Told them this part would cause a fire; told them this tv must have the exact same serial number. No substitutions. They sent a substitute. This means they are all incompetent as i would expect people that deal in electronics should know these things. Will never buy from this "place" again and will leave a review on every single platform I can find.

Do not go here under any circumstances!! I went here to have a screen replaced on my iPhone XR…read more They ask for your passcode for your phone and the passcode was supposedly to be able to test the new screen after it was installed. They took the phone in the back to do the repair which took about 20 minutes. They return to the front with the phone and everything checked out no problem. The following day the screen starts to flicker on and off consistently at the most in opportune times. But the real kicker is apparently when they had my phone in the back they went into the phone under my Google account and actually left a review on Google under my name giving themselves five stars and made comments about supposedly great service for fixing my phone. When I realized what had happened I was livid. Not only is my phone not working properly that is a total unethical invasion of privacy and against the law in many places. I went back to the store and confronted the manager who told me that the tech Sam supposedly worked on my phone in the back and he would have been responsible for the post He called Sam several times on the phone in my presence to confirm this but no answer I don't even believe Sam exist. Had to argue for 20 minutes only to be able to get back a refund of the labor. They would not even give a full refund . They offered to fix the screen flickering f but I refuse to do busses that's with them and you should too. Think about all the sensitive stuff people have in their phones from baking information, private photos, and stuff that can be used to steal your identity. Don't go there under any circumstance!!

I thought about it for a few hours and decided to head in myself to check it out and I always trust salesman when they ask specific questions and really listen; the gentleman behind the counter said that for my needs an upgrade for memory was not necessarily the best bet and as is would be fine. I was taking aback by his direct and honest opinion. I love the direct customer service as opposed to big box stores and with the 90 day warranty I don't think I could go wrong. I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35. "Best decision I made for my printing business"…read more Been running a small custom apparel business for about 2 years and was getting killed by outsourcing all my printing. Decided it was time to bring it in-house and started looking at DTF printers. Did a ton of research and kept seeing DTF Printer USA mentioned in forums. Called them up and talked to their sales guy for like an hour. He didn't try to oversell me or push the most expensive machine. Actually listened to what I needed and recommended a setup that made sense for my volume. Really appreciated that. Bought a DTF printer package from them - printer, RIP software, heat press, and all the supplies to get started. Everything arrived exactly when they said it would and was packed really well. The printer came pre-calibrated which saved me a huge headache. But here's the real kicker - their tech support is incredible. Had some issues getting the colors dialed in perfectly and they walked me through everything over the phone. Even did a video call to see my setup and help troubleshoot. Most companies would've just told me to read the manual. Been running the machine for about 6 months now and it's been solid. Quality is way better than what I was getting from my old supplier and my profit margins are so much better. The supplies they sell are good quality too - tried some cheaper powder from another vendor and immediately went back to theirs. Only complaint is shipping costs on supplies can add up, but the quality is worth it. Plus they're always available when I need help which is huge when you're trying to run a business. Already recommended them to two other shop owners I know. If you're thinking about getting into DTF or upgrading your equipment, these guys know their stuff and actually care about helping you succeed. Definitely buying my next printer from them when I'm ready to expand.
