After going to several bespoke tile stores, walking into Floor and Decor was like a breath of fresh air. The Experience: We were greater and escorted around the whole store by Lydia who took her time to explain the different tiles, measurements, calculations, etc. She was amazing. She even showed us our grout options. We definitely walked out with a complete picture and tile to match. Parking: This is a huge stand alone store location. It is just amazing. Since it is a stand alone, it has it own massive lot with wide parking spaces. That is appreciated since they have flatbeds rollers for shopping. Floor: The options of tile are wall to wall (ceramic, porcelain, stone, marble, etc.). My suggestion is to come in with your measurements because these tiles go fast! Decor: To get a better idea of how to arrange your tile, there are design examples of life size restrooms when you walk in to the right! To answer the question of if I will be back! The delivery team told my partner and me that if we didn't personally carry the furniture up the stairs they would terminate delivery. We were forced to perform labor we paid $1,500 for. No one answered my calls or texts to the store that night. Their only offer: a $200 store credit. Second: their own website lists the Savoy Gold Leaf Bed as 'Compatible with electric bases.' The sales rep also confirmed this in writing via text after I sent my exact Tempur-Pedic model. It is not compatible. The headboard blocks the base from articulating. Reported the day after delivery. Nearly one month of broken appointments, missed follow-ups, and ultimately told that sending a technician to New Jersey is difficult -- a location they knew about when they took my $12,478 order. I have filed complaints with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, Texas Attorney General, FTC, and CFPB. A formal legal notice citing the NJ Consumer Fraud Act has been sent.
