A couple of weeks ago I noticed that my sprinklers were not working anymore. I did not know how anyone to fix sprinklers so I decided to shut them down until I figured it out. That's when I searched on Yelp and found Alex's information. I called him based on his reviews and he did not disappoint. He came and evaluated all the sprinklers and found that there was a leak in the pipe that lead to the zone that did not have any pressure. He dug to find the broken pipe and replaced it quite efficiently. He taught me to program my sprinkler system and did not leave until he verified that everything was working properly. I have no idea how the sprinkler system works but he took the time to explain all about zones/pressure etc... and did not run out of patience. I called Alex on Sunday morning and left a voicemail figuring maybe I'd get a call the following week. He called me a couple of hours later. After explaining the problem (leak on main line of irrigation that was losing 30,000 gallons last month--yikes!) and telling him we identified where the leak was, he offered to come by that day--on a Sunday! An hour later he was at our home. Our neighbor's tree roots had basically grown all around our underground PVC pipes and stressed it so much that it broke. My father-in-law had spent many days clearing the area of roots beforehand and had inadvertently cut through some of the pipes. Alex quoted a fair price and was able to fix it then. I so appreciate that he was able to come out so quickly even on a Sunday. His wife was with him as they had been enjoying their Sunday and waited patiently as he worked.
