Well, another disappointment. It really started good as the people treat you nice but the outcome is no worth the price. Julie did my pedicure and she was ok. I get pedicures for the massage and I can't called that a massage. It was more of a rub oil and paint your nails. She did ok on the cleaning and the nail polish but may I say GROSS! she used the same tools for the other lady she did the pedicure on so that means the same for me ‍. That's not sanitary!!! They offer acrylic nails full set so I did my nails but I was not very convence after witnessing that with the pedicure tools. The people I saw coming in were all regulars. The phone kept ringing for appointments from regulars too so I guess people don't mind or they don't pay attention. Nails were bulky and yet again I had a "Angela Johnson" moment. No ma'am, my fake nail you just glue doesn't have a hump like the "Black Eyed Peas" you did that with the acrylic ... Nothing else to say... My dip mani & gel pedi were great! My husband and I go regularly together to get pedicures. We were staying near here at the Two Rivers Camp Resort and decided to try this place while we were in Nashville. My husband as one ingrown toenail and likes them to clean it up. They did a great job cutting it down and getting some it cleaned up. I tried the jelly pedicure which was really relaxing. If you are there try it out. It felt messy, but the tech did a great job making sure that it was not. The tv is perfectly positioned across from the pedi chairs so I was able to get the massage chair part and relax some. My manicure was a tiny bit unusual. The tech soaked my acrylics off which I wanted. I'm used to them putting tin foil around a cotton swab and soaking it off. At this salon they put a hot bowl of water on the table, then put a bowl of acetone over the top of it and my nails went in that. They placed a wash cloth over the top of my hands so the smell of the warm acetone didn't bother me. This process didn't hurt, but I kept waiting for it to which made me a bit uncomfortable. I asked how long my fingers would be in there and it was about 10 minutes off and on while they checked me and filed some of it off. it was effective, just a bit unusual. After that I had the tip applied. It was glow in the dark and lasted a really really long time. It didn't chip or break and I just took it off last week. I also had a gel pedi and that lasted perfectly as well. I would go back again, I think I would in insist on having my hands wrapped instead of soaked. 01/24/23 Employee at the front left (rude and unprofessional) placed me with original senior owner- they were the "only" two out front. No customers. My opinion, the shop quality and professionalism has gone down since daughter-in-law started running the shop. After putting the acrylic on; the older lady did not completely thin the acrylic on my nails with the drill....."only" around the cuticles. My nails were made to be extremely short, thick, and fat; also she used thick gel nail polish. The older lady was very much aware she did a horrible job. However, she did not feel the need to make corrections. They speak their native language amongst themselves, and think some people does not know understand what they're saying..... I beg the difference. Please have a sense of INTEGRITY for your business establishment! My nails cost $60.00... I didn't complain because they make you feel some kind way. When not from the area sometimes finding services is like rolling dice. This was a good roll! They got us right in with minimal wait. I have a toe nail that's always ingrown and it was being very painful. She went to work, and shortly I had no more pain. Been good for a week now. This place is super unprofessional!! I understand stand that prices have gone up since the whole COVID started. they have a sign posted of ALL the prices, but they are WRONG. Something that used to be $17 is now $30, which is fine everyone is struggling during during this time. However, when I was rung up the total was way off, so I let the owner know that she might want to take the sign down since it's misleading, and the OWNER told me "you don't tell me how to run my business" when the sign clearly says one thing and she charged me completely different. Then tried to say sorry, sorry don't cut it after you basically told me I was no longer welcome, because YOUR sign was wrong!! They are very rude and disrespectful!! read more

So I go to get a fill in and the lady ask me what I want and tells me there is a 45 min wait and I said okay I'll wait so after I sat there 45 min. She comes to me and said we close at 7:30 you want to come back tomorrow? Ugh no why didn't you tell me that 45 min before ? That's a great way to treat customers and I know my little money won't affect them but really that's not how you treat people. I was visiting Nashville from Australia so I called and booked a couple of days ahead and did not have to wait. Victoria did a great job on my Gel Pedicure as well as my Dipping Nails. I was very impressed. She was also very friendly and we had a pleasant chat. I was a bit worried as some of the reviews were not great but the complaints were about having to wait which certainly did not happen to me. In a strip mall in Madison. Cash only - ATM at garage next door. Mr Kim is the host and meets and greets, the technicians are older, no fuss and not much chat. Mrs Kim (Lin) applied my first set of acrylics (which Mr Kim talked me into) and some silver polish and I was set. All very pleasant and for a total of $55 for all services it was a good pampering. i have gone to this location for over 25 years. When they were on the corner down the street, when they had two locations and the one they have now. I really wish Mrs. Lynn and her husband would come in and see how the place is being ran. Customer service is trash now. The only left that has been there for a while is Julie. PT and Linda are gone but were both extremely good at their craft. I will NEVER go there again. They messed my nails up and bc I didn't call back in 2 days and called back the following week they were not going to redo them for free. MRS. Lynn would have NEVER treated me that way NEVER. Instead they were going to charge me for a BOTCHED JOB that a new inexperienced nail tech did. The shocker is that you saw she MESSED THEM UP before I left. I should have just WALKED OUT. AT ANY RATE, I will do them myself or start looking for another place as my wedding is in 2 weeks. Unbelievable the place you once trusted is now the place you are disgusted with. The person on the phone (Victoria) didn't seem to care either. It really makes me sad and feel bad for the shop as I know I am not the only one. Madison Nails is the BEST nail shop I know. I live in Los Angeles and get my nails done regularly, but they're at their best after a visit to Madison Nails. The staff is friendly, the work is deliberate and meticulous. They take their time and work to ensure your hands and feet feel brand new! I almost gave them 4 stars for 2 reasons: there's no other grooming services (eyebrow waxing/threading or facials)...but it's not a spa, per se. nails is their focus, and they're masters at their craft nail buffing is machine-based (as opposed to manual), leaving a lackluster shine...but they still shine. read more

Would be better if all the workers didn't park right in front of there and actually gave customers availability to park there especially for the older clients that don't get around well. Makes it difficult for them to find parking due to the fact it's in a strip mall. Workers get here early therefore could park elsewhere. read more
