I'd give this place negative five stars if I could. My girlfriend and I went there for dinner this evening and the manager denied us service even after I went to my car to get our masks. We'd been standing there 10 minutes waiting to be seated before he said anything about them. My girlfriend coughed due to having asthma and he told us to leave. Really? WTH? You're gonna let someone stand there and then tell them to get their masks after ten minutes and then deny service! read more

Today was my second bad experience with this location in 6 months. Arrived at 12:30 & had to wait nearly 10 minutes for a table. Restaurant was not even half full. No lettuce on Salad bar. Had to wait another 10 minute for them to replenish. Ordered chicken breast to put on salad & took over 40 minutes. Ended up taking it to go. Management really needs to step up. Ok so given, I'm a vegetarian so this place isn't my #1 choice and I don't have one in my area....but long story short.....went here with a HUGE party late on a Friday night. 13 of us....all women who had flown to get there who were hungry and a little tired. So ya, the food, eh, ok. I did make my own dinner with a mixture of things. RT you really suck for vegetarian food options, but your mac n cheese is pretty good for a chain restaurant (I'll give ya that one). My beer was huge and yummy and cheap, so extra points for that. read more

Don't come here if you're expecting to receive your food in a reasonable manner. Don't know if its the wait staff or the kitchen. But they better get their act together or they will be out of business soon. Took nearly 40 mins to be notified that my order had been given to another customer. Took nearly another 25 mins to bring me an order that was incomplete. Tried to comp me. For an incomplete meal? One server had the courage to talk to me. I gave him a tip. Again. I love this Ruby Tuesday's. It is one of the best I've been to and certainly one of the best run in the metro area. We come here often. Despite what the earlier reviewer said, it is also the cleanest. Servers constantly checked and cleaned the salad bar. They also place thermometers in the contents to make sure they were at the correct temperature. The overall service is also awesome! They have some of the nicest servers. We have never been disappointed. Okay. 2017. Sad to say the service and the food are not nearly as good as they used to be. I am hoping that they can get back to being my favorite neighborhood restaurant. read more

This isn't what I normally expect or find when I dine at a Ruby Tuesday restaurant. This place is old and tired. As in the physical aspect - it's run down and needs a remodel. The food was substandard. The serving staff appear to be disinterested and far from engaged in much of anything here. I'm just disappointed. read more

From the start this place was horrible. The waiter was upset when we wanted to switch from a booth to a table because there where 4 adults and it's was to crowed. Then when we made our order, my coworker ordered a lemonade and never received it. So she said never mind, he got an attitude . We waited over 40 minutes to eat. Thank goodness the other person wasn't hurt when she dropped our food, so we had to wait longer for 2 of the meals to be recooked. When they came out the 2 plates where wrong they were the ones that already came out. So we had to wait longer. We received no refills on our drinks while we waited. Now we all finally eat and it's check time. We tried really hard not to call the manager even with the wait time, dropped food, wrong food. However he had all are checks wrong, when my coworker tried to tell him he snapped at her and said well you should have told me before switching everything around (which we didn't) then it came to my check. Remember that lemonade my coworker order that never received the lemonade ,it was on my check. So off course I tell the waiter and again blames us for moving seats. So he brings back my check and this time it's only 4.99 which is definitely wrong. Wait another 10 minutes to find him to let him know that my check is wrong and it should be more. Swipes my card and says it's Fixed . Nope it's not he charged me for that lemonade again. So I had enough after 2 hours of this horrible service and have to call the manager. He fixes everything and we can finally leave. We come to ATL every year to pick up Christmas gifts for foster children. So it's a shame that we won't be eating here again due to this service. This is the worst food I have ever received! Our chicken was raw! My baked potato was cold wrapped in aluminum foil and had no butter or condiments. Our salad came with NO dressing. And there was no ketchup for the fries. When we called to complain the manager just blew us off and offered to do NOTHING to fix the situation. Do not order from them!!! read more

By far the best service we have had in any restaurant in years!! From the Host who sat us, till we left. The host explained everything perfectly, welcomed us with a huge smile and friendly conversation and knowing we were from out of town he showed us where the restrooms were located without us even asking. He was super polite. Then the lady who was refilling the salad bar asked if there was anything i didn't see already up there that i may want and she would gladly go get it, the waitress was very thorough and super friendly and explained the best way to combine our food choices and extra sides to make the price better. I could go on and on, but Everyone we came in contact with from start to finish went the extra mile and made our lunchtime just a pure joy! We made sure to let the manager know how wonderful all of her staff were before leaving. I highly recommend this location! Best weve ever experienced. read more

Horrible service. Walked in, noticed couple was leaving upset due to poor service. We were seated promptly but sat for :15 minutes, no waiter. Finally ordered drinks, waiter wanted food order at same time. Drinks arrived :15 later. Food arrived in :20 and tasted good. Went to men's room, bathroom was philthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. The only issues here are horrible service, poor cleanliness and careless management. Great location very down to earth servers Candy was great very friendly and made a great margarita.

What can I say the customer service here is less than great. I asked for water twice, I shouldn't have to ask 3 times. The salad had stale croutons. I ordered the bourbon chicken, not too bad. The knifes wood handle was falling apart. This place needs some work. read more

Got the half rack of ribs with mash potatoes and a Caesar salad. Pretty standard stuff it was good no complaints the service was excellent (they do a great job of maneuvering in the tight space of this particular restaurant) and I had an overall great experience. read more

Stopped by to pick up a late lunch for take out. Bartender, Alana Richardson, took my order. She made a great suggestion on what I was considering ordering to save me money. She was pleasant and a smile the entire time. Will be back. read more

Ruby Tuesday is normally tasty but not this day short staffed on the servers, salad bar was not filled, not cleaned. Ordered a burger medium very tasty, the cooked did an excellent job. The server sucked never brought out the condiments for the burger, had to flag down another server for condiments (Ketchup, mayo) when the burger was delivered he should have provided the condiments at the same time. No refills on beverages. My 18 month old baby loves mashed potatoes but he did not enjoy these( looked like they had been sitting under a warmer very sticky, he hated the chicken fingers. Management needs to get more involved and hire more people to be more attentive to the salad bar and more servers t meet the needs of the customers. read more

It took 4 people over two hours to order appetizers and leave. Although there were plenty of tables, there was no one seating anyone and people would leave. We waited an excessive amount of time for everything. I would never go back. I ordered a cheese cake to go and when I opened it there were deep fingerprints in it. The worse Ruby Tuesday ever..... I usually go for the salad bar. This location, the salad bar had drippings everywhere, the counter was greasy, just grouse, half of the items that should of been on the bar were missing, food particles from other items mixed with other items on the salad bar. The floor around the salad bar was sticky where your shoes stuck to the floor. I ask for cheese that was one of the many items missing from the bar and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to bring it out. Management needs to evaluate this location because it is horrible. read more

Visiting from out of town and came in for a late lunch after traveling. We were a party of three and came in the middle of the afternoon and though the restaurant was empty except for the bar, we waited for 5-10 min to be seated. When someone came to seat us, she said that she saw us waiting but did not apologize for making us wait or offer a reason as to why. Our server was polite and friendly but was not very attentive; it took a long time for her to come back and take our order. The restaurant remained fairly empty during our time there and our appetizer and food still took longer than it should've (2 hamburgers and a ceaser salad). When our food did come, she brought us a salad without any silverware. When we asked her to bring silverware, she said she would but never came back. We had to go up to the bar to request them. I would not recommend coming back. The food was okay but wait staff had poor customer service. read more

I love Ruby Tuesday but the airport location is a disgrace. I work in the area and have ordered take out about a dozen times and it's almost never ready when I get there. They are often out of to go utensils and after I started complaining they started giving me dine in utensils. One time while waiting I went to the restroom and almost threw up at what I saw. read more

This is the WORST place to go. I went with my family on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate, and was so disappointed. It took literally an hour and a half for them to bring out our very simple orders, even with the restaurant being relatively empty. It was as if the waitresses didn't even want to serve us. The workers were running throughout the restaurant, having personal phone conversations, yelling, and joking in the parking lot instead of serving us. Then, the food was subpar and missing pieces of our dishes. The salad bar looks unappetizing. Never going back. Would never recommend. read more

Horrible Service. Felt like they were mad that I was there. Brought refill 5 min after bringing the initial drink, hadn't taken a zip out of the original, did it just to get it out of the way. Was planning to get dessert but as soon as i was done with my meal, they brought me the check, kicked me out. On business by myself, was seated right away but the table rocked so bad it almost fell over. Had them seat me at another table then had to wait 10 mins before server came to the table. I placed my order, then made a plate at the salad bar and finished my salad and still no drink. Service sucks! Had to keep flagging down servers who seemed to rush by you pretending to not see you. Horrible. Restaurant empty still took 10 minutes to seat party of 1. Tables sticky and dirty. Appetizer came out after I was on second round of salad bar . Margaritas took 15 minutes to get served although it seem like the bartender was the only who was halfway good at her job. Drink was done and was waiting on just our app.. aprox 50min came and we got our app. Looked disgusting. Tenders were burnt, cheese fries were soggy, thai rolls were dry, and everything was cold. Asked waitress for check and said we would just go somewhere else, because we were frustrated with the slow service, Screaming kids running around in the aisles, and to receive that awful food was just the last straw. I give this restaurant 1 star just because the doors of this establishment are still open. My wife and I left a very nice bistro in Hapeville (5 min away) because beer was not served there. I suggested RUBY TUESDAY because I knew beer is served and the menu is favorable for the both of us. We were seated in approx 10 min which wasn't bad for 7:15 pm on a Friday night. The wife and I decided to go for the salad bar since she wanted fresh salad and a wine, while I wanted a salad and a beer. I would've chosen something prepared by the kitchen but was too hungry to wait... maybe I should have. We went to the salad bar and found it to be low or empty of its portions of various items to eat. The salad tongs we imbedded in the salad bowl where you would have to stick your hand in the food to grab the utensil. The other various items were arranged in such a way where you had to reach over two items to reach what you wanted. Mind you, arm pits, dirty, dusty sleeves and God knows what else is falling into the food area. Spillage of food was not cleaned up in a timely manner and the overall appearance of the salad bar looked as if it was unattended and hadn't been replenished since late afternoon. The salad bar was also up in the front of the restaurant approx 20 ft or less from the front door. What a poor place to put it! A high trafficked area full of germs with street dust seasoning the already poorly maintained area...ugh. I asked my waitress for a manager and it took him with no exaggeration 10 minutes PLUS to come address my concerns. The manager apologized and said the meal was on him, but I wouldn't call it a meal because it seemed more like old leftovers from lunch. I am not hard to please, especially when I'm extremely hungry but I will NEVER come back to this place. Now that I've done my civic duty to inform, please take heed. Brunch is gross! Bloody Mary just bloody. Instant eggs says it all. Not to mention ghetty as all get out!!!

Long story short: the mcdonalds across the street would've been a better choice and this is coming from a life long vegetarian. This is the first time I've read mostly bad reviews about a restaurant and went ahead and ate there anyways. It was a bad choice. Upon entering the hostess came up to the podium and without greeting us called over and sat the couple who was waiting. When she came back for us she asked us to wait ten minutes for a table, although the dining area seemed empty to me. I started looking around to see if there were any servers and noticed old dirty worn carpet, sticky tile and smudge marks on the salad bar guard. We were seated at a booth and offered a booster for my one year old. I explained she needed a high chair and was told we'd have to move to a table to use one of those and none were available. I explained there's no way she was going to stay seated in a booster and the hostess let us have a high chair. A happy waitress came over introducing herself and already apologizing for the wait, letting us know she's trying her best. She takes our orders, then leaves. I notice the table is sticky. My meal came with a salad bar so I went to help myself. The plates at the bar were dirty, greens wilted, cucumbers turned a funny glossy color bc of being past their prime. I sat down to eat and none of us had utensils to eat with. After a while the food started to arrive, first my dinner order (which was over salted), then my daughter's side dish, then the cheddar biscuits, then her dinner, then my husbands beer, then my husbands dinner. The beer he originally orderd ended up being unavailable, so he opted for a lesser quality beer they were sure to have not run out of. I suggested at that point we cancel the starter order that never came. We did an the server seemed shocked and then offered us a coupon for a child's meal free. She came back with the check and said she couldn't find the coupon. Oi. At this point I'm really wondering if I've ever had a worse dining experience and then notice the wallpaper is being held up by scotch tape. Seriously. As we walk out I realize the officer that was hanging out at the hostess podium is still there, it became clear to me that he was keeping the peace instead of picking up a to go order. No, I would not return to this place. Not if I was starving. If I hadn't been in a car all day, my kids needing to eat and our options limited bc it was so late I would've left the place as soon as I was asked to wait ten minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. read more

Typical restaurant chain. Food was A-OK. Servers were so-so. It seemed like they needed some more help because one guy were serving at least six different parties. Portions are a bit small for the price that you pay. If you're staying in nearby Motel 6 this might be a convenient option for you, however you can walk across the street to Waffle House or even to McDonalds to receive more food for your dollar. read more
