I came in asking for a soak off for my acrylics. They had charms on them and the woman working was extremely rude and rough with my hand, kept making frustrated noises and after about 30 seconds of chopping at my nails with clippers told me to go somewhere else because there was "no way" she could get the charms off. read more

Great service, friendly staff, good prices. What more could anyone ask for? I highly recommend!

Reasonable prices in the heart of Bell Meade. Wonderful job. I'll definitely be back .

WORST pedicure ever...do not waste your time. Barely touched my cuticles and did not even file my nails. Sloppy paint job and left with polish on my skin. Ridiculous. read more

Very nice staff but insanely overpriced. Different prices everytime I go and almost double than some other places.

They took me right on. They are kind every time i have gone in. I am able to get in and out very easily read more

Cosmo Nails - New tips!!! Love them. They are so Kind here!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I walked in at 3:30 on a Tuesday for a gel pedicure. Quick service. Super friendly. I travel with work and have been to a variety of nail salons. They met my needs perfectly. I needed gel polish change and my heels tended to after a beach trip. I'm happy! read more

I was nervous to go here because I've always had the same nail lady but I moved and the reviews and pics don't look incredible but they're amazing. I don't really leave reviews normally but I feel like it's important because the guy did a really great job and they're so nice there. They're perfectly smooth and he shaped them really well and I'm pretty particular so yay! read more

Cosmo Nails - Acrylic - Nail Salons Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

11/8 I came into Cosmo Nails to receive a dip powder service with tips. As I had tips already placed on my nails I assumed I would be soaked off. Instead of doing this the tech used a drill and removed the colored powder layer and just reapplied the new dip color. This meant he did not have to apply tips, shape, or trim my nails at all. I was charged $70 for this service and paid....obviously fine with the shape because it was the one I came in with and the color was simple enough I figured it may work but had my doubts as running a drill over the apex of the nail with acrylic or dip in will obviously thin out the product build up, therefore making it weaker. It is now 11/11 and after speaking with the shop I am leaving this review to help others. First off, I am a licensed cosmetologist who's trained in nails. This was pure laziness and taking advantage. I was informed this evening when I called that doing this technique makes the nails stronger which is absolutely untrue...hence...my education allowing me that knowledge. As someone who gets their nails done monthly, tips VERY well and respects service workers endlessly I am so disappointed to be lied to and treated like I am in the wrong. I wanted my money refunded as I can't really afford to spend more money to get my nails fixed when I already paid $100 to this business for subpar and over priced work that didn't even last me 4 days. How is this making my nails stronger if they are breaking within days but when the service is done correctly it lasts a month? read more

I would not go back to this place even if it was the last one on earth. I had beige acrylic already on and asked if the had it. She told me no which is okay. I asked how much a new set would be and she said around 100$. This place is not skilled enough to be charging that much. This set was 70$ and I walked out crying because I hated them so much. I have never cried over how bad they turned out. She didn't even try to do what I wanted. They don't look bad in pictures but they are all uneven, different lengths, and the gel was not cured all the way. Beware they do not take discover!! read more

Was a little skeptical after bad reviews but went in to get a gel pedicure before a wedding. Was it empty? Yes, there was a mom with her two daughters and me. Was it bad? No! The staff were so sweet and did a fantastic job. If your looking for a trendy spa that's instagrammable this isn't for you bht if you want a good pedicure for a fair price ($55 gel) then this is your place!! I'll be back read more

I walked in to an almost empty salon. i was excited thinking I would have a good relaxing time getting a manicure & pedicure. It was instead a rush job. My feet did not got to soak and enjoy the experience of the warm water. It was so fast! almost zero interaction. It was yesterday afternoon, this photo is today, the next day at 1 PM. 24 hours later and here's the "manicure" results. Never going there again. read more

I could not leave a tip because I only had $40 Be sure and get the price before your services. The service I got was my gel polish removed via electric drill quick BASIC pedicure no polish replaced on my toes at all. no massage or polish For $40 ? I was shocked and only left the amount due sorry if you remember me your touch was great but I would have loved a massage too and your boss charged me too much . C rating because average experience nothing special for $40 is too much read more

By far the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. Picture speaks for itself. Got polish all over my toes and missed lots of the nails themselves. Ugh. Do yourself a favor and drive the .5 mile to Serenity Nail Spa on Harding. read more

Been going here for a few months and have loved it. Recently I've gotten a different lady to do my dip manicure- who did not inform me they charge $10 extra dollars just to barely trim cuticles so that the dip MANICURE looks decent. Asked her to fix it and she refused. Poor service and very rushed. Not worth $70 for dip!!! Will not be back. read more

This rating is based on getting a gel color change. I'm giving them a star each for quality of work, speed, price, and availability. My only deduction is for the vibe. I don't personally care about that for a gel color change. However, this isn't a place I would go with a girlfriend for a Spa vibe. Quick and affordable. Great work. I'm a big fan!! read more

Cosmo Nails - Gel color change appt for $30! Yes please. - Nail Salons Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

I have never in my life been charged $25 for a dip removal that is ridiculous. Also for my toes i asked for gel removal and then gave me a pedicure which i couldnt even tell it was a pedicure because the water was freezing and it was so half-ass. It was $40 for a "pedicure" and gel toe removal with no polish. The most ridiculous thing ever. Also they randomly make up prices because a friend told me shes been charged $45 for a full set but then $40 for a fill which doesnt make sense read more

I've been coming here for years and really like this place. Everyone that works here is friendly, it's clean, very reasonably priced, big parking lot and they do a great job. I always just walk-in and rarely have to wait, but you can get an appointment as well. I like that it's quiet in here, so I can listen to a podcast or get work done (or chat with the nice employees). I don't live in the neighborhood, but still come here (and bonus that I can go to the Target, Trader Joe's and other shops in the same center). read more

Quite possibly the worst pedicure i've ever gotten. Hardly touched my feet-- lazy two hand approach rather than focus on one leg and go in depth they used both hands lazily simultaneously to get me done faster. "Massage" was terrible. The actual painting of the toes was awful. You can find much better than this place. not worth the money read more

I am new to Nashville and on a quest for the best mani/pedi for the money. As Cosmo Nails, you can get a spa chair manicure and pedicure for $35. The entire experience takes about 45 minutes and includes sufficient massaging, exfoliating, buffing, cutting, polishing, etc. I found the place to be clean and bright. It wasn't too crowded and seemed like it would be pretty easy to get in (I was there on a Friday after work which I would assume to be a busy time and there were chairs available). My technician was friendly, courteous, and pretty skilled at his job. The pedicure has lasted me about 2 weeks before starting to look a little ratty - but that's mostly a result of my nails growing quickly and the resulting extension of my cuticle and lack of paint therein. The manicure only made it about a week but I didn't reapply the top coat when it started to weaken which is my usual trick for manicure longevity. This place gets 3 stars because there's no complaint except that I got the same caliber of service in Atlanta for $27, although typically I did have a short wait. The quest continues ... read more

Worst manicure ever.... Went in to get three acrylic nails replaced and I guess it's my fault for not asking how much it was going to be but I assumed there's NO WAY that they could charge me more than 5$ per nail... They charged me almost 8 dollars for each nail which was done so horribly. Did not match the shape, length or even the right angle!!! I'm literally in tears writting this. I'm not sure what to do right now. Worst Polish job I've ever gotten I will never come back here. Ever. Will never recommend. read more

First I have to say they do a great job on nails. But everyone needs to know that on top of the 35.00 they charge for a full set (that's reasonable), they charge 20.00 more for any kind of shape (I.e. almond, coffin) THATS MORE than a manicure!!!!! Lesson learned , ASK before you get your nails done. Every place I have ever gone to, only charges me 5.00 extra for my nails to be shaped. read more

This is MY place! Love them like family. I have been going to Cosmo Nails for more than 10 years! They always make my nails look great!

By far the worst mani/pedi I've ever gotten in my life! It was a guy, kinda older. He breezed thru both. You wouldnt believe the amount of dead cuticles left on my nails. The pedicure was so lazy. Its like he hates working there! He was very short and dry. The other ladies were nice. Its like I paid my 10 year old $40, no exaggeration. I will NEVER, EVER return! read more

Cosmo Nails - This was after I tried correcting him 3 times. This was the best he could do. Just sad. - Nail Salons Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

Wow. I have never been so disappointed. It's my birthday today and I work very hard to earn a little pampering. I treated myself to a pedicure. Looked like a nice place, near my salon, where I am headed next. First I asked to lean back in the chair which felt like was pitching me forward. Rudely, she said that's it. Doesn't move. She spent about 20 minutes, lightest & quickest massage ever, painted efficiently & whisked out of the chair. I asked what it cost and she said $30. She said it was a spa pedicure with a mask. There was no mask, I said, and I didn't ask for a spa pedicure. She said that's the only pedicure they offer. I said, "This is disappointing. 20 minutes, it's my birthday and I was here to treat myself." She could not have cared less. So I am spending my drying time saving the next hard working gal from disappointment. Go elsewhere. read more

Would give 4 stars they were good and fast but prices were not listed and then was charged 100 for a basic pedicure and gel full set I've never paid that much even in much fancier places they did a good job but wont be back bc thats way higher then anywhere ive been and i felt like there should have been some prices listed if they are soooo much higher then others but what can you do when you don't know until they run your card feel very much taken advantage of i could have asked yes but figured it would be in the ball park of comparable places guess thats what i get over all disappointed read more

I just got the worst pedicure that I've ever received at Cosmo nails. I have been here a couple of times before and had an OK experience, but this one was by far the worst, and I won't be coming back. The man who did my pedicure barely did anything but wash my feet, put lotion on then and then paint them (very poorly). I could've done a much better job. It's unfortunate, because I used to call myself a regular at this place, but it seems to be going downhill. I wouldn't recommend. read more

I am fairly new to Nashville and have been to both Signature and Venetian Nails...and quite honestly, I enjoyed the experience at Cosmo Nails soooooo much better! It was not too crowded, VERY clean and took an hour as opposed to the 1 1/2 hours at the other places. I am not one who likes to sit still very long and this reminded me more of the types of places I frequented in LA and NY. While the price is still high compared to bigger cities, $35 for a mani and pedi is apparently very reasonable around here. I will be back for sure! read more

I have been coming to Cosmo Nails for about two years. And every time I end up in another place, I have a bad experience. This place is the best place to get your nails done in Nashville. I love this place. I have frequented many places in the area, The Venetian, Signature, Social Graces Nail Bar, and I really prefer Cosmo. First their prices are a bit lower than the others. They have a great selection of OPI, Essie, and Butter. I rarely wait and there is never a crowd. The techs really do a good job. I'm really impressed with the Gel French I just got, they look like pristine acrylics or pink and whites. Also, this place isn't super fussy, so they are pretty quick, which I prefer. The only reason I give them four stars is because the massages aren't great, but I really enjoy skimping on the pampering for the time saved. The end result is fantastic! read more

Trish did such a great job on my gel manicure. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. She was also very friendly.

By FAR the WORST mani/pedi EVER!!! I've visited there several times over the years since I don't live in Nashville, but this time did it for me. There was literally polish on the sides of my toes when he finished. A lady re polished and didn't look better. 2 hours wasted. The gel mani was so bad the sides of my nails literally pulled my sweater. I'm begging everyone not to blow your hard earned money here. Oh! And their credit card reader was down and they told no one. Luckily I had cash, but the lady before me didn't. What a joke! read more

nothing luxurious but a place that you can get in quickly and get a decent pedicure for a decent price. My tech didn't have much to say but I chatted her up a bit and she was friendly enough. I prefer more of a "spa" experience with a focus on massage and hot towels etc but this was fine for the price. I really wish she would have put spacers between my toes as the polish got messed up on multiple toes and we only fixed one because I felt bad. Maybe I should have said 2 stars. $30 for a mediocre pedi. read more
