After looking around a little more, Sal asked if I would like some help. After describing what I was hoping to find, he guided me to the collections that would be best for our project. He really knows the merchandise they have and wrote up the estimate and emailed me the next day. We came back a few days later and met with Mason again and made a few minor adjustments to our order. We had to cancel the order because the delay puts our entire installation timeline at risk. Jesse should have verified stock availability before taking our order. Instead, we were given information that turned out to be inaccurate, with no proactive communication about the delay. This level of service is not acceptable, and we hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. We ordered from Fergusson - no issue.

He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. They also offer services for custom tiling.
