I had them dry clean 2 basic sundresses that I bought from JCPenney, and the only reason I didn't wash them myself was because they were so cheap, they shrunk the first time I wash them. Those two dresses cost me $25 just to get dry-cleaned! I also had them fix a wonky zipper once, and that cost me $35. I'm definitely to the "fool me twice, shame on me phase" of our relationship. The clothes I've had dry cleaned have always come back clean and pressed, so that's the only reason for the two stars.

They offer no service outside of business hours M-F. They do not have a customer service phone…read morenumber. [EDIT: They have a voice mail line, but you cannot reach a human.] All contact with them is through their app. If you leave a message on their app, they don't call back until the following business day. In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

I don't mind paying for services like house cleaning, lawn maintenance, etc, because the hours saved can be used for experiences, so I was excited to try this service on the hope that it would buy me valuable time in my day, but unfortunately my personal experience was that it ended up wasting more time than it saved, resulting in a total fail as this service was neither convenient nor time saving. I leveraged this service multiple times and on multiple occasions issues arose, whether it be a missed delivery date, even though the date was confirmed in writing and via the app, getting my clothes back with cleaning fluid stains or adding specific notes about needing stains on clothes to be treated and getting those clothes returned with the same stains on them, which in my opinion, tells me they completely ignored or didn't care about the notes they confirmed in writing prior to pickup, which aligns with my view that the customer service is mediocre at best and apathetic at worse. Whenever problems arose I would eventually hear back from customer service (with no sense of urgency on their part) and the dance would begin back and forth (wasting more of my time) before ultimately given a "credit" and then having to take more time to have the clothes re-serviced to fix the issue caused by their company in the first place. The whole point of my using this service was the hope of saving time, but in the end, I would have been better served in my opinion by going to any basic mid-level brick and mortar dry cleaner, even if it meant having to sit in traffic on 77 and 485, as the time spent sitting in traffic would still have been less than the time I wasted dealing with the multiple issues from this "service" that was neither convenient or time-saving in the end. Even after giving them multiple chances, I will cut my losses and go back to the mediocre hit or miss brick and mortar dry cleaning scene here in Charlotte, leaving my remaining credits to eventually fade away on the island of irrelevancy with all the other businesses that had a solid concept but poor service and execution in the end. When i took in my shirts and pants the young girl behind the counter told me they offer same day service if you drop off by 9am. She also said since it was in the afternoon she would not get them back till the following day normally. I said that is fine. I took out my clothes and separated them out on the counter for her while she took my info. She then told me that due to the amount i had, 25 shirts and 4 pants that they may need a extra day with them. So i left them with her a bit puzzled that that amount may need an extra day. I told her I wanted heavy starch as i like my shirts creased and stiff. I returned the following day after 5 on a whem that they would be back. She tells me "I told you we will not have them back till tomorrow" So i said thanks i just thought with you having same day service you would have them back this evening. I came back the following morning and they had them back. When i took a quick look at them i noticed they had no creases in the sleeves. I inquired about the starch and creases not being present. The lady told me ohh we don't do creases and yes they are starched as you asked. I then said this is the first time i got my shirts back from any cleaners with out creases. She said this is normal for them. I then promptly paid the $100 bill and started to gather my stuff when she said, oh we kept a shirt due to there being a stain on it, and it will be ready tomorrow. I said ok thank you. I returned the next evening to find out they kept 5 shirts, Which i know most if not all did not have stains on them. So after handing me the remaining part of my order, she told me I owed them an additional $25 for those shirts. So With all that being said. I feel they Lied to me to cover their lateness on having my order ready, They failed to properly starch my shirts. Their customer service is next to none. If they would have offered to send the shirts back and starch them properly and tell me the truth about the missing shirts i would not have wrote this review this way. I recommend anyone looking for a place to due their dry cleaning to use another company unless you enjoy being lied to and taken advantage of.

Of course they do a great job but it's the people that work there that keep me coming back. All are personable and easy going while getting the job done. Lets face it, there are many good cleaners in this area-- I prefer to deal with nice friendly & helpful people behind the counter VS someone that cant help showing they are annoyed a customer has interrupted them by walking in the door. Not only was she able to repair it, but it only costed me $12. Now I didn't expect her to completely restitch the shoe back exactly how it was, but she was able to make it less noticeable.
