We told him what we wanted and he sat there on his computer and put our vision on screen in a mere 15-20 min. He also had great ideas and suggestions for when we were a little stuck on what we wanted. Dang is a pleasure to do business with and is very responsive to any messages and emails we sent. He has always exceeded our expectations. We have returned to Dang at least 5 more times so that he can help us finish other projects in our home. The showroom is huge and amazing and clean and has a large variety! The ladies at the front counter are always so friendly too. They had the best and most reviews compared to the other companies we looked at, and the best pricing. Johnny went out of his way to purchase the sink, faucet (both Kohler), and garbage disposal from Costco and passed the costs directly to us with no markup. The demo, new countertops, and all plumbing hookups were completed in about six hours. Our kitchen was only out of service for that single day, whereas other companies told us the installation could take several days. Not having a working kitchen for that long would have been a huge inconvenience. Inland Cabinets made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

When I sent pictures over to Johnny of our kitchen before he couldn't believe I wanted to change the counter tops and back splash. But even though it looked nice there were a ton of imperfections. So when Johnny came by he noticed a lot of "mickey mouse" things the flipper did to the house, dishwasher in the wrong place, sink not in the center, etc. So we ended up changing our lay out to be the correct way. In the matter of 2 weeks we had a whole new kitchen. The attention to detail his crew provides is unmatched and his prompt communication is very rare in this type of field. Can't thank inland cabinets enough for bringing my vision to life and giving me a functional kitchen.

But from the start walking in we were so happy to be greeted by Wayne. He was welcoming from the start. He walked us through the different slabs, explained the pieces and we never felt any pressure. I ended up falling in love with a granite slab that I wasn't even the color I was looking for- LOL. It was a great deal, I couldn't pass up. Lastly, two days after purchase, I called to inform Wayne that our contractor was going to pick it up the slab. Well our contractor forgot the A-frame and it was caught by the employee and I was immediately given a follow up text. Needless to say my contractor returned the following day with the A-frame and I was given a follow up text when it left. WOW! Talk about great service!! 5 Stars!! Don't hesitate to come here.

They're great people, trustworthy! They strive to meet their customer's expectations. The countertop installation turned out great and the work was completed on time. The experience was very positive from the beginning to the end. My wife and I welcomed this positive outcome since other aspects of our kitchen remodeling project (different contractor) did not go as smoothly. In summary, my wife and I were very pleased with the work done by Legend Stone. We felt we made the right choice. We would hire them again without any hesitation! We were so pleased with the entertainment center that we had him build a 9' buffet with 4 floating shelves. Again, we couldn't be happier. The third project was on a smaller scale. It was a shiplap wall with a 10' shelf. Although a smaller project he tackled it in the same way he does every job - with precision to detail on every aspect. Our last project was a 10' wall with lower cabinets as well as 2' upper cabinets on the left and right leaving area in the middle to accommodate a large tv. Steve is a true craftsman that is proficient in his skills and gives 100% to each job. We highly recommend Steve.

With this guy, his attention to detail and quality of workmanship are top notch. He had to figure out how to how to make the six tall shelf sections (12-1/2' high sloping down to 8') follow an unevenly sloping ceiling while dealing with a wall surface (13-1/2' long) that was not necessarily flat or square. But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. We would never call anyone else.

Our experience with Polina was excellent, she was friendly, kind, and very helpful in guiding us through our tile selection. Where things fell short was communication and delivery...especially disappointing as this was our first time shopping here. When we placed our order, we specifically asked if the product was in stock and were told that it was. After we paid and left, we received a call saying the product was actually not in stock and would take about a week. Frustrating, but what made it worse was the response we got when we followed up. We spoke with Glenn and explained that had we known, we might have gone elsewhere. His response was essentially that we were free to do so. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I found that surprising and disappointing...there was no effort to retain our business or make things right. We decided to continue with the order since we had already paid. Fast forward about two weeks, and we hadn't received any updates. I called to check in and was told the shipment was still in transit and might arrive by the end of the day. I asked to speak with a manager, and Glenn called me back. To his credit, he acknowledged the earlier interaction and apologized for the delay, but there was still a lack of proactive communication or effort to improve the experience...especially considering we had already, made multiple trips for payment and a partial pickup. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. I would still recommend this place for the showroom, selection, and the help we received from Polina. Just be aware that the follow-through and communication may not match that initial experience.

We stopped by their showroom about three to four times to pick out the tile, countertop, cabinets, etc. and each time Tim was very accommodating and patient. He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the end product. Tim and his entire team are very patient, communicative, and we will likely use EKB again when we get our other bathrooms and kitchen redone.

It was built completely from scratch, and all we gave Hans to go off of was a single picture we found online. He took that photo and turned it into an actual masterpiece. The iron balusters, the wood treads, the whole setup--everyone who comes over immediately stops to compliment it. Everything else came out amazing too--the kitchen island, the bathroom tile, the custom vanities, and even the under-stairs space.
