Call Lindsay passed it was perfect. I also asked them for garlic and oil to dip the bread and it was funny to come out with a nice beautiful soft Italian bread and then you come out with some kind of pizza

    Mozzarella appetizer. Yummy!

Finally came here after years of driving by wanting to go. Very classy traditional Italian restaurant. Greeted as we walked in and sat immediately for our 5:30 reservation. Loved the dark tones and red lighting, perfect for date night. I also noticed they had an outdoor area which I would love to try in the spring/summer. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the mozzarella appetizer and I like how they split it into two separate plates for me and my husband. For dinner I got the carbonara and it was phenomenal!! I ate the entire plate. My husband got a chicken dish and said it was the best he's had in a while. For dessert we tried the crème brûlée which was also delish. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

    Cold lobster pic for attention.

Get this. Our table was not ready when we got there and they need to do some MAJOR sound control work. But that was the only miss otherwise 10/10! Love this place. Great food, lovely all male (a little awkward) staff.

I came here to celebrate my birthday over dinner. The ambiance is nice and elegant. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was pretty good. A little higher end price wise but expected. The beef carpaccio appetizer was good. The ravioli was delicious. The red wine was good. And the espresso martini was good as well. Overall, a nice night.

Service, food, and ambiance were all top notch! I would say personally top 3 Steakhouses I've ever been to and that is saying a lot. The only down side is the parking is a struggle to say the least. The parking lot doesn't go around the building which could leave you backing down the aisle.Other than that it was fantastic and cannot wait to go back!

I can't believe I have only just discovered this place. As a Westchester-rooted foodie who moved to CT 20 yrs ago and has been fortunate to dine at top NYC steak houses and other fine restaurants, this is such a pleasant surprise to have practically in my backyard (!) The venue itself is reminiscent of a traditional, high end steak house, with dark wood paneling throughout. The maitre d and staff in suits or crisp white shirts and suspenders. There's no question about what type of dining experience one is about to embark on, yet diners can wear whatever they are comfortable in. Some guests appear to be regulars and are greeted with friendly 'Bonna cerra' and kiss on the hand, some guests are in jeans, and others in suit jackets. We were celebrating an anniversary and so a little on the dressier side. I felt perfectly comfortable amongst the crowd-- and it was crowded(!) We made reservations a few weeks in advance for a Saturday night and the parking lot as well as restaurant were completely packed. Despite the crowd, we were seated within 5 minutes and immediately were brought bread and asked for preference of water. Drink orders were taken very shortly afterwards. Servers were highly attentive and timing between courses was perfect- didn't feel rushed and were never longing for the next course. The food-- exquisite presentation and my lobster cocktail and lamb chops were executed to perfection. My husband had Caesar salad and a porterhouse. I don't think I ever saw the salad as it was pretty much devoured before I could snap a pic. Medium rare for the porterhouse and was prepared just right. The filet could easily rival some of the top 'well known' restaurants. Apart from the filet, the rest of the porterhouse was slightly less impressive than some of the name brand venues however still quite good. Having now discovered this gem, we will definitely be returning. It was a little cooler out (late Sept) and we sat inside however after dinner found a beautiful patio overlooking a cascading waterfall in the back. 10/10 dining experience. Excellent food and service. Perfect venue for special occasions or other celebrations.

Exceptional food and traditional Italian dining rooms and service. We started with a bottle of white wine from their extensive list. They set up an ice stand and were consistent with making sure our glasses were full. We enjoyed the fresh fried calamari and I have to say it's the best I've ever had. For our main dishes, we had the carbonara and branzino which was the fresh catch of the day. The fish was perfectly flaky, garlic green beans and buttery mashed potatoes tied it all together. While I'm not usually a carbonara fan, it was recommended as the best pasta by the server. It was creamy and the touch of truffle was delightful. The bill adds up quickly but it is totally worth it for a special occasion.

Just excellent in an unexpected way. From the friendly service this large and packed restaurant had a very upbeat atmosphere as a backdrop to careful service and creative dishes! Appetizers were fun (calamari, Clams and artichoke) All were excellent. Wives both had Snapper, men had Veal Sorento. Can't compliment enough as it was incredibly satisfying while not too much food. Great job. We look forward to returning!

The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming, and the staff was attentive without ever being rushed. It gave us a great chance to really enjoy the space and the food. We started with the two-cheese crostini, which ended up being one of the highlights of the night. The bread was perfectly crisp, and the cheeses had just the right amount of richness without being heavy. I also tried their seasonal non-alcoholic Spiced Apple-Lini, and it was surprisingly delicious--refreshing, slightly sweet, and very "fall in a glass." For my entrée, I ordered the chicken Milanese, and I have to say it might be the best I've ever had. I'm usually very particular about chicken dishes, but the flavor and texture were spot-on. The breading was light and crispy, and the chicken itself wasn't dry at all. The plate came with a beautiful mix of seasonal vegetables--roasted squash, shaved fennel, cranberries, and arugula--topped with an apple cider vinaigrette that pulled everything together. It tasted fresh, balanced, and really thoughtful. We ended the meal with their cheesecake served with a house-made pistachio crème. The flavor was fantastic, especially the pistachio topping, which really made it unique. My only tiny note is that I personally prefer cheesecake a bit colder and denser rather than closer to room temperature, but that's purely personal preference and didn't take away from enjoying it. The owner also came by to chat with us, and he was incredibly friendly--clearly someone who cares about his guests and the quality of the experience. Between the great service, thoughtful menu, and inviting atmosphere, we're already looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. Definitely a strong addition to the Danbury dining scene.

The place was busy, but the staff still made us feel completely taken care of. I'm usually not a fan of prix fixe menus and had my heart set on trying the Beef Wellington, but honestly, I didn't feel like I missed out at all. My filet and husbands lobster ravioli were both delicious, and the appetizers were just as impressive. Their wine selection was also really nice and paired perfectly with dinner. They were sold out of 2 of the bottles we initially requested so that speaks for itself ! We ended the night with a soufflé and a tart for dessert, which was the perfect sweet finish. Overall, such a great Valentine's dinner,we'll definitely be back! In addition to all that I was a huge fan of their fine China and wine glasses they were not only in pristine condition it was just so comforting to enjoy my food on beautiful plates. Kitchen needs to know how to stage food better when they are busy. We also enjoyed watching other customers being pissed off on the operations. Waiter was as nice as he could be considering how busy they were. The need to manage operations better. Disappointed with the fries. Too much oil and soggy. Lucs in Ridgefield is way better. I would avoid and we will not be back. Would also recommend the French restaurant in North Salem.
