the service can be good. They have more TV's running than Best Buy, or HHGregg. You know it dont take that long to fry up some chicken. The time before they, the waiter forgot to bring out the appetizer we ordered. But both times, the staff was friendly. In order to distract you from the long wait time, they let you play Buzztime Trivia. That is where you have some hand hand controllers that are similar to the old speak n spells. You play against other people in the BWW on trivia games, and card games. They show on the screen who is winning locally, along with the top scores of all the bars and restaurants all over the country that have the same game system hooked up. Buffalo Wild Wings, I miss you! Used to hit the Chapel Hill location all the time but it recently closed. So now the nearest BW3 is way out there in Garner. As luck would have it, was rolling by around lunch time so I popped in to get a fix. BW3 is like a lot of sports bars/restaurant: fatty fried foods, cheap beer and big screen TV's with the big game on. But what makes Buffalo Wild Wings so much better than the rest are the great wing flavors. My faves are the garlic parmesan and mango habanero wings. They are awesome and I've never tasted anything close so far. Only issue I ran into at this location was sllooowww service. So if you're looking for the best wings in the area, stop by BW3 in Garner. Until then, I'll keep my fingers crossed hoping they'll open one up in Raleigh proper. read more
