TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Never going back. DO NOT COME HERE!!

WORSE NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! After being there FOUR HOURS they told me they didn't have the supplies to do dip ombré and could only do ACRYLIC PINK & WHITE?!? Only had 1 type of pink and white that didn't match my skin tone. The only tech that did ombré kept letting ppl skip me in line as I sat there for FOUR HOURS. Last but not least CUT ME ON BOTH HANDS. Do NOTTT waste your time and money at this horrible place. Cherry on top? Nails didn't even last 1 week - their supplies are CHEAP. Lucky they even got $100 out of me for dip nails and gel pedi after I sat there and rotted for 4 HOURS?!? They wanted like 120 they need to be shut down they don't even have basic variety of colors and can only do acrylic most. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Never going back. DO NOT COME HERE!!

I am struggling to understand how this place has any good reviews. I went in a few weeks ago and immediately noted how dirty the salon seemed to be. There were a lot of people getting services though so I figured I would give it a shot. Got a dip manicure for $50 - not cuticle cutting, gave me a square nail which I hated. Thickest dip layering you've ever seen. I wanted out of there so I left as soon as a could (service wasn't great - my nail tech took 3 phone called while doing my nails and cut my finger - wiped away my blood with her bare hands). Got home and noticed my nails were hurting. Stopped hurting after an hour or so and I went on with my life. Took the polish off and my nail beds are damaged. I would advise you to STAY AWAY!!!

I pass by Ruby nails every day and I'm thrilled that I finally gave them a shot. I unexpectedly needed to leave town and was unable to get into any of my normal nail salons at the last minute but they were able to fit me in right away! I unfortunately didn't catch the name of my nail tech but she was incredibly fast and gave me exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be happier with my nails and I'll absolutely be back.

Literally amazing experience. They were so quick. I got a fresh set of ombré acrylics and it took 45 mins. Quality is amazing. Workers are so friendly. Recommend to everyone. I have been struggling to find a nail place that is amazing quality and for a good price and this is the place. 50$ plus tip. Perfect.

Took a chance on this spot as they only do walk-ins, but I liked their pricing and I was so pleased- it truly was the best mani/pedi I've ever had. They may not be the most luxurious looking spot in East, or have the newest gear, but the nail artist I had didn't rush through or cut corners, adjusted things per my request, was meticulous in ways no other nail salon I've gone to has been. My nails look so good and I really hope they get good business. Thank you Ruby!

I waited two hours after being told 30 minutes and when I finally got to sit she was done in 10 minutes for one solid color and it was $50. She didn't touch my cuticles and did little to no prep. Usually I would walk out but I'm visiting and don't have time to get them fixed. My nails are so thin and the almond shape is uneven. If this is the style of service you're used to then that's wonderful. I will always prefer seeing a licensed nail tech/small business owner who takes the time and keeps appointments.

Great job. French gel with soak off for $35
    Nichole C.

They did a great job on my daughters and my nails. $35 for French gel manicure and $30 for solid color. That includes the soak off. They are a no frills shop with no chatting among the patrons but it was fine since I was with my daughter. Linda did the French and Cathy did the solid.

Not the place I would take a group mani/pedi to but this is my go to place for my monthly dip and pedicure. It's more of a utilitarian nail salon. I usually request Lee but have had two other gals who have done a wonderful job. They offer refreshments and are sanitary. Plenty of dip colors. They always ask if I am happy with the service. Great cost for the service I receive.

Ruby's nail salon job on my nails. The thumb looks awful!

I received the worst nails I've ever had in my life here. The staff is not friendly. I was not even offered anything to drink. No attention to detail was made when it came to the shape of my nails. All of my nails were uneven and polish was not applied well AT ALL. I sat for about an hour to wait to get my nails done and when I sat in the chair to get my nails done, I was out in 10 minutes. I immediately left and went to Posh Nail Spa and saw Tony. He fixed the horrible job this nail salon did to me. Do not waste your money here. Awful experience. I'll post a before and after

    French gel manicure

I was not expecting much from the reviews, but she did a really nice job on my nails. Apparently it's hit or miss here. It was inexpensive, even with the extra dollar they charge you if you pay by credit card. They were rude in that the staff spoke to each other and not the clients the whole time, and not in English. But I hate having to make small talk, so I actually preferred that. I would go back if I lived here.

These are gel so the color on some has changed due to temperature!

Excellent service! The first time I've ever gotten my nails done and not been able to see one imperfection. The prices are fair and the employees are also friendly. Will be going back.

Nice place for the cheapest prices in all of Nashville !!

I booked the mobile bus 3 months in advance for 8 girls and checked a few services as options. I paid my deposit and asked if we could just figure out the total/pay once they were onsite and everyone decided what they wanted, I was told via e-mail that was fine. I also booked this for 1 PM on a Saturday. Friday evening the night we get into Nashville I get an e-mail asking what address they should come to at 1:30 PM. I respond with the address but think that's odd because I filled out a Google form with the time (which they got wrong and never responded when I tried to confirm that it was actually booked for 1 PM), the address, and multiple services checked. They show up without the bus.........at 1:30 PM and we are floored. I believe the owner insisted that I did not book the bus, even after I pulled up my e-mail confirmation that showed I booked the bus. She then tells me that we can only get the most basic manicure, even though I'd selected multiple manicure options and believed we'd be able to choose whatever service we wanted as long as we were willing to pay for that. Multiple girls wanted a french manicure but that could not be accommodated. They did not even have nail clippers (I had a broken nail and wanted mine trimmed and filed). So my nails were filed about a quarter inch in lieu of a nail clipper. My nails were not shaped, some are round, some are square and some are uneven, she simply smoothed the nail. They don't soak your cuticles, the massage is short and overall it was a few hundred dollars for our party to get our nails painted, it didn't quite qualify as a manicure. Due to the fact that they came 30 minutes after our appointment time with no bus and one nail technician arrived separately after the owner.....I think they lost/forgot about our reservation until the night before. They removed the travel fee/minimum and we paid $200 for 6 girls (our bride didn't even decide to get her nails done) to basically get their nails painted. We were bummed because this was something we planned so far ahead of time and were really excited about.

This place is inside Gaylord Opryland Hotel/…read more The Opryland Hotel, now known as the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, is a renowned 4-star resort in Nashville, Tennessee. It is known for its impressive nine acres of indoor gardens and waterfalls housed within glass atriums. The resort boasts a wide range of amenities including a full-service spa (Relâche Spa), several swimming pools (indoor and outdoor), a water park called SoundWaves, a fitness center, and a golf course. The Spa is ok and offer lots of services with a few skin care lines but my personal favorite is " Emminence Organic skin care" and this is one of the only locations close to me. I didn't have any services done yet in this spa I normally go to a different one but they have good product and you are an Elite Marriott member you can get 10% discount in the product you just need your EMN.

My therapist was attentive, checked in frequently, and clearly cared about my comfort and the quality of the treatment. That's the one highlight. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience left a lot to be desired. I called in advance because I had a full day to unwind and wanted to make sure the spa had enough to offer. I was told they had a steam room, sauna, eucalyptus room, hot tub, and more--all within the spa area. That either wasn't accurate or was a major overstatement. * The showers were not functioning properly--both knobs were broken and temperature control was impossible. * Towels were tossed everywhere, with no organization or cleanliness upkeep. * What was described as "ice towels" in front of the sauna were bone dry and room temp at best. * No sign of a hot tub or any inviting relaxation areas. * The water station was underwhelming, with no cold or infused water options. Wanting to settle in and make the most of the day, I asked if I could purchase a drink--maybe a glass of wine or champagne--but was told I couldn't have any alcohol before my massage, and that no drinks were allowed. Odd, but I respected the policy. However, after the treatment, I was told I'd receive a complimentary glass of champagne--what I received was a literal sip, maybe an ounce at most. When I politely asked if that was the full serving, I was met with rude and condescending commentary that made me feel embarrassed for even asking. To be blunt: the front desk staff and support team were the biggest letdown. From the moment I arrived to when I left, they were either dismissive or cold, which does not align with the kind of experience expected at a spa with this reputation and price point. If you're booking solely for the massage, it might be worth it--but if you're looking for a relaxing, welcoming, full-day spa experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This was a major disappointment.
