My wife and I sent out request for service for our lawn care needs. Seven people/companies…read moreresponded via message. There was just something different about the response from Growth Guru lawn care that set him apart. We asked for three to stop by and give us a quote. One person set up an appointment and NEVER showed up, never called back or anything until three days later. Another person couldn't because they were leaving for vacation. Growth guru responded in three minutes, came by in twenty minutes. Totally went UP HILL from there... he walked our property, he took pictures and lastly and totally unexpected is that he said he'd email me our quote and it was just done so professionally; company letter head, itemized from tip to tail regarding the work to be completed and cost. Now his work, OMG! unmatched! We are so enormously thankful and extremely grateful for him. We are very happy to write a review for him. Erwin did what I continually preach "whatever you do, do it AND THEN SOME"... Highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommend him!

When he arrived, he already knew what was the issue and he guessed it was the solenoid that wasn't receiving signal. He switched the solenoid from another station to check if his guess was correct, and it turns out that was the issue. He even went to Home Depot to get all the materials and came the next day to fix the issue. No extra cost for that! I highly recommend him since he is very good at responding to messages and always try to address the issue the same day. When he reached out to my request, I was hesitant since there were no reviews, but you never know unless you give them a chance. There are other businesses which may charge more, but he is very flexible with the price. I didn't negotiate the price since he found the cause of the issue immediately and you should appreciate that first. He said he also does electrical work, so I will reach out to him again for help with some electrical work. Hire him, you won't regret!

This is a STRONG warning to anyone considering Augusta Lawn Care Services. At first, your meeting…read morewith them might seem good. But after that, the service quickly went downhill. The work was often incomplete or poorly done, and it became obvious that the quality and professionalism were not consistent. There's a constant turnover of workers, many of whom openly admitted they weren't familiar with the services they were supposed to perform. When I tried to address these issues, I was met with unprofessional and rude communication, especially during billing, which is handled by the owner's wife. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to address customer concerns make this company one I cannot recommend. Please, do your research before hiring them. I truly wish I had.
