This was a convenient place to walk in and get my nails done without an appointment and it was a walking distance from my apartment complex. Now that I have come here several times in 2026. Here's my objective opinion. Extremely overpriced for the quality work you get. This review is based on several services with different nail technicians. Don't be scammed by these people. The pricing on their website is literally half of what they charge you. You ask for the premium pedicure and they give you a 3 second massage and a hot towel for $65. I know lots of salons where the Vietnamese ladies sit there talking crap about you the whole time but this one is next level. They've finally lost me as a customer after having been there 10+ times. They'll almost always say they have availability at the time you ask for and then you inevitably wait 30+ minutes. This was $50 regular polish red nail acrylic set. Is all I'll say...Which is wild because less than 3 months ago I came here and got a medium full acrylic gel set for $60 that I was very happy with. Feels like one of the only salons in East Nashville to allow walk-ins, and I love that!! Jade is always checking on technicians to see how they're doing and to check their work, and is very responsive if something needs to be changed. Everyone was so sweet from the minute I walked in the door. I booked a basic "bomb" pedicure and wow, I was blown away. Read the description of their services...what you get in their basic is what you get in others higher priced services, but with a basic price. Like, fruit in my pedicure soak?? I am all for it. The service was so thorough that I did not even feel like I needed to watch what they were doing. I just could relax in their nice massage chairs. Not to mention, both a scrub and lotion massage that lasted the perfect amount of time. My technician said they usually service drinks with the services, but of course are not right now due to Covid. They have a wide array of polish colors too! I will 100% be back. My feet and legs are so soft and my nails look amazing! Some covid measures being taken: pexiglass in between nail tech and patron, had me wash my hands immeadiately upon entry, masks worn, and thorough cleaning between patrons. read more

The young lady who worked on my manicure and pedicure was very sweet and did a beautiful job. I am very pleased with the results and the service and would recommend it to others! OMG on a day when we went to not one but three separate salons to get our toenails trimmed, maximum nail and spa came through! The space is obviously super new and well kept. The ladies who performed the service, Lynda and Tammy were quick, efficient, and on point. that is not to say they rushed through the foot massages. I posted my first review for Maximum when they first opened, and after two years of going here I'm still obsessed! Jenny is meticulous and does an amazing job shaping my nails. My gel polish is always thin, close to the cuticle, and lasts well over two weeks with no chipping or cracking. Jade also does an excellent job. Consistently coming here has made my nails stronger and look better than I ever thought they could. The salon is relaxing and clean- they always use sanitized tools. They've become very busy this year so you typically have to wait for a bit even if you have an appointment, but if you don't mind waiting it's definitely worth it. read more

I'm visiting from NJ. My daughter and I saw Linda (for a Spa manicure) for me and pedicure for her. That means no gels or dips and just a regular manicure for $30 ($18 in New Jersey, btw.) After mentioning and showing her at least 4 or 5 times things to fix, I gave up. After she finished, my nails are not the same shape, the cuticles are not even and there is a lot of skin around the edge that should have been clipped. She caked on the polish and used 3 layers without cleaning the excess on the side on several nails. She also had an attitude and by the end, there was tension when it should have been a relaxing experience. All for a basic manicure with a light pink polish. This should have been a no-brainer. Also, had to curl my fingers to dry them in front of a dollar store fan instead of a regular dryer. I've never seen that before. You would think for the price they charge, they could afford a standard nail dryer. Very unimpressed with my experience. read more

I called and made an appointment on day in advance and they were incredibly nice and accommodating. I went with a gel manicure and even though they had to also take off my chipped gel polish, it was still the quickest polish change of my life. Loved getting in and out so quickly. My nails are on week 3 and just now have a small chip on one nail. They were also welcoming to walk ins, at least early in the day from what I saw. I will be back for a pedicure soon. read more

I called ahead to ask for pricing and when I arrived what I wanted was a bit different but Max made sure to verify with me first that I was okay with everything before just getting started! SCAM. STAY AWAY!! These nails cost $130. They are COMICALLY terrible. My friend and I are laughing at them in the car ride home but I'm also so disappointed. In person each nail has huge bubble one way or the other. Honestly, my toddler could have done better. When I showed the manager they blamed it on me asking for Chrome. I told them I've had Chrome nails done for the last decade at another salon and not once have my nails looked like this. They then told me it was my fault for asking for whatever shape I asked for. This place keeps going downhill. I stopped going there for gel manicures, and would only go for pedicures because the gel manicures were terrible. Now the pedicures are bad as well. I've gone a few times for pedicures with a friend and the pedicures are always great, there's no wait with an appointment (even without too the one time we forgot to make one), and they are reasonably priced. The other day I decided to go back to dip nails after a long break over the pandemic and thought I'd give them a try since I haven't been impressed elsewhere around town. I was a little scared because of some of the negative reviews but I am so glad I went with my gut and did it anyway. My pedicure was amazing as always, but Max knocked it out of the park with my nails. Even the straight men at work have been stopping me to compliment them! It is the best shaping job I have ever seen. He was super thorough and they look so fantastic.
