The Mayflower team was awesome! The entire experience from planning to design to starting and finishing the project was first class. They take the stress out of remodeling and are super on top of every little detail. The quality of the work and attention to the little things stands out! We are thrilled with our Kitchen remodel and will definitely choose Mayflower for future projects.

We remodeled a small 1960s bathroom in our basement. Our biggest challenge going in was water damage visible on an interior bathroom wall and on a wall in an adjacent bedroom. We wanted to make sure we understood the source of the water damage before we started the renovation -- was it coming from the old bathroom or was it a foundation issue? Mayflower's designer, Nicole, asked their project manager, Alex, to come out and evaluate the issue. By cutting open the bedroom wall, his team determined that the issue was due to a leak from the aged interior shower walls. This evaluation -- before we had even contracted with Mayflower -- gave us the confidence to move forward with the renovation. What impressed me from the start with Mayflower is their process. I worked with Nicole to select all materials in their showroom. Their relationships with vendors make the selection process super easy -- one visit to their showroom, compared to running all around town looking at tiles and fixtures. The selection was good for our project and the design process with Nicole was fun. We made 90% of selections on one afternoon, and then she emailed me nearly daily and sent lots of suggestions for the last 10% of items (mirror, medicine cabinet, towel bars). Mayflower moved quickly and the team was in and out of our home in 3 weeks. Lexi served as the interface between us and our construction team once the project kicked off, and Nicole consulted as needed. The team was careful to protect the rest of the house and try to limit dust as they worked. They cleaned up every day, and did a deeper clean at the project's end. The bathroom looks beautiful! I recommend Mayflower for the genius and ease of their process, as well as for the excellent work they all did on our new bathroom.

We had a great experience with the renovation. The design phase was good and considered all our storage needs while giving us a more pleasing aesthetic. The construction crews were efficient, knowledgeable, hardworking craftsmen who showed up every day until the project finished. Every detail was thought through and we are so pleased with the results. We are veteran renovators and this was far the smoothest experience.

We recently completed a kids' bathroom remodel with the Mayflower Construction Group and I'm delighted to share what a terrific experience it was from start to finish. I honestly couldn't have been more pleased with Mayflower's professionalism, customer-centricity, flexibility, responsiveness, breadth of design options and pricing transparency. Having recently done a master-bath remodel with a different company, I'm even more impressed by and grateful for the value-added Mayflower experience. Our design consultant, Nicole, was committed from the start of the project to its success, even braving an unexpected early-morning snowstorm to keep our scheduled at-home consultation. With her help, I was able quickly to select the right tile, lighting, bath/shower upgrades, and space-optimizing vanity and cabinetry. She patiently answered my many questions, reviewed my countless wish-list images, and made value-added suggestions that made it clear she'd intuited my unspoken wants, too. I love the resultant design. The construction team was similarly professional, detail-oriented and thorough in executing their portion of the project. They took enormous care in protecting newly laid carpeting and ensuring a clean, safe, accessible environment even amid demolition and rebuild. They responded immediately to a request to tweak something that we hadn't anticipated and had a just generally great attitude. Finally, Mayflower's clear, consistent and timely communication deserves mention. With frequent updates and proactive check-ins, I felt very well cared for throughout the process. I also appreciate the group's efforts to accelerate project completion to accommodate a planned houseguest visit. We love our new bath and gladly recommend Mayflower Construction. We're planning a kitchen remodel in the next year or two and will definitely choose them again. Anne Eisele Seitz

We hired Mayflower to turn our retirement condo into our perfect home. We did not want downsizing to deprive us of our most loved home features. The tiny kitchen was our first priority. Could we please have a microwave/convection oven, a steam oven, an induction cooktop, a dishwasher drawer, and a French door fridge with the newest tech for keeping produce fresh. We also wanted Rev-a-Shelf features to maximize storage space, including trash bin and pantry pullouts. And how about a deep kitchen sink and instant hot water for tea? It didn't take long for Nicole to show us designs. Everything fit together beautifully. Nicole added some open shelves to make the kitchen more spacious, and she surrounded our washer/dryer with custom cabinetry so it no longer looked out-of-place in the kitchen. The small laundry supply cabinet created next to it was the perfect touch. We did not even have to upgrade to more expensive cabinets to accomplish this so we were able to keep to our budget. Previous to this, I imagined improving my tiny bathroom would be impossible, but when Nicole informed me that my tiny bathroom stall could be enlarged by several feet because one wall could be moved back, I was excited! Then I was shown how my old cabinet had fillers on either side so extra space was lost. My new cabinet would have more storage space and also create more floor space in front of it. The chunky old toilet could be replaced with a tankless bidet creating more floor space, and giving me some luxury options like heated seat and self cleaning. My bathroom was going to be transformed, just like the kitchen. Having been through remodels at previous residences I was a little anxious about all this work being done while we were living in the condo, but the Mayflower crew were very courteous. All work went exactly as planned, protective plastic walls protected our furniture, and frequent email updates were sent to us confirming exactly what work was completed and what was in progress. Since I could see much of the work while it was being done, I was impressed by the crew's skill and pride in their work. We are now looking forward to having all our worn-out 40 year-old closet and room doors replaced. We know that Mayflower will have no trouble completing on schedule and at a price that we can afford. We are lucky to have Mayflower making our retirement dreams come true.

I purchased a home and was thinking about having a few home improvement areas done before moving in. The kitchen was the biggest and most pressing piece of it, and I found Mayflower based on the great reviews they have online. It's my first time having a remodeling project done, and I will start off by saying that I would certainly go with Mayflower again given my experience. I worked with Nicole on the front end of the project -- design, budgeting, price quote, etc. Nicole was really great to work with, always responsive, attentive with what we prioritized and working within our budget. The only thing that I would say is that it would work best if you have a pretty good idea of what you are looking for rather than hoping to get design ideas or suggestions, because we got the default of having cabinets all around wherever there was space, which ultimately wasn't what we liked stylistically. Nicole was quick in adapting to our preferences and made multiple rounds of changes until we got to the design we wanted. Ryan was our project manager and he was also great to work with. On day 1 of the project we got the unexpected hiccup requiring a change order (note to self in future: learn to pay attention to cabinet toe kick design relative to your previous cabinets, or you may be looking at a surprise flooring job too!), which I wasn't happy about but Ryan made sure to talk me through the reasons and the additional cost was quite reasonable. Most importantly, the additional work didn't add additional days to the project, which I was super grateful for. There were a couple more hiccups over the course but it was clear Ryan prioritizes customer service and satisfaction. The only thing I wish was done better was trying to get the project wrapped up when it was 95% done and we were just missing the crown molding (which needed to be reordered for some reason)... it required a few checks to nail down the completion, but in all fairness we were dealing with snow, supplier timing, and the crew's availability. From a quality perspective, these guys really have done a superb job. I am very happy with our new kitchen and everyone who has seen it complemented on it. I would give them 4.5 stars, but since half stars are not possible, I'll round it up.

Mayflower did a wonderful job with our bathroom remodel. They were professional, reliable, and affordable. They are very easy to communicate with, always answered our questions promptly and provided frequent updates. The job was done early and we are so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

We chose Mayflower Construction to remodel our CondoMaster Bathroom. We had received quotes from other companies, but from the minute we spoke with Mayflower we were sold. They were extremely warm and seemed truly interested in making our space the best it could be while staying within our budget. They visited our home and walked through the process and provided several samples from which to choose. We had a few ideas already, and their designer totally knew how to make those ideas reality. When Day 1 of Reno arrived, they were meticulous and made sure to completely protect our property. The time line they gave us was spot on, and the final product was, well...incredible. I will only use mayflower for future projects.

George stands apart entirely. He is the only contractor I would trust with my home, and going forward Panorama will be the only company I use. I am extremely particular, have very high standards, and am a perfectionist and George exceeded my expectations at every turn because he is exactly the same way. He notices everything. Details that most people would miss, George catches immediately and addresses without being asked. That level of care is rare. Professionally, George is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, consistent, and prompt. He is hands-on in a way that is almost unheard of, he is on site, actively overseeing the work, ensuring quality and continuity throughout the project. That alone sets him apart from most contractors. Just as importantly, on a personal level, George is genuinely a people person. He communicates clearly, listens carefully, and makes the entire process feel calm and well-managed. His crew reflects him perfectly, they are respectful of the fact that they are working in your home, pleasant to interact with, and highly skilled at their craft. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, George has earned mine completely. Panorama Remodeling delivers not only beautiful results, but peace of mind. I would recommend George and his team without hesitation to anyone looking for excellence.

The project involved a variety of trades and scheduling with 3rd party contractors and county permits & inspections. The remodeling project passed all county inspections with no rewiring or other rework needed. George's recommendations for component suppliers were spot on. The suppliers provided excellent quality materials with timely deliveries. Where possible, materials were manufactured in the U.S.. George's coordination of deliveries and 3rd party contractors for asbestos abatement, cabinets, countertops, structural engineering, and kitchen design was top notch, and key to the success of the project's completion ahead of schedule. George should be nominated for sainthood for his patience with nervous clients. Several meetings were held during the planning stage to iron out details. During the project, he communicated daily the status of the work, keeping us well informed of progress and issues. Panorama's crew always arrived early and started on time, working tirelessly and professionally. While supervision was on site daily, the Panorama crew was well trained and worked largely independently. Lawrence always communicated with me about schedule which had not been the case with other contractors. They were there working on my job every day, not showing up once or twice a week like some others. Any fluctuation to schedule or budget was discussed and agreed upon by both parties. We had a couple of unexpected plumbing delays but that was due to the original build not being up to the current code. I changed direction on a couple of design decisions and Lawrence was right there with me. The work was exceptional and the end product is amazing.
