I placed an order on April 18 and received a notification that my order was received and updates were to come when the order cleared my card. After about 10 days I checked and the pending order on my card disappeared without notice (the card is fine, I use it daily). I called about the order and received a text back that they would take a look. It's now been 16 days since they said that and I have followed up multiple times and haven't heard back. What a waste of time. I recommended this place to a friend because after seeing the positive reviews on here and Yelp I was sure the experience would be positive but don't be fooled.
