One person set up an appointment and NEVER showed up, never called back or anything until three days later. Another person couldn't because they were leaving for vacation. Growth guru responded in three minutes, came by in twenty minutes. Totally went UP HILL from there... he walked our property, he took pictures and lastly and totally unexpected is that he said he'd email me our quote and it was just done so professionally; company letter head, itemized from tip to tail regarding the work to be completed and cost. I used him for about a year and every month he showed up two times and got his job done . He even agreed to take some pictures of the work after the job is done. We made the payments on or ahead of time for all the work, but this contractor has not followed through with all the agreed work. Contractor cut our previous installed drip system pipes and not fixed it, new pipes installed are not concealed, concrete has cracks and not sealed. Despite our efforts to contact him, we have not heard back from him for the past three weeks about coming back to finish the pending work. I would be very careful about using this business given how he seems to be dodging both our attempts at communication and completion of the work discussed.
