i've lived next-door for quite some time and did a walk-in appointment last week. I've always struggled with having smaller nail beds as a nailbiter and I have been so impressed with the retention after getting gel X! Everyone was very kind and the woman who did my nails was so fast. I think I was out of there in 45 minutes with this design as well. Will definitely be returning! read more

Comfy Nails Zone - Nail Salons Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

This was my first time here and I walked in! I waited maybe 20 min for service and then waited another 20 min for service which is not a big deal at all. The issue came when I showed the tech I had a blister on my foot and they continuously forgot about it - scraped it with sponge but also put a HOT towel on the bottom after I had reminded them about that spot. Not a bad paint job, just the paint looked more saturated in areas. Friendly service read more

I called ahead and requested prices for gel x fill, cat eye and French tips. I ubered to the location and had my nails completed. I noticed that while doing my cat eye, the tech held the metal only on the sides of my nails. The end result is that there is no cat eye but glittery pink nails which is disappointing. read more

Was a regular at this salon for three years. There was a management change about a year ago - and it hasn't been the same. The prices have increased and the quality of the services and products are extremely disappointing. My dipping powder starts chipping two days after and has been that way for the last 4-5 sessions. No longer will I be loyal to a business that fails to deliver value. read more

Wow!!! I came in for just a regular polish pedicure expecting a regular polish pedicure. It far exceeded my expectations. Amazing service, the longest massage ever (I felt like I was here for a massage with a bonus pedicure!) This is my new favorite place! And the toes looked great read more

Don't normally leave reviews, but I'm obsessed with this set! Vikki was amazing 10/10 recommend!

Save your money and your time! I walked in for a simple pink and white fill in. 4 different people looked at my nails....i finally asked for verbal confirmation that my final nail tech could do it. He confirmed. Surprise, surprise..... HE COULDNT! They only wanted my money but lacked the basic skill of pink and white filled nails. This place is probably good for little girls with low expectations...not the working woman who has a higher expectation. You've been warned. read more

I picked out an $80 pedicure and after tip was charged $123.60. They charge 3% on cards and I gave 20%...but after I left, I thought to myself....I think they helped themselves to another $20! I should have caught it sooner...but I definitely won't go back because I should not have to double check honesty. read more

I walked in and there were plenty of active manicurists available and it was also pretty busy for a Monday. I didn't see a menu of prices and was asked if I wanted a mani pedi. I said I wanted gel polish manicure. She quickly said yes, directed me to sit, and I asked how much it would be (I'd experienced so many times before the mystery price at the end.) She said $40, I agreed, "picked a color" before I sat down. I was asked "do you want manicure?", "yes, I did say that". Reply, "$50". I asked if the price was going to change again before I sat down and got some attitude from what I assumed was manager and told I asked for a gel polish replacement not a manicure, I did not. Moving on. The manicurist assigned, started to drill my nails, which I wasn't used to for gel polish, but went with it. She used the drill close to my cuticles and I could feel the burn around them but went with it. Then she started painting my nails, no soaking in water, no cuticle cut back so I asked and I heard several conversations in Vietnamese and she continued. I asked the woman next to me if she used this place often and she said it was her third time and found each manicurist does things differently. OK. I went with it. She finished painting my nails, did the heat lamp thing and then put my hands in water and asked if I wanted my cuticles cut back. I thought it was odd to cut cuticles AFTER my nails were done but I went with it. She finished , never offered me a drink, never said a word and continued with no reply when I thanked her. I went to pay and asked if I would pay card or cash, I paid with debit and found they charged additionally $1.99 for using my card. Signing the receipt, I didn't feel like a customer, I was a dollar sign. I was a means to an end. I go to get my nails done to ease the pressures in life, you know when you feel like your just a number and you go to do something nice gor yourself? Not here. Oh and I'm not going with it again. read more

Yalll don't go here!!They don't listen. Mostly cause none of them speak English. They were rude. They also bruised my leg from massage. It wasn't a hard massage the guy didn't listen to me when I said I have sensitive skin.when he asked was it ok I said no and he kept going. I then asked him to stop and he kept going... and I feel like they were talking about me and my sister while we were there bc they kept looking at us and laughing. I also asked the lady to not make the corners of my nails sharp..I can open a box with these claws. Yes I paid for it and didn't complain there due to the fact they wouldn't understand.. so keep yall coins and DONT GO HERE!! And a gel pedicure is $65. read more

Got a manicure there. At the end we were trying to pay, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my nails and demanded we posted it on google with a 5 start review. They literally stood over my shoulder and watched me type the review. And made me wait till it uploaded before finally ringing me up. So unethical! read more

Comfy Nails Zone - Full Set - Nail Salons Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

This place is a joke, Nashville already has issues with decent nail salons. I don't mind paying whatever it cost but this place is very difficult to communicate with staff, they play dumb with you. You can see that with past customer reviews. They cut my nails horribly, did not follow my specifications with my pedicure. They were very rude when I asked why they didn't follow what I specifically asked for; no response or apology? I normally only post positive reviews with establishments that I patronize. But this place treats clients like dirt. They are a complete rip off. They don't admit to mistakes. I'm not the type of person to judge one's ability with communication or one's native language spoken but no one speaks English which I believe is the core issue. I noticed other clients having similar issues in the chairs next to me. At least one person should be able to communicate with patrons at all times, especially for safety reasons. Will not be back to this establishment. read more

They had a very young man "practice" service on me. Without even asking me if it was ok. I ended up getting an infection on one of the nails because it was so poorly done. The entire service was so painful. I used to go here all the years ago but a LOT has changed. read more

My first time here, I recently moved to the area and was excited to try a new place. I got a gel pedicure, they cut me... they did a terrible job painting, were aggressive with the drill removing previous gel, which was painful, and still made me pay for my service with only a $7 discount. The man doing my pedicure seemed kind, but was careless with his technique and made me bleed cutting my cuticles, as you can see in the photo. I'm so disappointed in my experience & how this was handled with such little care or respect for the client. I hope that I'm able to keep this clean without getting an infection. I work in the beauty industry as well, and would never charge a client if I cut them & made them bleed. read more

This is honestly the worst nail experience I've ever had. I had 4 of my fingers cut on their edges from the person I had filing my nails. Not a single one is shaped correctly and I left bleeding and I'm almost positive whoever did did my nails was still in training. Absolutely do not go here. I'm curious if this person even had a license or not. Never even saw my nail clippers or cuticle clippers in a sanitary bag. read more

I really dislike this place and I've given them 5 chances. A lot of their employees are unhappy teenage boys. It doesn't feel like pampering or service, it feels like holding my breath hoping it'll turn out okay. read more

This was her second attempt at my pedicure before I had another tech do it. I can't put into words our experience! She gaslit me when I told her it wasn't acceptable (which was very hard for me to do), she said she couldn't see the problem - and only brought another tech to do my toes once I showed her the pictures I took. I also took my mani polish off as soon as I got home because it was so poorly done. Just a very unsettling experience. They had us pay in a sketchy way as well. read more

EDIT: not even two hours after I wrote this review my nail broke off. My friend and I had made an appointment here last weekend. I asked for a dip nail manicure with some flower designs with a picture for reference. They agreed that they could do so, but I was super disappointed with the outcome. I'm not one to write reviews but I was so upset after leaving. The nail art was messy, quickly done, and almost smeared. The dip on the nails were also super chunky and uneven. I'm sure they have great nail techs and it was a busy day but I had made an appointment in advance and the whole thing felt rushed. I was charged 100 dollars after tip. It felt like a waste of money in my opinion. read more

We had an amazing experience! Three of us got pedicures and I had a manicure that they did at the same time. Everything was in sanitary bags and fresh products. Our whole family went today for my little girls birthday and I decided to treat myself to a gel Mani. First, they started on my husband and both kids before me. My service was going to take the longest, so they should have started with me first. So when my kids and husband were finished, they were just starting on my Mani. We should have just left then. This was the end result of my gel Mani AFTER I asked him to fix it. If you aren't a regular here or don't establish yourself as such, I would avoid this place 100%. They were really sweet to both my kids, that is why this isn't a one star review. read more

First and last experience; I paid $170 for a gel white chrome manicure & pedicure. I had two different techs working on me. The tech who did my mani DID NOT use the right gel polish which lead to them cracking then my real nails breaking underneath. I went back so they could fix the job. They rushed me out and my nails cracked again. They cut costs by using non gel products then telling you it's "gel". I've been to plenty salons and gel doesn't crack when done right. Save your time & money and choose another place...there's a reason why it's empty in there. read more
