She looked and acted like a Southern Bell because she was so warm in her attitude and speech towards us. We bought some things and then left. Her shop is great! There was a very funny funny sign which I will show in my pictures. Just warm hospitality from this store! When I travel back to Texas I will go there here. The owner talks to you as though you are a friend not a customer. You leave her shop with a good taste in your mouth.

Growing up, I used to visit my grandparents in a small town in Kansas. In that town, there was a…read morejewelry store in an old bank building. I used to live going in their because the people were so nice and the building was so cool. My grandparents knew I liked going in and always found a reason for us to go when I visited. Something about Bermuda Gold & Silver takes me back to that and puts it in the forefront of my mind. The folks here are friendly and helpful and can consult with you on custom jewelry that you might be dreaming about. They are really good about taking someone's idea or concept and making it a reality for them. They also repair jewelry, which has come in handy a time or two for me as well. It truly is small town friendly personal service!! Review #2080

I went in assuming that the mask sign on the front was optional, when in fact it wasn't. I didn't want to wear one and he told me if I didn't I needed to leave and I said okay I'll leave and went to put my jewelry back in the plastic bags and he started screaming at me. I'm 21 years old and a man who is probably in his 60s-70s is screaming at the top of his lungs saying "f-ing cow, your disgusting, how would you like if I blew cigarette smoke in your face!" And he shoved his finger in my face. He kept yelling "Get the F*ck out of my store!" I was leaving respectfully and I understand him telling me to leave his store, but the screaming was awful! DO NOT COME HERE!

So I was running errands and popped in as I had a charm that I needed to add to my bracket. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted (by does one expect less at James Avery?) and asked how can they help me today. I told the sales clerk that I needed to add a charm and asked about how long will it take. She told me it wouldn't take long and I almost fainted. She assisted me with locating the perfect spot on my bracelet and while she worked on it another clerk assisted me as I walked around and looked at other charms. I had some other errands to run and I was going to come back but before I could walk out the door, my bracelet was being brought to me. I…read morehave to give a HUGH shoutout to James Avery and their incredible team especially the manager, Alexandria, at the San Marcos store. About a month and a half ago my daughter and her grandmother went into their store to get a couple links added to her charm bracelet. Of course they have to ship it to Kerrville to get it fixed and would mail it back to us as soon as it was done. Since her grandmother is the one that took her to do this we didn't have any of the information on when it would be returned to us. After a few attempts of getting the shipping information from her grandmother we finally got it. Once we looked up the tracking number it said it was delivered over a month ago by UPS.....WHAT?!?!?! We never received anything, and with it being so long ago we figured it would be a complete loss. Figuring that whatever address they delivered to was enjoying it. After trying to start a claim with UPS, with little hope in mind, I got to a step that made me think I better call James Avery just to make sure I didn't need anything from their end. Once I got Alexandria on the phone that was it, I didn't need to do anything else. She handled everything. They even sent Ava a new replacement bracelet and took several days and emails to make sure it was exactly like the one that was lost. And doing this all before they have anything settled with UPS. I am absolutely impressed and beyond grateful. I am a customer for life (not that I wasn't before but this just sealed the deal). If you want excellent customer service, the friendliest people and top notch jewelry, James Avery is the place to go.
