He saved me several hundred dollars by searching the history of my car and finding out that I had an existing warranty on the water pump. Isaac was knowledgeable, honest, and super friendly. For that reason, I brought back my other car to replace the battery and then the tires. My experience with Isaac showed that he cares about his customers and thinks about what's best for them. Instead, shortly after the purchase, the vehicle suffered what appears to be a catastrophic engine failure, leaving me with an extremely expensive problem. I am not an average car buyer. I am a retired Mercedes-Benz Master Certified Technician with over 40 years of experience. I know these vehicles inside and out, and I recognize the difference between normal wear and serious mechanical defects. What disappointed me most wasn't just the mechanical failure--it was the dealership's response afterward. Rather than standing behind the vehicle or making a meaningful effort to resolve the situation, I was left feeling ignored and on my own. Buying a used car always involves some risk, but customers should be able to expect honesty, transparency, and a reasonable inspection before a vehicle is offered for sale. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Envision Motors of West Covina. My advice to anyone considering buying from this dealership is simple: pay for a thorough independent inspection before you sign anything, no matter what you're told. It could save you thousands of dollars and months of frustration. I hope the dealership improves its inspection standards and customer service so future customers don't have to go through what I have experienced.

After discussing the situation further, Stephanie Hernandez and Peter Gohil took the time to review my concerns and understand that the delays were largely outside of my control. My vehicle was down for nearly a month due to diagnosis delays and a defective replacement part supplied through Ford's warranty process. As a result, I incurred rental car expenses that I did not believe should have been my responsibility. To their credit, Stephanie and Peter listened, reviewed the circumstances, and worked toward a fair resolution. Puente Hills Ford reimbursed me for the expenses that resulted from the extended repair process, which I greatly appreciate. I still believe there were communication issues during the repair, but I also believe businesses should be recognized when they step up, take ownership, and make things right. In this case, Puente Hills Ford acknowledged that the situation was not the customer's fault and worked with me to resolve it fairly. I told them I was a cash buyer and asked for the out-the-door price and answers to a few questions. I was repeatedly told someone would call me back with answers, but no one ever did. After nearly a full day of waiting, I had to call the dealership myself. By then, the online price had increased to $19,000. The salesperson told me the manager would honor the original $14,985 price, but ONLY if I purchased their protection package and added accessories. The result? The out-the-door price was still about $23,000, exactly what it would have been at the higher advertised price. I was also told the vehicle wasn't even available for another week because it had been sent out for a recall repair, something that was never mentioned while I was waiting for a response. As a customer, this experience was frustrating and a significant waste of time. I spent more than a day trying to obtain information that should have been readily available. Customers deserve timely communication, honest answers, and respect for their time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere and cannot recommend them to others.

Was the only advisor for the day, but he seemed to smoothly handle all the customers for the day without nary a hint of stress. He personally came to find me in the waiting area to provide further answers and updated me like 2 or 3 times during the visit. Wow, just the calm demeanor of this man put me at ease. The vehicle is advertised as having only 10 miles, yet I was told by the fleet manager, Abraham, that it had been kept on the service floor as a show car. That explanation didn't make much sense to me. If a vehicle is being marketed for sale as essentially new, why would it be sitting in the service department instead of being properly displayed on the showroom floor? What was even more concerning was the quality of the online listing. For a vehicle with a price tag of $155,000, I expected a professional presentation. Instead, the photos are poorly lit, low quality, and, unbelievably, some of the interior photos appear to be from a Dodge Charger, not the AMG GLE 63 S being advertised. That's a major oversight for a luxury dealership. I asked for current, live photos of the actual vehicle. Rather than providing clear, high-quality images, the manager sent me cellphone pictures of his computer screen, which were even worse than the photos already posted online. It gave the impression that no one was willing to take a few minutes to properly photograph a six-figure vehicle. Based on this experience, I found the sales process to be unprofessional and lacking the attention to detail I'd expect from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. If you're shopping for a luxury vehicle, I would recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills presents its inventory much more professionally and appears to take greater pride in the customer experience.
