I guess by my posture, someone already noticed why I was there. At the same time, I saw the pickup sign and was about to press the button. "Don't you dare to press that!" I heard a man's voice behind me. I thought it was a joke. Ok. I turned around and politely asked to retrieve my merchandise. It took him a long time. I started to browse other laptops on the shelves. I was about to change my order to get the one on the shelf with better product... Thank God. He came back with my order. After I got home, I started searching for that display laptop. Wait, the models don't match. The bar code is for a less quality laptop. Shoot. That's bait and switch. No. No. No. Not coming back again.

I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.
