Anyways, to get to my point, my husband has all his shirts custom made and tailored ($$$) and we've been often disappointed by the treatment other dry cleaners have given his very special special clothes. After the third place ruined another shirt ($$$$) through its third-party cleaning facility, we finally asked his tailor which service he would recommend. He said, hands down, V-Cleaners. V-Cleaners does all of it's drycleaning and alterations in house. Your clothes are always ready by the next day after 3pm, the prices are VERY affordable, and the couple who runs the place are so sweet. The problem? They are located 30 minutes away from our home and their parking lot is impossible for my truck to fit, so I have to often get creative... and I'm a horrible driver. That's a one hour trip twice a week in my gas guzzler + the impending parking accident = $$$$$$$$$$$$.

She had an attitude with me when I came in to do my laundry at night back in December. Told me I could use the table, only to fold laundry. I ignored her comment and proceeded on with what needed to get done. To the owners: You're not the only laundromat in town. & I don't pay to use your machines to get verbally abused and disrespected from your only employee "Flo". First, they are in a very convenient location in south Charlotte and offer an array of dry cleaning services. I'm on the go for business so I like to have my shirts and pants pressed and ready to go, so when I dropped off my items I advised them as to what I'd like accomplished, and they were very friendly and accommodating. To my surprise there was not much of a lead time given they are super busy (I dropped off on a Saturday and 15 shirts and 6 pair of pants were ready by Tuesday). It was very affordable and all items were wrapped very well with a heavier gauge of plastic wrap than I've seen at other cleaners. All aside, very impressed with my initial experience and look forward to using them again!

It's off the side of one of the major surface street roads and has its own parking. The couple who run it are friendly and seem to have a good business. Initially the wife was a little concerned about whether their partner who does pressing could do a full pleat, but after speaking with him, they confirmed it was doable. I left the skirt with them for dry cleaning and pleat pressing. It took a week and the end result was perfect. It almost looked brand new. Pricing was pretty fair. In terms of dry cleaning and pressing, they are good option to consider.
