I always call James for a problem with plumbing ! He always does a great job! Charlene Alfson read more

James installed a new bathroom faucet for us. He does excellent work and his quote was very reasonable. He cleaned up the work area, and also fixed/replaced the P-trap that was misaligned. I highly recommend Fox Plumbing, and will hire James for any future plumbing needs in his areas of expertise! He should be the first person you call. read more

Same afternoon appointment and fixed our issue. He then found an unrelated problem that was causing a pipe leak and he offered to fix that on the spot, too. Very professional and kind! read more

James and Fox Plumbing represent everything you want and nothing you don't. Responsive, professional, kind, transparent, thorough, and armed with 18 years in the craft. He took care of a critical drain problem within hours of being called, plus two other issues, all in a short time. Prices were reasonable. He managed things and moved items meticulously and cleaned thoroughly when he was done. He is the plumbing serviceman I wish I found 13 years ago when we bought the home. Keep his number. A+. read more

James Fox is the best and only plumber you need! Save his phone number in your contacts! I messaged him based on the stellar reviews, and the praise is definitely warranted. It was easy to schedule an appointment (my problem was not urgent), he arrived precisely on time and was polite and professional. You can just tell that he has integrity and is honest. Just a pleasure to work with. Why are you still reading reviews :) - just call him. You'll be so happy you did. read more

Our experience with Fox Plumbing was the best ever! I am so happy we found a plumber whom we will call if we ever have another problem. Quick, professional, friendly, knowledgeable. read more

Top notch service! I called at 9am, and they were at my place by 11am. It took them only 10-20 minutes to get my shower drain unclogged. Fully resolved the issue, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Highly recommend. Will definitely use Fox again. read more

James was on time, very personable, and provided excellent service. He even came on a rainy day after I gave him the option to reschedule, knowing he would probably have to do work outside (which he did). I added Fox Plumbing to my contact list as the only plumber to contact if I need one again in the future. read more

Based upon the 5-Star reviews, I called Fox Plumbing and he called me back in about an hour. James told me that he could come later in the afternoon. When his scheduled cleared and was able to come earlier. My garbage disposal broke down and appeared to have rusted. I purchase a similar model to replace it. James was able to remove the old unit and install the new unit within about 30 minutes. He was fast, efficient, professional, and clean. He even had his own shoe covers although I gave him a clean set. Thank you for your service as a Veteran. It's good to deal with the owner-operator of the business rather than an employee of a larger business. read more

James is pleasant to work with. He is on time, did good work and charge reasonably. Would not hesitate to recommend and use his service in the future read more

He turned down my job, said he couldn't resolve my symptoms, saved me from flushing my money down the drain ;) Gave me advice on how to resolve my issue. Appreciate the integrity. read more

James came on time. Turns out there were tree roots growing around the wax seal of the toilet. James replaced the wax seal in the toilet and he also replaced the toilet water supply line! James also cleaned and vacuumed the area. Will keep his number for future needs. read more

James is a good man. Came by on time for free estimate. Went out of his way to find my drip problem. Even got in crawlspace too. We couldn't determine the cause but 5 stars for effort and kindness read more

Our kitchen sink was not draining properly. We contacted James based on the great Yelp reviews and it was indeed a very good experience! He was easy to communicate with via Yelp and the price transparency was great too in comparison with the other quotes I received. He was friendly and efficient and took the time to explain to us what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He will be our go to guy going forward! read more

This is a review about the great, 5 star service I got from James at Fox Plumbing, but I have to write about the ZERO star service from Wizard Plumbing first: I contacted Wizard Plumbing for a clogged drain. I've had it happen before (about 8 years ago) and in fact added an easy access pipe to make it easier to snake in the future. Wizard came out and spent an hour and a half crawling under my house and trying to snake the pipe. At the end I paid them $600 for failing to snake the drain and they offered me a quote for almost $10,000 to repipe 40 feet of pipe under my house. I called James at Fox, told him the whole story he came over within 1/2 an hour and had it snaked and working in about 15 minutes. He charged me $260 and offers a 6 month guarantee. I put him in my contacts as: "Great plumber - CALL FIRST" Thank you James. read more

I highly recommend James for all your plumbing needs. He is great to work with, super honest, very friendly knowledgeable and professional. I have used his excellent services for kitchen plumbing, new toilet installation and outdoor drain cleaning. His pricing is always fair and he will respond to a call within a half hour in most instances. He is the best! read more

Fast service (3 hours after I called!) and quickly fixed the clogs. Very professional. He gave a 6-month guarantee on his work and gave me very helpful information about clog prevention and next steps. read more

James from Fox Plumbing offers everything you could ask for. He's responsive, personable, communicative, skilled, timely, trustworthy and fair. He's done at least four or five projects for us, pointed out a couple of issues we would have in the future (which did end up happening), and when the water heater burst, he came the next day to replace it. He even tightened the loose front door handle. What a mensch! Stop reading and just hire him already. read more

We had a slow draining and leaking toilet. James (owner of Fox Plumbing) responded to my voicemail within 10 minutes, came out in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem (roots growing in the sewer line!), fixed it (cut out the roots and replaced all the parts that need to be replaced), and left no mess. Super professional and knowledgeable. Price was very reasonable too. Thank you, James, and thanks to the reviewers who led me to Fox Plumbing. read more

James from Fox Plumbing came and unclogged our main sewer line. He was on time and gave a flat rate price for the service. The blockage took a lot of time to clear and James kept at it. He was able to clear it and saved us lots of money as the next step would have been water jet blast which is costly. Thank you Fox Plumbing for a job well done. read more

Excellent, fast and efficient service . Super friendly and job done right. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs! read more

I needed help with a clogged bathroom sink. I found Fox Plumbing on yelp. I called due to their high rating and excellent reviews. I have to say I agree with the five stars and will add James was very thorough, courteous and efficient. He gave great advice and really helped me. If you have any plumbing needs definitely contact him. Also the 6 month guarantee is so nice read more

This review has been pending for a while. I strongly recommend Fox Plumbing. James not only arrived punctually and delivered high-quality work but also took the time to teach me how to keep the drain clean. read more

There's a reason why James' review is all 5-star. Our kitchen sink had some drain issue, and we reached out to another plumbing company. 3 guys came and spent 1 hour, and said they need a jetter to clean the clog, and gave me a quote of $$1215 to fix it. Then we thought we may need a second opinion and then reached out to James. He came and fixed the drain issue within 1.5 hours. He also helped to change our faucet head and let us know what are the cheaper solutions to fix the kitchen faucet. James is knowledgeable, and his fix is of high quality. Would recommend. read more

Called James again today, he is still a gem! I called him this morning with a broken garbage disposal and he showed up less than an hour later! He fixed the issue (including preventing it from happening in the future), spotted and fixed another issue and was on his way. Definitely my go-to for plumbing issues. Highly recommended! read more

James was great - professional and very competent and priced at the cost he quoted upfront. He is honest and knows what he is doing!!

Received 5 star service. Needed tub drain unclogged. Arrived on time. Performed services without trying to sell us unnecessary services. HIGHLY recommended. read more

James went out of his way to hop on an evening call and give me advice on a project we were getting quotes for, even though it wasn't in the scope of what Fox Plumbing does. He was incredibly helpful and I'd eagerly hire him when we have future plumbing needs. read more

My original review was 8 years ago, and I have continued to have Jamie do all of our plumbing work since then. Efficient, capable, communicates well, on-time, and very nice to work with. I continue to highly recommend him to anyone! read more

He fixed a clog in less than 20 minutes that a previous team of THREE plumbers could not fix!! He just knew exactly what to do and bam, got the clog out. If you're curious it was for a complicated double sink setup where it was extra challenging to get the snake down the right pipe. But not for James! Really nice guy too, and gave us great tips on how to prevent future clogs. Highly recommended! read more

James did excellent work replacing a bathroom sink faucet and fixing a problem toilet. He is professional, friendly and reasonably priced. He is quick to respond to messages and schedule appointments. He offered suggestions willingly to other DIY bathroom problems I had. I will definitely use James again for plumbing issues and I highly recommend him. read more

The 5-star reviews he gets are well deserved. We had an issue with our toilet and he replaced the intake valve. He was on time, professional, and there were no surprises in his very reasonable quote. A couple months later, the toilet started running again. He came back and discovered there was a second issue with the flapper that he didn't catch the first time. He spent an inordinate amount of time running around to find the right replacement flapper. And because it was related to the first visit, he did not charge us anything, even after I offered. Absolute gem of a plumber. read more

James provided a very reasonable quote and completed the job on schedule and without issue. He patiently answered additional questions I had about minor issues around the house and my overall experience with him was pleasant and professional. I absolutely recommend him for your plumbing needs and would definitely hire him again in the future. read more

Awesome plumber. Spoke with James over the phone to schedule an appoint to inspect my main water line value leak. I texted him pictures after our call and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Even with the photos in hand, he still offered to stop by to inspect the leak. When he arrived, he was able to fix the leak within 5-10 mins and didn't charge me for the work or his time. He saved me at least $600-800 from his quote as well as other quotes from other plumbers that stopped by earlier. Would highly recommend. read more

5* for his responses; I left a message & James called me back in few mins. He could come over to do a free estimate which is great. He showed up within 30mins. He checked the clean outs & said a clean up should be fine! his quote was fair but he doesn't do inspection, so we needed to pass on him cuz we wanted to do a inspection as well to check the condition of the pipes. read more

Highest recommendation for James at Fox Plumbing! Excellent work, knowledgeable, creative problem solving, and willing to go the extra yard. Since he is a sole proprietor, he was more flexible in dealing with unexpected complications than others we contacted for estimates. He came out to help with a drain line that we needed snaked, but then we encountered a secondary problem that made it much more complicated, partly because of the difficulty accessing the drain line. He had a great can-do attitude and stayed to resolve the bigger issue, and ended up charging a very reasonable total. I will definitely look up Fox Plumbing next time we need help! read more

We had water coming up from the sink and assumed we needed some kind of snaking. I called a few places and a lot of them didn't have a clear answer on pricing or they were a lot more expensive. James communicated exactly how much it would be and what needed to be done. He was thorough and quick. Would definitely call him again if we have other plumbing issues! read more

5 Stars and high regards to Fox Plumbing. James responded to my call,: came out in the driving rain, fixed my toilet with a honest, fair estimate and then repair and the price was very reasonable. Kudos to the small business owner with exceptional customer service. read more
