There was just something different about the response from Growth Guru lawn care that set him apart. We asked for three to stop by and give us a quote. One person set up an appointment and NEVER showed up, never called back or anything until three days later. Another person couldn't because they were leaving for vacation. Growth guru responded in three minutes, came by in twenty minutes. Totally went UP HILL from there... he walked our property, he took pictures and lastly and totally unexpected is that he said he'd email me our quote and it was just done so professionally; company letter head, itemized from tip to tail regarding the work to be completed and cost. Now his work, OMG! unmatched! We are so enormously thankful and extremely grateful for him. We are very happy to write a review for him. Erwin did what I continually preach "whatever you do, do it AND THEN SOME"... Highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommend him!

When he arrived, he already knew what was the issue and he guessed it was the solenoid that wasn't receiving signal. He switched the solenoid from another station to check if his guess was correct, and it turns out that was the issue. He even went to Home Depot to get all the materials and came the next day to fix the issue. No extra cost for that! I highly recommend him since he is very good at responding to messages and always try to address the issue the same day. When he reached out to my request, I was hesitant since there were no reviews, but you never know unless you give them a chance. There are other businesses which may charge more, but he is very flexible with the price. I didn't negotiate the price since he found the cause of the issue immediately and you should appreciate that first. He said he also does electrical work, so I will reach out to him again for help with some electrical work. Hire him, you won't regret!

At the end of the day, He ended up taking responsibility for his neglect of duty and subsequently offered and fulfilled a full refund. He was good on his word this time which added value to the previous experience I've had with this business. Doing this brought back Client Dignity and Respect after experiencing Client Vulnerability. I will have to just bite the cost of rescheduling photos of the yard which was $$$ but the refund from this business was appreciated. I can't give 5 stars since I didnt get the full service or quick resolution from start to finish. HOWEVER, I can just say, (both as a business owner and military member), that I appreciate the integrity of this individual and the resolution experience from the business. // BREAK// PREVIOUS: He quoted me $120 for a "yard clean up". He mowed the front and back lawn then said he forgot his tools to trim the bushes and stated that he'll come back same day to finish the job. I've been very patient and called him several times to which he's responded that he "forgot to come" or "something came up" and "I'll come tomorrow "! Yet Here i am 16 days later, still with an unfinished job and the home needs to have pictures taken of it today! Now Im scrambling to find someone else to finish the job asap. If you knew you couldn't come back to finish the job, then at least credit me back half of the money for half the job you didn't complete!!! This is total theft of service! As a business owner myself I can't imagine ever doing this to my clients. This is a very unpleasant and unprofessional business!

We had some work done for us in our backyard in laying down concrete and building a retaining wall. Quality is only fair and not complete. We made the payments on or ahead of time for all the work, but this contractor has not followed through with all the agreed work. Contractor cut our previous installed drip system pipes and not fixed it, new pipes installed are not concealed, concrete has cracks and not sealed. Despite our efforts to contact him, we have not heard back from him for the past three weeks about coming back to finish the pending work. I would be very careful about using this business given how he seems to be dodging both our attempts at communication and completion of the work discussed.
