When he arrived, he already knew what was the issue and he guessed it was the solenoid that wasn't receiving signal. He switched the solenoid from another station to check if his guess was correct, and it turns out that was the issue. He even went to Home Depot to get all the materials and came the next day to fix the issue. No extra cost for that! I highly recommend him since he is very good at responding to messages and always try to address the issue the same day. When he reached out to my request, I was hesitant since there were no reviews, but you never know unless you give them a chance. There are other businesses which may charge more, but he is very flexible with the price. I didn't negotiate the price since he found the cause of the issue immediately and you should appreciate that first. We made the payments on or ahead of time for all the work, but this contractor has not followed through with all the agreed work. Contractor cut our previous installed drip system pipes and not fixed it, new pipes installed are not concealed, concrete has cracks and not sealed. Despite our efforts to contact him, we have not heard back from him for the past three weeks about coming back to finish the pending work. I would be very careful about using this business given how he seems to be dodging both our attempts at communication and completion of the work discussed.
