Ruby Tuesday in Springfield usually good. This one in Branson was the most disgusting food I have had. Had to send steak back for being burnt. Second one was tougher than shoe leather. I wasn't to wowed by the food this time. The salad bar is great but for the price of our ticket I didn't walk out full in delighted. They had some staffing issues so they only had three Waiters but the one that we had she did an amazing job, she had a big party of an O at least 12 to 17 people and she worked it with no problem at all. I had the Asiago steak with onion rings I was pretty okay, and my husband had the ribs and shrimp apparently he enjoyed because he ate it all. If I didn't have to rate this it would be a fucking Fat zero. for starters told us a 5 min wait turned into a 25 minute wait. it's colder than Alaska in this mfer. I would like to give them higher marks. The waiting staff was great but the food was not. Steak came out cold and tasted like it was sitting on a plate all day. They did warm it up but still tasted off. Kids food tasted off. Go only if you doing the salad bar. Arrived for dinner on a rainy Monday evening around 7 PM. Only a very few tables were occupied. We were seated promptly in an area with two other occupied tables and were then promptly abandoned. The guests at the other tables were overhead complaining to themselves about how long it took to even get something to drink, and they were impatiently awaiting for their food. When it arrived, two orders were wrong. All the while this was going on, we sat in the next booth completely ignored. Two servers, a busy boy, the restaurant manager, and I believe an assistant manager walked past our booth without so much as even acknowledging our existence. After waiting exactly nine (9) minutes without being offered so much as a glass of water to drink, we stood up and walked out. We walked right past the "hostess" who seated us. She thanked us and told us to have nice evenning, obviously oblivious to her surroundings and what had just occurred. On the way out the door, I told her we were leaving because we couldn't get waited on and she just shrugged her shoulders. An inexcusable and disgraceful lack of customer service. I have to downgrade my ranking for Ruby Tuesdays because the brunch and service were awful. I got the crispy chicken Benedict and was a very disappointed. It was a chicken strip on a bun with dried up "cheesy scrambled eggs" on top. The potatoes were salty and the mimosas weak. The worst part was the that the server was sweating profusely and kept touching my friend. YUCK! The drinks were terribly presented with pulp all over the glass and juice around the stem. It's not like these beverages were poured in a hurry and delivered to our table in haste. We had to wait a while for these babies. We sent them back for a stronger version, and the glasses looked worse the second time. The whole experience was terrible in comparison to my first time here. Don't think I'll be back. Had a great meal tonight. We were immediately seated, our server arrived shortly after and took our order and our food was on the table soon after that. The service was great. I loved our waiter. The salad bar was also pretty amazing. The problems with this place is pricing, portion, and flavor. I ordered the Chicken Bella. When it was brought out, the chicken was completely and totally tasteless. It didn't even taste like chicken and it's texture was... odd? The Parmesan sauce would've better been named "thick white water" because it did nothing but coat the chicken. There were more mushrooms then there was chicken, the ratio was comical. However, they actually added flavor to the dish. The artichoke and the chicken had no taste so the mushroom complimented it nicely. We were charged about $15 for a flavorless flank of chicken no lever than the palm of my hand that was topped with a mountain of mushrooms and three slices of artichoke. The only reason for the two stars is because of how great the salad bar was. read more

Visiting from out of state and always saw commercials for this place so my mom and I decided to try it. We were seated quickly, had a great waiter, food came out fairly quickly, and food was really good! Several other tables complained about slow service was this was because of a dinner rush so it's not always like that I'm sure. Very nice place to eat and good food! read more

Came here because it was on the gluten free app. Daughter has celiac. Got there and there was no gluten free menu. Waitress said it was on an app online. Was not easily found. We left to find somewhere my daughter could eat. Very inconveniet as we also had two hungry toddlers. Will not be back. read more

If I could give a negative star review then I would. The absolute disgust from what I saw when I was dining with my family is completely overwhelming. The manger was so slick and I had to honestly think about what I saw. She was helping clean up a few tables and close out some bills while the server was busy tending to other guests. One Family handed her their bill and when it was brought back they told her specifically that they wanted to make sure the tip (Which was cash) was left for their server because of their absolutely amazing service and very kind personality. The manager who (I heard her called Jessica) told her, "Yes, I will let them know!" and then she walked off. A few mins later the server came up to her and asked if they left a tip and the manager told this poor woman, "No honey, they come in here often and never tip anyone. Surprised they didn't try to get their meals comp'd since they know who I am" overall this manager STOLE not only from the server, or the restaurant, but she stole from the people who seemed to really enjoy the service they received! I felt so bad for that poor young woman! And we tried to say something but everytime we did the manager would hover over to make sure she was doing her job correctly or some reason. Maybe she was a new server or something. I also didn't want to ask for the manager to say something due to being unsure if there was another one working at the time. If your corporate sees this then I hope you get what you deserve for what you did to her and that family! You would think someone with a southern accent like that would be happy to show another young woman how to be successful in life the RIGHT way!!! But I guess those colorful tattoos are an attempt to cover the very dark and deceitful person you truly are! read more

Just left the Branson, Mo location with a big smile on my face!! I should preface this review by saying, I was a GM & AD in the restaurant business for 25 years, so I'm a pretty tough critic. We were greeted immediately, sat within 2 minutes and our waiter, Eric?, took our drink order as soon as we got situated. I ordered the fried shrimp, cheesy grits & a salad bar. The shrimp was cooked PERFECTLY, (most places over cook it & it becomes rubbery). The cheesy grits were light & fluffy & the salad bar was full, clean & FRESH!! Our waiter stopped to check on us a few times and was very helpful. I asked him about the croutons (one of our favorite things at Ruby Tuesday's), and he sent the manager over to answer my questions. I didn't get the managers name, but he was super nice, took the time to answer my questions & even chatted with us for a few minutes. It was above and beyond Table touching and both my husband & I really appreciated his time. I hope this gets back to him! We are from Nebraska, & could have stopped somewhere new while here, but we are never disappointed at Ruby Tuesday's, and today was the best yet!! Please open another location is southwest Omaha or Gretna/Millard area. We went to the one in lakeside a few weeks ago to find it was closed. read more

Our party really enjoyed our meal. We were impressed with the variety and the freshness of the salad bar. Menu options of spaghetti squash and fresh asparagus made our decision to eat there a winner. Food is good. I wouldn't sacrifice a virgin to get to try it again but overall, good. The service here has been amazing, very friendly staff from everyone I visited with. Our waitress Lauri, was amazing, on top of her game, our water glasses didn't even have the opportunity to be empty. Service was horrible. The server brought half the table's food 15 minutes before the others and told us that the others were coming right out. He comes by a few minutes later and asks how the food is. Well we're not eating until the kids get their food. Then he lied and says the kitchen lost the order.
