So I'm writing this review because, the associate that was working that day (Danny) may quite possibly be the most friendly, helpful guy I have ever met in my home renovation travels. He recommended somewhere that may have what i was looking for rather than just say 'yeah sorry don't have it'. Sure enough, his recommendation had what I needed. Vienna Floors...I promise I'll be back :)

A friend referred me to Oscar at Vienna Floors and I looked them up. They only had 2 reviews which made me wary, but I went in to talk to him and I was sold. Oscar has been in the business for over 30 years and he is passionate about what he does. (Not to be confused with a salesman. Definitely not that type). He was extremely knowledgeable and answered questions that 3 other contractors could not answer. He was not pushy at all. I was under a very quick time frame (needed them done before we moved in) and he made it all happen. Then men he has working for him were outstanding (Angel and Herbert did the floors/carpet) and Mike and Danny work in the shop and answered all my questions. My biggest concern was the squeaky floors so they tore up all the original hardwood and only to discover the only thing under the hardwood was wooden beams/planks supporting the entire main floor. They secured those and then added plywood as an extra support and also removed previously termite damaged wood and replaced them. While they were not the cheapest, they were definitely the most thorough and honest. I felt comfortable with any of them in my home with me and my small children. After the job was complete, I still heard a couple squeaks and so Oscar had Herbert come back and lift up the carpet and shoot hundreds of little nails into the plywood to hold it down more securely. Amazing!!! Definitely a great choice.

I asked what cabinet distributors they used and she couldn't give me a name, she said they use many. I then asked what the difference would be between getting a particular cabinet color (not knowing what my options were or what would be in stock without a company name), and she said custom vs semi custom are just words and that it's all pretty much custom so it wouldn't make a difference. Upon asking a few more questions, she proceeded to tell me "I'm not sure if you saw, but our company has almost a 5-star review and that's almost unheard of". I didn't know what to make of it, but considering what some of their reviews mentioned, I felt as though we were going to get the same treatment. She said she'd get back to me by Friday with a quote and a visual of the kitchen updates-- it was Tuesday that day. We gave her a call that Friday afternoon to follow up and she insisted that the cabinet company was taking a while and that she'd get back to us by Monday the latest if not over the weekend. We waited and got nothing so my husband called her the following Wednesday without ever hearing from her. She continued to reassure us that she hasn't forgotten about us and that she'd get back to us by Monday for sure. It's now been 21 days and we got no updates or any communication from them. It's clear that this is a pattern for them and I'd advise someone looking to get work done by someone reliable and honest to look elsewhere.

George stands apart entirely. He is the only contractor I would trust with my home, and going forward Panorama will be the only company I use. I am extremely particular, have very high standards, and am a perfectionist and George exceeded my expectations at every turn because he is exactly the same way. He notices everything. Details that most people would miss, George catches immediately and addresses without being asked. That level of care is rare. Professionally, George is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, consistent, and prompt. He is hands-on in a way that is almost unheard of, he is on site, actively overseeing the work, ensuring quality and continuity throughout the project. That alone sets him apart from most contractors. Just as importantly, on a personal level, George is genuinely a people person. He communicates clearly, listens carefully, and makes the entire process feel calm and well-managed. His crew reflects him perfectly, they are respectful of the fact that they are working in your home, pleasant to interact with, and highly skilled at their craft. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, George has earned mine completely. Panorama Remodeling delivers not only beautiful results, but peace of mind. I would recommend George and his team without hesitation to anyone looking for excellence.

This project merged three rooms which required the removal of walls, installation of new hardwood floors, installation of new cabinets & countertops, extensive rewiring, installation of new windows, asbestos abatement and new plumbing. The Panorama crew took precautions to mitigate the impact on the environment for the health of themselves and the occupants of the house. The project involved a variety of trades and scheduling with 3rd party contractors and county permits & inspections. The remodeling project passed all county inspections with no rewiring or other rework needed. George's recommendations for component suppliers were spot on. The suppliers provided excellent quality materials with timely deliveries. Where possible, materials were manufactured in the U.S.. George's coordination of deliveries and 3rd party contractors for asbestos abatement, cabinets, countertops, structural engineering, and kitchen design was top notch, and key to the success of the project's completion ahead of schedule. George should be nominated for sainthood for his patience with nervous clients. Several meetings were held during the planning stage to iron out details. During the project, he communicated daily the status of the work, keeping us well informed of progress and issues. Panorama's crew always arrived early and started on time, working tirelessly and professionally. While supervision was on site daily, the Panorama crew was well trained and worked largely independently. Shout-outs to Hector (Team Leader), Randy (Lead Plumber), Karen (Kitchen Designer) and the electrical team.
