Great place to watch a game or just chill with friends. We love the atmosphere. The food is unique and delicious. The staff is friendly. The fire pit and outdoor patio are great. This is a terrific neighborhood gem. read more

A very pleasant surprise. Great beer. Food too. A previous comment mentioned attention to detail. Spot on. Will be a great place to go and sit by the outside fire pit in the fall. read more

Beer was fantastic! Lots of different flavor that I haven had before in a unique way. We ordered the bread and the cheese dip which was delicious! Just wish there were some heartier dinner selections as we just had apps then ate somewhere else. The selections just don't have enough to them but everything we did have was great! read more

Visiting from Toronto and enjoyed my evening there. Great beer and atmosphere. Wide selection micro beers and unique tapas menu for pairing. The staff was very friendly and provided great service. Highly recommend if your in the Canton Ohio area. read more

Like nothing Stark County has ever seen before. An awesome staff who truly goes out of their way to give each customer the best possible experience. Lots of live music, unique atmosphere, great food, paired with even better beer. Cheers! read more

Excellent beer and food in a new brewpub in Canton. The fish and chips were tasty and not over breaded or greasy. The fries were excellent. Good peas and bread sticks too. Many different beers. One is an IPA made with hops that are put in the wort the same day they are picked. And excellent service too. read more

Great casual place for beer and food. Listened to live music, had great food and chilled. What more could you ask?

Thankful for such a creative space and menu. The owners are wonderful and it is shown through their staff. The only problem is that I see a new menu every time and can never decide what to try first. Look forward to what is to come. read more

We've become regulars for the simple fact that service and beers are the best around. These guys have brought a big city concept to town and have succeeded at making it what it should be. Live music on the weekend. Food menu is perfect and their beers are the best around. They are taking beer all over the state which is great because it good stuff and I'm round to say it comes from our home town. read more

Royal Docks Brewing - Breweries Near Me - Canton, Ohio

Cute but casual. We had awesome food! Even better beer and a nice selection of apparel. Bathrooms were especially clean and our bartender was interactive and knowledgeable read more

Haven't tried the food yet, but every time I grab a flight of beer here, they are all good.

Amazing ambience, great service and delicious food! We never mind the wait as it is always worth it.

We visited Royal Docks on Saturday with family. We loved the place. The food was awesome, tasty and hot! The service was great and so friendly and the beer? All I can say is WOW!!! Two of us had beer flights and they come in a flight of 6! So you really get a good variety to try. They have so many different beers to choose from! Just an outstanding time there. They have a patio that is dog friendly too! With a fire pit ! We can't wait to return with our dog, thank you so much!! read more

Unique food. Very very good. Great beers great service. They even provided blankets and heaters once the sun went down on the patio.

Royal Docks has quickly become a fav for me and my husband. Their flatbreads are delicious. My husband recently tried their christmas ale and said it was one of the best he has ever had. Love the utilitarian design and feel of the decor. I do with you could just have them come to your table to order though... (right now you go to the counter and order and they deliver to your table). However with That being said, there are always people waiting with iPads to take your order quickly. read more

They have a great selection of craft beers and the food always tastes fresh. The atmosphere is also very cool.

The beer and atmosphere here are great but that is about it. The food was disappointing and so was our service. The flat breads are okay but the crab cakes had no flavor and the chicken wings were chewy. I would say if your looking for a place to drink beer and hang out this place is perfect but I would not come here for the food. Otherwise it is a cute and clean place. read more

This place is like a beer magnet., I just keep coming back. Great beer, great people, just what I've been searching for all these years.

Great addition to Jackson Township! Great beer selection, love the scotch egg flatbread! Great place to go anytime but especially after Jackson HS football games - enjoy the fire pit and free music! read more

Love this place - the servers are prompt and as friendly as they come. Their beer is excellent and their is a broad selection of the type of beer you can select. The food is very good, too, but not a broad selection which is fine by me. I go for the beer, the friendly service, and the comfortable environment (I highly recommend their outside seating). read more

When I walked in, the place seemed to have great potential. The ambiance and the beer were both decent however the service was awful. Whether it was a systems issue concerning insufficient number of servers relative to the crowd or just human error, the food never came out. I inquired with both the server and the bartender 35 min and 50 min after ordering, respectively. The server claimed that the food would be out in another 10 min at the most after waiting 35 min after ordering. The food was still not out after 50 min and we had to leave to make a lacrosse game in time at Jackson high school and were unable to eat. I will not be returning. read more

Way too busy! Waited for two hours, never got a table and ended up walking down to 3 Brothers. The Bar is great and they had a band playing that was pretty good but just too busy. read more

Really nice ambience, friendly servers, and a couple beers we really enjoyed. Food is average pub fare

The beer was outstanding, bought myself a flight and all of the beers were terrific as well as their chicken and waffles. The portion was huge and tasty. In addition, their staff was very attentive and caring. To be honest, many microbreweries tend to have bartenders that are lacking on personality but these guys have it! I can't wait to come back! read more

Great place for both craft beer & food. The beer is currently brewed in Columbus but they hope to open a facility near here. Flat bread sandwiches are great. They don't open until 4:00 and there is a band some nights. read more

Love the beer. Love the food. Love the atmosphere. HATE the chairs. Sounds crazy, but so uncomfortable to boyfriend and I we just find another bar to go to when we want to stay and relax. read more

If I owned this place I think I would have fired every last person in there. I sit down.First thing I was told I would be right with you.Ok no problem.Thats all was said for nearly 10 minutes. The same waitress walked in front of me at least 3 times and never bothered to ask if I wanted anything. In the meantime there were other couples that stepped in and were taken care of immediately. Now I understand that the place was less than 1/4 packed on a Monday night. So all 3 people were busy beyond anyones imagination.Just BSing with the other customers. There was a fella behind the bar the whole time I was there and never bothered to say hello goodbye or eat s....It was more important for him to drink his beer and yuck it up with the folks beside me. Finally I get waited on just as I was gonna head for the door.At least I got to try a beer.I sat with an empty glass for who knows how long. Then I was asked if I wanted another.Nope.Just give me my tab.Of course on the pad the 20% tip box was highlighted. Are you kidding me?? A tip? Really? I guess my shirt was the wrong color.Maybe my hair was too long.Did I need to shave? You people have perfected a way to make some people feel like an ass.I suppose my money isn't good enough. I made a choice to find this establishment.Wish I never did. The management and all employees need to understand no matter who walks in they need to learn to appreciate everyone who walks in.No matter who they are. I read you guidelines on how you want me to act in your Brew House. This is just some of how I expect to be treated. I wish you luck. read more

Good beers and excellent friendly service! We will definitely be back! Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often!

Unbelievable IPA !! Hope you guys can ship to the East Coast soon!!! Put in a request into my local store in Philly . Just started my fellowship in Philly so I need a good IPA. read more

We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, the beer is very good, and the food is great. It is just a great place to go and have a nice relaxing evening out. Everyone has always been so nice. read more

Love Royal Docks. Love the beer, the atmosphere, the friendly service, the clean bathrooms. Occasionally in a wine mood rather than beer but not a fan of buttery chards which is the only chard they have. One of the bartenders mentioned they may be getting some additional wines from Gervasi. I will look forward to that! read more

Every time we go to Royal Docks, we are glad we went! One of our favorite places to dine and drink beer. We live in stow, so it's bit of a drive but well worth it! I can't say anything bad about this brewing company. The food menu is awesome, staff is awesome and beer is the best!! read more

Food is ok a new bar so they are working on it. Beer is pretty good and staff is very knowledgeable service is pretty good. Great place to catch some apps and some beers for a game.O H I O!!! read more

Cool yet somewhat awkward environment. Somewhat of awkward ordering process too. We were unsure how to order or what the seating process was when first entering. Lots of wasted space at the front bar . We finally thought it would be safe to sit outside. Just most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. I couldn't wait to leave just to be more comfortable. I had one of the flat breads which was good. Unfortunately drink menu when I was there was just their limited brews. Sampled a few with my husband, they were drinkable ( for not being a huge beer drinker). Unfortunately nothing special. read more

Beautiful location, friendly service, and top-notch beers. That's my concise review. All of their beers are European-themed (with an obvious preference toward U.K. beer styles), but typically have an American twist to them by way of the hops and/or yeast strains used. They have lighter beers that will appeal to the macro light beer drinkers, plus the funky interesting stuff that appeals to the beer geeks. My favorite (as a beer geek) is BECAUSE, their Belgian Golden Ale. Their porter is also a must-try. Additionally, they typically offer 2 cask-conditioned beers which are always worth sampling. My favorite of those has been the coffee porter, which is infused with coffee beans from the stellar Four Kids Coffee in Canton. Their food selection is also solid, with an emphasis fare that pairs well with their beers - flatbread pizzas, soft pretzels, and tasty salads. I can't recommend this place enough. I go there far too often already. read more

Fantastic pub with great craft beers on tap. The proprietor, John, came by our table personally to chat and make sure we had a great experience. We'll definitely be back often. read more

Beer tasted horrible. Tried six different ones hoping there would be just one that was palatable. Worse than soap water. Pictures of London don't change the pissy taste. Service bad, but not worse than the beer. High hopes dashed. Maybe somebody else will actually bring us a worthwhile experience. read more

Beer was ok. The food is terrible, everything is brought in frozen and heated in a convection oven. Tastes like Schwan's.

Had the opportunity to stop by this brewery at the recommendation of a friend. Very pleasant experience. Not often I leave reviews but the food, service and beer was impressive. The patio is like nothing you find around here. The service was friendly and very helpful as I'm just getting into craft beer. I would recommend some of the "bits & pieces" as they call them on the menu and try a flight. The menu is perfect for a good meal or to share. My wife enjoyed the fact that there was a patio, wine and pleasant selection of music. read more

Being from Chicago , I have few expectations in regards to locales around the Canton area, (no pun intended) especially the bars. Recently, I've visited my friends, and I was introduced to this locale and I must say I was impressed. It's all the same shit when it comes to bars, they're all the same in one way or another...not this one!! The setup and English feel well, it's something you have to experience yourself; it reminds me of my London studies!! If you have taste and want to experience something unique...this is a cool bar!!! Going to college in the beer capital of the world where breadth of beverage is the motto, I was pleased to experience the variety they have at this place. The owners are unbelievably kind and gave exceptional service. Try their British Lox from their food menu and finish it off with their authentic beers!!! read more
