    Yeezy stitching repair $12
    Kyshia M.

Major shoutout to the lady running this place. My puppy had messed up my Yeezy's and after reading her alterations reviews, I decided to give her a shot and I'm sooooo glad I did! Not only was she able to repair it, but it only costed me $12. Now I didn't expect her to completely restitch the shoe back exactly how it was, but she was able to make it less noticeable. Now I can wear my shoes outside. I'll be back to bring a jacket in that I need to have altered.

Ruby did an amazing job altering my wife and I's wedding day attire. Ruby turned my wife's suit from a flare leg pantsuit into a custom tapered ankle pant. She received so many compliments on her suit! It turned out better than she could've asked for and my dress was GORGEOUS!!! Perfect fit and made me feel like a real life Disney princess. Would 1000% recommend!!

Hello, I took a dress in to Ruby it was tight but Ruby made it beautiful!!!! I can't thank her enough!!! I love my dress.... Also I took my dress in at late afternoon on Thursday and she had it ready for me on Saturday.

Shoes that Ruby tightened- same day turnaround!

Ruby is great, I decided last minute I needed to tailor a few things for my birthday weekend. I brought Ruby the items on Thursday evening and she had them back to me by Saturday afternoon. Her work is very thorough and professional and prices are fair. She also tightened the strap on my shoes because they fit too big at the ankle and she was able to get those back to me same day.

This place is the WORST. She charged me 160 for alterations and this is what I got! She gave me excuse after excuse and refused to give me money back, and even tried to say it came like that. Mam, I paid 400 dollars for this dress and I can GUARANTEE it did not come like that. Never going back. And I advise against this place!

Amazing experience from start to finish and the end product turned out stunning!!

Amazing!!! Quick quality and professional service every single time! I absolutely love this place for all my alteration needs!! 5 star service with quick turnaround ensuring you are ready for any event!!

Very nice work on altering a formal dress and taking up the waist/crotch of an interview jumper for my daughter. Would definitely return!

We were very pleased with my suit and wife's dress that had alterations done here. Great price and even better quality of work. Thank you!

I dropped off 4 jackets on Friday, July 3rd for dry cleaning (with one small alteration for a hole in a jacket pocket). I was given a pickup date one week later, Friday July 10th. I arrived the following Tuesday, July 14th only to learn my items were not in the store despite the additional 4 days. After waiting for the gentleman behind the counter to place a few phone calls to locate my order, I was handed his cell phone and spoke with who I can only assume was the manager. I was told the jackets were still offsite due to one of the jackets being identified as "at risk" of being damaged, if dry cleaned. I found it inconsiderate that no one bothered to call me before making the trip to the store to learn for myself but honestly, not the end of the world. I was asked if I wanted them to dry clean it anyways and risk potential damage, or if I would instead wish for them to leave that jacket out and be given "store credit" for the dry clean purchase of that jacket. I responded clearly to please simply return the jackets - do not risk damage - and we will figure out the compensation (wasn't thrilled about having store credit pushed as the solution as I use dry cleaning services maybe once every 4-5 years and certainly would hesitate to be a return customer for this particular business given the experience so far). He agreed and told me the jackets would be available for pickup the next day. I received a call the next day, Wednesday, July 15th that my order had arrived and is ready for pickup. I returned to the store Monday, July 20th where the manager accepted my ticket, hung my jackets on the rack for me to take, and began what looked to be the steps of issuing a store credit. During that time, I instantly noticed the jacket "not dry cleaned" was in fact damaged due to significant bleeding red ink from the patches onto the white fabric. I immediately pointed this out to the manager, who quickly became defensive almost to the point of gaslighting me that I should have expected it. To be clear: I was asked directly if I wanted to assume the risk of damage and dry cleaning it after they identified the jacket as a risk. I told them clearly "no" and now I can't help but wonder if they had already damaged the item and had hoped I would have said "yes" to free them of responsibility. But I will never know for sure. I was told "We don't know it's going to do that until we do it." So is it then my mistake that I trusted their expertise to know EXACTLY that? In fact, that would seem to me to be the point of the hesitation expressed in the earlier phone call. His tone was stern, defensive, and at times aggressive or belittling. I feel confidently that he had no intention of discussing the damaged item with me had I not forced the conversation, and he would have been more than content for me to walk right out his door unknowingly. I do not own a business, but I've been a patron to many in 30+ years. I would not have returned either way but wouldn't have taken the time to write this review had any consideration to me as a customer been given. A recommendation? How about a phone call when you noticed the damage, "Hello sir. We've received your jackets back and I'm very sorry to inform you that one of the jackets was damaged in the process. While these things rarely happen, you trusted us with your valuables and we at Saber take that responsibility very seriously. Please come in so that we can look over the jacket together and come to an agreement on how we can make this right. Your business is important to us." Instead, I was met with rudeness and indifference. Saber provided a cash refund of $27 for the dry cleaning, and that's it. Sadly, the damaged item is vintage and not easily or cheaply replaceable. Two of the other three jackets appear fine, including the hole in the pocket. A third, however, wasn't cleaned to satisfaction (will share picture). I immediately took the damaged jacket next door to Jones Dry Cleaning to see if it was fixable but was unfortunately told no. There are many, many dry cleaners in the Charlotte area. I encourage any curious reader to strongly consider them over Saber.

I bought my silk dress in & the guys says they can take off the 5 inches I request off. He also tells me that they will call me when it's ready and I can only pay in cash for alterations. So a week and a half goes by and I call oNe price and the man is like oh yea it's ready for pick up, and I'm like ughhh well no one called me. But it's fine I pick up and paid $18 in cash and had to ask for a plastic cover the guy at counter stated it's not provided for alterations only‍. Well I needed one so he provided one, this place is near my home and I would definitely go back as needed.

I've been coming to this location consistently for some time to have my mom's dry cleaning done…read more.. and mine done very seldom! I have noted under the new management, the price has increased twice! The lastest increase occurred during the current COVID pandemic! When I inquired about this increase, the owner stated it was because they changed off-site dry cleaning plants and the new one was more expensive! I also noticed on my receipt that they pass on their service fee when using your credit card with their Clover POS system! When I inquired about the service fee, the owner stated it was always there, even under previous management! I disagreed and told him I had reviewed prior receipts once I saw it on my most recent receipt! He claimed that it was baked into a higher tax at 9% vs 7.25%... Is that even legal? When I reviewed my old receipts again, there was no such upcharge in sales tax! During the visit, and while bringing this to his attention, he was quite defensive and told me that my questioning and tone was out of order! I informed him that as a customer, I had every right to question that for which I was being charged! And further, why is he not making his customers aware that this fee is being included on their bill? He stated, "it's on there, right in from of your face!" And when I asked why prices are not posted in clear view for customers to see BEFORE he rings in the items to be dry cleaned? He stated "it's here (over the cash register pointing in the opposite direction) behind the counter!" Again, he was quite upset by my line of questioning, and stated he wished to refuse me service of my mom's items because of my tone of voice, and accused me of yelling at him and complaining! False! I explained to him that I don't believe it was my tone of voice that was at issue, but instead it was my line of questioning and my reaction to his in substantial, illogical responses and his "superb" customer service! Such business practices were never an issue under prior management! One price meant just that... one price! Any cost and fee for additional services rendered was posted and clearly communicated BEFORE you were charged! I have since contacted and made inquiries regarding the same with the BBB!
