One person set up an appointment and NEVER showed up, never called back or anything until three days later. Another person couldn't because they were leaving for vacation. Growth guru responded in three minutes, came by in twenty minutes. Totally went UP HILL from there... he walked our property, he took pictures and lastly and totally unexpected is that he said he'd email me our quote and it was just done so professionally; company letter head, itemized from tip to tail regarding the work to be completed and cost. He was good on his word this time which added value to the previous experience I've had with this business. Doing this brought back Client Dignity and Respect after experiencing Client Vulnerability. I will have to just bite the cost of rescheduling photos of the yard which was $$$ but the refund from this business was appreciated. I can't give 5 stars since I didnt get the full service or quick resolution from start to finish. HOWEVER, I can just say, (both as a business owner and military member), that I appreciate the integrity of this individual and the resolution experience from the business. // BREAK// PREVIOUS: He quoted me $120 for a "yard clean up". He mowed the front and back lawn then said he forgot his tools to trim the bushes and stated that he'll come back same day to finish the job. We made the payments on or ahead of time for all the work, but this contractor has not followed through with all the agreed work. Contractor cut our previous installed drip system pipes and not fixed it, new pipes installed are not concealed, concrete has cracks and not sealed. Despite our efforts to contact him, we have not heard back from him for the past three weeks about coming back to finish the pending work. I would be very careful about using this business given how he seems to be dodging both our attempts at communication and completion of the work discussed.

After his normal business hours, he still made time to come over and help me out. Not only did he order the parts for me at a deep discount, but instead of just knocking the job out himself, he patiently walked me through the entire process step by step. He showed me exactly how to do it so I could handle it myself should the need ever come up in the future. What really stood out, though, was what a genuinely kind and sincere person he is. From my brief interaction with him, he seems to be a true family man.
