Gavin arranges a time to come by, usually within a day or two of me reaching out. The check itself is quick and simple. Gavin advised me on what's needed, when the valve might need to be replaced (not yet) and why the checks are done. I gave them a call and Ken who I think is the guy running the show answered and I explained what I needed on such a short notice. He was super accommodating and came out that same day at 6pm keep in mind I called him at 3pm! He tested my backflow and sent my test sheets to the County the same day even though he said they usually send it out the next day but he expedited it based on my needs!
