Came here for happy hour to try some different small plates and to socialize of course. It was a nice spot with a pretty decent menu, many options to choose from which is always nice. The food was very tasty, we got a few different plates to share and try. Fun time.

I was in the area and decided to stop at this bar. The interior is very beautiful, even the bathrooms are pretty! There is also some outdoor seating. Upon my arrival, I was seated by a very friendly hostess, and was immediately greeted at the table by my server, Anthony. Anthony was very kind and attentive and offered suggestions from the menu which I appreciated considering I was unsure what to get. I ordered the Chicken Katsu Sandwich, which was SO delicious! The flavor was great and it was cooked perfectly. For dessert, Anthony suggested the crème brûlée cheesecake. It was phenomenal! The cheesecake itself was so delicious and creamy and it was served with whipped cream and a side of fruit jam. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. I would definitely return!

Unassuming from the outside, Craft Kitchen & Bar opens into a warm, inviting space with textured walls, reclaimed wood, and high ceilings that pair beautifully with circular statement chandeliers. The vibe lands between industrial and cozy, an aesthetic that immediately draws you in. My martini arrived stirred and strained into a perfectly chilled V-shaped glass. The glassware was light, with a thin stem, rim, and base, elegant to hold and even better to sip from. The drink itself was spot-on: icy cold, clean, and confidently strong. The olives were the perfect finishing touch, gentle, buttery, and pleasantly mellow. Their menu is creative and full of appealing options. I went with the poke bowl special, and it was executed with impressive attention to detail: fresh tuna, perfectly cooked rice, a kick of sriracha mayo, sweet mango salsa, crisp purple cabbage, and creamy avocado. Every bite brought a new, balanced texture and flavor. A special shout-out to our bartender, Amber; her smile, service, and martini-making skills truly made the visit. Whether you're stopping in with friends or flying solo, this spot is absolutely worth a visit for a superb dining experience.

I dropped in for an impromptu weekday lunch. The dining configuration is appealing -- long bar with plenty of stools and booths, standard-height booths, and tables. The varied seating breaks up the space. There's a lot of dark wood, with a very high ceiling. I had the lunch special: cream of tomato-basil soup and grilled cheese (cheddar-on-sourdough). All very tasty. The service was prompt and attentive. My only demerits were the soup and post-lunch coffee weren't hot enough. I will go back.

Great atmosphere! Great Service! Our waiter, John. Was super attentive and also allowed our party of 4 to take our time! Food was great! We had hoisin mustard wings, pork belly & French onion soup for apps. For dinner we had the old fashioned burger, the filet mignon tip sandwich and carne asada tacos. The only complaint was with the tacos where we felt they may have cut the steak with the grain. Flavors were on point tho. Wish we lived closer, but we'll be back! I'd love to try brunch!

Craft is a staple on my local list for amazing food, delicious cocktails and great service. The menu is versatile and portions are ample. The seafood pasta is one of my favorites, and the roasted Brussels sprouts are also particularly good.

The setting is nice with plenty of parking. The outdoor seating was a nice setup with fresh flowers blocking views of the road and parking lot. The waiter we had was super nice and helpful, not being too overpowering but checking in just the right amount. We started with the Mezze Dips which is hummus and whipped eggplant dips with a spread of fresh veggies and warm pita bread. It was very good and we all enjoyed it including our toddler. The menu is big enough to have something for everyone on any diet while keeping things fresh and not overwhelming. I went with a basic vegan burger which was absolutely fantastic on fresh grilled sourdough, it would even be good without the vegan patty if you want to avoid that. It seemed likely a Beyond or Impossible type party which I am fine with on occasion. My wife decided to go the fish route and got the crispy fish sandwich which was a huge size and she ate almost all of it. She said it had really good flavor and would order again. Our toddler got Mac and cheese and of course snacked on the appetizer and our fries. I gave the Mac and cheese a taste test and it was nice and fairly light versus the sometimes highly overpowering stomach bombs places make. Overall it was a nice dining experience and reasonably priced for what you get. I can't speak for the inside vibes from this experience since we were outside the whole time but overall I will definitely keep it on my list for the area and plan to go back. Maybe even again this week!

Our server was amazing, but the real standout was when the manager came over to chat. He asked how our night was going, wished us a happy Valentine's, and even checked if we needed anything extra. Super genuine, not salesy just made us feel like they actually cared we were there celebrating. That little touch turned a busy night into something special and personal. It's well proofed, the perfect balance of chewy and tender, gently salted and seasoned to allow toppings to shine. The thin Neopolitan / Neapolitan style crust is best eaten fresh out of the oven, not by delivery or take-away. After many years of eating at Stanziato's, though, we have some additional observations: As at just about every other restaurant, service is variable. The wait staff tends to be beautiful and young, capable about 80% of the time and less so about 20% of the time. The front of the house was extremely disorganized on a recent visit and although it was not busy, we waited 10 minutes to be seated. (We noticed others waiting a long time by the door without acknowledgment, waiting to put in or pick up an order.) Our first hostess greeted us curtly, and then completely disappeared, leaving a colleague to pick up the pieces 10 minutes later. Salads are well designed, but not always well executed. On several recent visits, our salads were slightly gritty with sand or soil. (A supplier issue?) Lardons in a Harvest Salad were cut into overly large pieces, fried too far in advance, and ate like salty rubber erasers. When it's not gritty, the beet salad is still a winner. Pizzas are sometimes served unpleasantly and excessively charred -- not just spots that might be expected on a Neopolitan / Neapolitan style pizza, but whole sections of crust. When 13" diameter pizzas run north of $20, I'd hope for better quality control. There is huge variation in decor from room to room, a legacy of the real estate takeover of the Latin bar next door, perhaps. The original rooms run pubby; newer rooms run clubby. The parking lot is as tight as ever!
