I have only been here once and would come again if I was on a budget. This place is beauty with the checkered floors and comfy pedicure chairs but they are really set on the price = time. I did the 40 minute pedicure thinking it would be great but my tonsil polish chipped within one week!? This was during the winter months. They were somewhat nice at first but the polish seemed a little low quality and they rushed my friend and I to pay right when the service was over. Like I said I might give this place another shot for a pedicure and hopefully this review will change.

Sloppy polish job. No attention or respect for detail. Does this look professionally polished???

I did read reviews prior to coming, but decided to give them a chance since the spot liked was closed on Sunday. The salon is nice aesthetically--I will give them that. A young man gave me my pedicure and I could tell that he is not seasoned with giving pedicures--removing cuticles and dead skin, etc--barely scratched the surface. I had to ask him if he was going to clean under my toenails (which is standard). He told me he was going to as he he started to scrub my feet, but he had already used his tools to remove tue cuticles and clean nails with the other tool. He did give a nice leg massage and asked if his pressure was to my liking. Some customers walked in, and next thing I know, he's leaving my station to tend to two new customers, and a woman takes over my service. No one says anything to me, she just speaks to him and he's gone. The woman rushes polishing my toes, giving no time for each layer to think of drying before adding two more coats (3 coats total). She then mumbles something to me and she's off to tend to another customer who came in after me. The woman didn't take long completing the job on said customer, she then returns to me and quickly adds my top coat. She walks away and begins cleaning her station. I flag her down and ask her if she is going to clean the excess polish around my toes. She does so barely and only because I asked her to. I then ask her if she will apply cuticle oil. She tells me my toes need to dry and she walks off again to work on other customers. Ain't nothing professional looking or pristine about my pedicure. Overall, other than offering me a beverage, do not expect any baseline customer service or attention to detail. They a concerned with rushing and doing an okay job rather than providing quality service. I can polish my toes better than this woman working here. Patronize at your own risk.

Cut #2 which is deep as it was made with the electric file/buffer.

I had an appointment here but they were very busy. The woman I got was clearly rushed and it shows in my nails. I came in for a T.A.P filling and she cut me while filing off my previous color and left me bleeding on another nail. The shape is what i wanted but the French is just awful. There is no base color and you can see the T.A.P underneath given it was a fill.... she didn't bother to clean up the paint that had gotten on my skin either. See pics, those explain it all. I've had better nail technicians here before, so it's hit or miss but not sure I'll come back after this experience.

Perhaps the worst manicure I have ever received. My cuticles are cut up. The color on my nails does not remotely match the swatch provided.

UPDATE: not even 24 hours after my dip application, every nail is cracked beyond repair. I will be going in and asking them to remove it. You can also see where the skin around my nails was damaged with excessive filing. I just moved from Franklin to West Nashville. I don't get anything too fancy. Just a basic pedicure and single color dip manicure. I have a salon I like in Franklin, but wanted to see if I could find somewhere closer, and it looks like I'll still be going to Franklin. My pedicure was basic, but went just fine. Then my manicure started. I asked for round shape and ended up with a severe almond shape that was uneven and poorly shaped on the sides. The woman who did my nails also filed/electric filed my skin the ENTIRE time she was doing my nails. I did tell her it was hurting my skin twice. She was very rude about how I was holding my hand out as well. When I went up to pay, a man who seemed to be in charge came and pointed out a pretty severe dent on one of my pinky fingers that I hadn't even noticed yet. The woman who did my nails immediately said, "She must've done that." I looked at the both of them and said, "I did not touch my nails until I was explicitly told I could go wash my hands." The woman rolled her eyes and walked away. The man offered to fix them. He did his best to reshape them/file down the top to remove the multiple dents we found. However, now that I'm home the nails are uneven/not smooth across and the shaping is still pretty rough. My cuticles/skin around my nails already hurts too since he had to re-file all ten. I also told him it was hurting. At the end of it all, the man gave me a $10 gift card after I still paid my $130 for the service. I try very hard not to harshly judge people in the service industry, and I also try to not make extra fuss for them. However, I am incredibly disappointed and will not be coming back.

Good experience! They do prioritize your comfort but can sometimes be a bit aggressive when they file or drill. My nails aren't the most perfect nails but this nail salon did their job and they did it well.

I visited Champagne Nails this past weekend with my best friend's wedding party. The bride was on the search for a salon that could accommodate our large party, and this new biz was perfect! It was a little more high end than maybe your normal nail experience (which is also reflected in the price), but all well worth it. To start, you pick out your treatments (they offer a few different types of pedicures, waxing, manicures, etc). Next, nail color, and then the smell of lotion that you want them to use. Never seen that before! I really like the open feel of the place. Since it's new, the pedicure chairs are well maintained and have a nice massage system. The chairs are also divided into pairs with curtains in between which makes it fun if you're there with someone. For manicures, there's a unique bar kind of setup in the middle, so everyone is sitting in the round, with the technicians in the middle. Again, it was great for our large group, as we could all talk! The staff was very friendly and did their best to take care of our group as quickly as possible. They were totally cool with us bringing wine and champagne into the store, even providing the glasses, ice, and buckets, which was amazing. The music was also fun and on point. All in all, I would definitely recommend Champagne Nails for a regular appointment, but especially one with friends. Parking is readily accessible behind the back.

    Dip all over my fingers.

I wanted this place to be good as it's in my neighborhood. I really did. I felt rushed through a mani and pedi. The color is definitely a poor choice and that's my fault. But there is dip all over my skin and lines aren't even. Do not recommend- sorry.

Lilly at Champagne nails is the best. She is the only person I go to. She always does an amazing job and she is so sweet!!

Lincoln did my nails, he took his time & made sure it was done perfectly at a decent price! I recommend!

I love how my nails turned out. Tony gave me exactly what I asked for :)

I am in from out of town and needed a place to get my nails done. The lady who answered the phone (Kim) was very pleasant and professional. They were able to see me as a walk-in right away. My nails look amazing and I will definitely be back when I come to town.

Where do I start? I really had high hopes for this place... yet again another disappointing time that I feel I wasted time and money. The pedicure with Ashley was amazing! She is nice and did a good job I will only go back for her. 1st red flag, why do they assume you're in a rush and try to do your nails and feet at the same time!!? It would be nice if you ask the customer before doing so. I particularly hate it. This is my "me time" and I like to take my "me time". Sebastian, darling, attitude will take places, either to the dump or the sky, it's up to you. You can't act like a diva at work, like seriously? You are in the customer service industry, misunderstandings will happen and mistakes will be made. Can't get annoyed if the customer tells you nicely that what you are servicing them is not the service they requested originally specially if you just started, would you rather them saying nothing until the end? Imagine the bigger consequences and results it will bring. Think about it before acting up. I'm Sure you are an amazing artist but it doesn't matter if your attitude is bigger and not a positive one. A trainee ended up doing my nails, well, pictures can say a lots lol just be glad that I'm in a season of my life that little things like this just roll... I'll probably give them a second change in a few...

First, they had us wash our hands, which I never experienced before in a nail salon but a nice idea. We got a standard manicure at $35 each. My manicurist was Ricky Nguyen and I thought he did a great job with my nails. The lady who did my mom's nails did not do a good job and the polish did not last as long as my polish. This is the reason why this review is 4 stars and not 5. The photos included are my nails and after over a week of service still looking good. Yes, the polish is starting to come off but overall have lasted a good amount of time. So, if you're walk in or schedule an appointment, ask for Ricky.

These are my natural nails no product and he started from the get go with an e file. I could feel the heat and it burned. The builder gel also burned like hell like I'm pretty tough but it was legitimately painful. After he took the e file again and it burned and he cut me to the point of bleeding on a couple fingers. He knew too because I was grimacing the entire time and even said something a couple times. He also got gel and cured it on my fingers. Shouldn't get gel on the skin people develop severe allergies that way and I am pretty prone with MCAS. I told the guy upfront and I was still charged full price $95. Unfortunately I'm not the type to make a scene and just paid it and left. But I will let people know and at least avoid going back to that tech. His name was Lee. Today (the day after) my nails themselves are very tender and I'm noticing even more places where he knicked my skin. This is irreparable I'm going to have to let this grow out. My cuticles are pretty itchy too. I work in surgery scrubbing with avagard is going to suck (iykyk). Also we're allowed gel/polish without chips to our natural nails/keep them short. Extremely frustrating for someone who uses their hands for a job, plus $95 is nothing to scoff about in this economy.
