When you can make a cinnamon pancake with cream cheese , a gulf shrimp omelette, a savory biscuit and drinks to perfection is unreal. Let's not forget , our waitress Catie was so down to earth , funny and sweet made it the cherry on top. Checked in us frequently, made sure that we enjoyed everything and was just on top of everything . I promise that this is the real deal and it's more than worth giving it a try. Bar service was SUPERB. Hostess at the front door acted as though he didn't want to be at work. Spoke super fast and was dismissive. He kept chastising us about not making reservations in advance via online. My first time visiting and didn't know online reservations was an option or preferred. AND what shows when you sign in and what they tell you at the checkin desk are NOT realistic wait times. Ours said 30 min and it was 75min. Wait for service and food was quick. If you're skimping on portion sizes, I would expect the drinks to at least be poured strong, but that's not the case. However, our server certainly seemed like he had been enjoying the bar a little too much, barely spoke to us except to tell us to leave him a review as we were paying. The restaurant itself was clean and the food was at least cooked thoroughly, but not fresh. Poor customer service, lacking portions, and weak alcoholic beverages.
