I recently called Alan at Click construction to look at my wood work and siding on my home. Since they built me a wonderful closet, I thought I would work with them again. Alan informed me he has been doing siding work for over 30 years. I looked at the color options, styles of siding and a material for my porch ceiling. The pricing was actually less than I thought so we worked in new vinyl porch rails as well. And they are beautiful. Just warm water will keep them clean, which is great. All of my eaves were closed in with white vented soffit material. The siding install manager was very attentive to all my questions. The job looks wonderful and I love the fact I am done worrying about painting it. Once again Click Construction performed well. Click Construction helped me out in a pinch! I had mold remediation scheduled in my bathroom, which required the removal of a bulky double vanity. When my previously scheduled contractor fell through at the last minute, I scrambled to find another GC who could do the removal on short notice -- incredibly difficult, given that many are overwhelmed with work due to the pandemic! Alan and his team took our basement from an early 80s tiki bar to a comfortable den with a home office. He also replaced our HVAC and windows, and did some minor jobs throughout the home. The work was very high quality across the board, and the pricing was reasonable compared to the other contractors we contacted. We went a bit over budget but mostly because we thought of other things we needed done and found Alan and his team easy to work with. All I can say I WOW! My husband and I hired Click Construction to completely remodel the hall bath in the townhouse we just purchased. Alan's team did a phenomenal job and I just can't stop peaking in to look at our new bathroom! We met with 2 other companies and Alan came in right on budget. We liked being able to work with him directly instead of through a 1-800 number. During our initial meeting Alan estimated our job would take 6 days and they completed the full remodel right on time! Ronnie and Leo were assigned to our project and they were not only excellent contractors, they were also kind and courteous throughout the process. We trusted them both in our home while we were at work and even our skittish hound dog didn't seem to mind the extra company :) I stopped by our house from time to time to see how things were going and they always took the extra time to explain to me what they were working on and what was coming next. I love the work! The outcome was near perfect and the team he sent was amazing. Ronny is an amazing painter, can do electrical, drywall and always has good ideas. Ray can work any wood or framing project and does an excellent job providing the trim around the floors. Leo does it all to include flooring, painting, drywall and even installing fans and shower holders. There were some minor issues like meeting the deadline to complete, some contract updates and minor corrections. Allen ensured everything was fixed, worked around my schedule and made sure I was happy. Big or small projects, click will do a 5 star job. I was in the market for a new over the range microwave to replace the standalone one that I had for some time. The more I learned about installing the microwave the more I thought I was going to be in over my head. We had to have the old range hood removed and a new power outlet set up for everything to work. My wife and I went ahead and did a little bit of research and found Click. Alan was extremely helpful. I wasn't able to get the time off of work, so he worked with me and figured out a way to have someone come to my house on a Saturday. Alan set up an appointment for a guy to come by in the morning and get it knocked out. The contractor, who was named Leo, showed up right on time and was very nice. He came in, took a look at everything he needed to do, picked up the parts he needed to complete the install and had it done before I knew it. Leo was very knowledgeable and very efficient, I can't say enough good things about him, especially because he came out on a Saturday which would normally be his day off. My wife and I have some other projects planned that we now know we will use Click for. Due to a terrible developer, I had several serious issues with three of the bathrooms in my home. The grout and tile work was messy, and none of the showers were correctly waterproofed. Alan and his team came in and quickly did a thorough assessment of my home. They clearly laid out what needed to be done, and did it very efficiently. The floor in one of our ground floor bedrooms had sagged and pulled away from the wall, leaving a 1-2 inch gap between the floor and wall that stretched 3-4 feet. We had discovered that the room was not on the foundation, it was over floor boards that had rotted because water was pooling under the room. So it was clear that the project would involve pulling up the floor around the gap, probably replacing the joists under the floor, and then putting down new flooring. To help stop this problem from happening again, we needed some gutter work done on the outside of the house, and waterproofing done in the basement including getting new basement windows. We found their contact information on a list of recommended vendors from our neighborhood association. We contacted them and the owner, Alan, came out to view our issue. He told us what his team would do, making it clear that the project may change depending on what was found when they pulled up the floor, but he made it clear that his team could handle whatever we needed to have done. In the end the project expanded because we decided to have his team stain and refinish all of the flooring in the room, and paint the entire room (including the ceiling and closet). We also had them install insulation under the room after they put in new sister joists. They also re-did the gutter on the outside of the house to move water to our front yard and away from the room, they put in new windows in the basement and painted dry lock along the basement wall that was affected by the dampness. Alan and his team were very professional and easy to work with. Alan was easy to reach, he responded to texts very quickly and made sure we knew what work was going to be done and what it would cost. His team did not do anything that was out of scope until he talked with us and confirmed what we wanted done. His teams are made up of master carpenters, excellent painters, and general contractors so they can handle any kind of home repair. The work was very high quality. The team cleaned up all of their work at the end of each day and they even moved the furniture back into the room when they were done. The repaired room is easily the nicest room in our house. We'll definitely be going back to them for future home repair and home remodeling projects and we've already recommended them to several of our neighbors. read more

Click added a new bathroom to our basement, which included trenching the floor, adding some walls, and all the usual things you need for a bathroom. They also replaced drop tile ceiling throughout the basement with drywall and recessed lighting. The whole job took about 2 months, which was within Alan's timeline. He didn't nickel and dime us for any small addition or alteration, which was nice, though we did end up spending more of our own money than expected, so I think it all evened out. We passed final inspection on the first try, and the bathroom and ceiling look great. I would recommend to potential customers that if you are particular about fixtures, you should order them yourself. Storing a big box in your house is better than getting a phone call saying that your carefully selected item is out of stock so please order something else. No big job is without its stresses, and we experienced only minor ones like that. Alan was always very prompt with communication and the crew was polite, careful (mostly), and skillful. read more
