Drink food and servers were absolutely amazing! We sat at the bar and really enjoyed ourselves!

Beignets starter (includes 6)

My family (2 adults and 2 teens) went here for a late breakfast. It was really good. The beignets were amazing! My teens were disappointed there weren't chocolate chip pancakes but I assume they were on the kids menu. Teens...Great mom and pop type breakfast place.

My biscuit with my egg I smashed on top with gravy

We were heading somewhere else and decided to try Ruby slipper for our breakfast. (Keep going to the next place.) CLUE #1 the table next to us had a big family of good eaters. I could tell, when Lady left most of her whole plate. The older kids didn't even finish much on their plate at all. CLUE #2 The coffee wasn't that great, weak. CLUE #3 they brag about their homemade biscuits for years; I could barely cut the top with my knife. I got the sausage gravy, which was good with an egg on my biscuit. Pancakes were good, OK. Nothing to write home about with the Applewood bacon was also OK. Cold. Service was excellent!! This place is an old diner. Check out the photos. Cute not comfortable chairs. Very loud for breakfast! Not that great to eat in our opinion. Not much taste to the biscuits or pancakes. Not sure how it has 4 stars?

Best bloody Mary with amazing pickled green beans! Don't knock it till you try it!
Lorinn S.

We came here, because there was no where else to go. When all along, we should've been coming here. It was absolutely amazing. To start, my bloody mary had pickled beans in it, that we're just out of this world. Then the biscuits!!!! I don't even like biscuits! But, the biscuits are out of this world delicious!!!!!! I've never ever in my life had such an amazing biscuit!!!! So basically, overall, everything here was incredible, including the service! We sat at the bar and Nate was the best. Now, next time, I will choose to come back here.

Just a view of the restaurant quickly

Meal was fantastic just moist and really good. Had a shrimp omelette really good. The bloody Mary was also excellent recommended and Carson the waiter was very very good. Give them five stars. No Carson is very personable and just shared a lot of stories and made you feel comfortable like you're at friends's house

Mika or misa can't remember name but very balanced and good

Everything has a strange taste to it. From the biscuits and gravy to the Bloody Mary. We did not enjoy this place at all.

Is there an option for outside dining on the waitlis?

At the time we went a few months ago, we were on a wait list and do enjoy brunch outside.

Does this restraunt offer Sunday brunch Buffett?

They don't have a buffet. But they do have brunch and it's awesome!

We like to do the beach loop from Navarre to Pensacola beach. It cuts through the gulf island national seashore and is a majestic drive with water on either side of you. Stopping at the local is going to be a given now on this loop. We enjoyed iced lattes and my husband had the breakfast burrito. They had a really good menu. Lots of different items and espresso based coffees. I want to go back and try the chicken salad wrap. The place is redone and very clean. I didn't go upstairs, but I think it's a liquor store. The downstairs has your standard market fair but with fresh produce which is a plus! It also has cute locally made items like the candles I photographed and some body oils. I found the Crew working the day I went to be a little lackluster, but they still made us great drinks and a great burrito so I really can't complain. They also let me use the restroom when I spilled my iced latte all over my white T-shirt. Aye! So glad I found this place. They have great style and I truly enjoyed the vibe of this humble market!

If iced coffee is listed as an option, it would help if the staff were more familiar with how to prepare it. Our server had to come back and ask for clarification, and what I received felt more like a flavored iced coffee with a shot rather than a true iced double espresso. I also had to add my own cream, which made it seem like hot coffee might be more their specialty. The food itself was solid, though a bit on the pricey side. The scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast were decent. The poached egg with salmon on grilled eggplant and arugula was tasty, and the home fries were a standout--unexpectedly excellent. Service was attentive and kind throughout, which I appreciated. However, the wait time after ordering was noticeably long, and there was a 3% convenience charge for using a debit card, which was noted on the receipt. I don't typically give less than 4 stars, but this feels like a place that could easily improve with some small adjustments.

Not surprising though considering the lackluster lazy service on top of the horrible garbage food. Just because you get vegan food doesn't mean you want to eat flavorless, overly salty or oily food that tastes like ash. If you prefer to use words like rancid, inedible, unsalvageable, carbonized or say tastes like ash, it's beyond redemption/saving, tastes or has a charcoal bitter aftertaste, rubbery and charred, extremely oily or extremely salty for "good food" and like lacksadaisical customer service then you should go here.

Looking at their menu with a variety of Mexican, Latin and middle eastern selections. What really stood out though was their prices. Everything listed seemed to be overpriced. The arepas were small with 3 on the plate and were tasty. The Boricuaso sandwich was just ok, not really something I'd order again. 4.8 star rating... hardly. I am being generous giving them 3 stars. What I would order next time would be one of their delicious appearing pastries. They looked wonderful
