They told me they can send someone out for an assessment the same afternoon. The assessment will be free of charge and even if I decide not to go ahead with their services, they will not charge me. Many companies will promise a free assessment but when you decide not to go ahead with the repair, they charge you a fee. That is why I always clarify that first. I got a call a few hours later that the technician has been called for an emergency repair and they can come the next morning. I didn't end up using their services because my husband was able to do the fix that evening. Lucky me! But I so appreciated their timeliness in communication, reliability and politeness. Recommend! Hope you don't need their services but if you do, you will be happy!

I gave them a call and Ken who I think is the guy running the show answered and I explained what I needed on such a short notice. He was super accommodating and came out that same day at 6pm keep in mind I called him at 3pm!
