Called for service for a clogged kitchen sink. Christian Oliver was the technician arriving on a Friday afternoon. He was very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly! Knew exactly what the problem was and corrected it while taking time to ensure it was completely resolved. Also checked the outside outflow pipes. Highly recommend! read more

Our sewage pipe broke in the crawl space. They were able to someone out the next morning to inspect and send another crew in the afternoon to fix. The staff was very patient in explaining the work that needed to be done, and all the paperwork was done digitally and clearly documented. It came out to $1.3k, which was honestly lower than what we expected given it was an urgent sewage repair. They also performed an extra sweep in the crawl space and found another small leak on a different pipe. They immediately scheduled another visit for a deeper inspection. Shout out to Ross who patiently explained every step and did a thorough inspection. We were pleasantly surprised when he fixed the second leak for free because it was a simple cap that was loose! My husband loves getting to know the details, and Ross explained everything including why the pipe broke, tips on water restoration, etc Overall a great experience! read more

We had Bell Plumbing give us an estimate to replace a tankless water heater. Juan Rayas was very friendly and helpful. No pressure sales, no up charges, no bs. The estimate was reasonable and their review ratings were very high. Juan and Jaden came and replaced our water heater perfectly, as discussed and quoted. The work was completed professionally and quickly. The only issue we had was that the project was pushed back twice because their supplier didn't get the water heater as scheduled. I don't hold Bell Plumbing to this since it's a chain supply issue for the specific water heater we wanted. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly would recommend Bell Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. read more

1st of all let me talk about customer service. Bell Plumbing is at the top out of all the plumbing companies that have came out to our place, by far one of the best customer service. From an instant set up from their dispatcher which was very nice and quite helpful. (My apologies for forgetting her name) I got an instant appointment confirmation through text and email, they called 30min. before the plumber came out. Then they text me a picture of a plumber and a little bio of the him. It's reassuring knowing who's coming into your house. When Ross arrived, on time, in uniform and clean. (Maybe I was the first stop.) I knew cause of the bio text and picture that the company sent was very helpful. Ross was polite and courteous to our house and slipped on some shoe cover which I very much appreciated. I told him our issues with the faucet and which problem started after water shut off in our complex . With a couple toggles at the faucet lever he had an idea what was wrong. I had a gut feeling it was an easy job but let's let the professional figure it out. Which he did. After the water shut off a lot of debris came out and clogged up the faucet spout filters. Ross removed all the debris and cleaned it out. Lo and behold we have more water pressure!!! He told me he wasn't going to charge me because of how easy of a fix it was. I was extremely thankful and embarrassed at the same time now knowing how easy that job was. Nonetheless, thank you Ross and Bell Plumbing you guys are a prime example of a company with a high standards! read more

Elliott and the Bell Plumbing group was just awesome for us. We have used them 2 to 3 times ranging from clogged drains to install installing hot water heater and most recently uninstalling and removing a hot water heater as we are moving out of our house. They are prompt, they are courteous and they are accountable. They did great work for us and I would recommend them to anyone that needed plumbing related work. Money well spent. Thank you, Bell Plumbing and Elliott! read more

Bell Plumbing came to do work on our sewer line and in the process ripped a large branch off of our Japanese maple tree. While we understood that they needed to cut into the roots for work required by the city, there was absolutely no reason to rip off a large and healthy tree branch, showing absolute disrespect for our property. The branch circled in red is the one that they tore off. It was not carefully removed for a purpose. The jagged ends show how harshly it was broken. The work they did on our sewer line was fine and passed inspection. read more

Bell Plumbing was fast, honest, and skilled. The guys that came fixed the issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and left the space spotless. No upsell, no drama--just solid work done right the first time. They also replaced the gas pipe which was in dire need. Serviced toilets, sink, and replaced water regulator, etc. were all tackled, including snaking main pipes. Expensive, but all estimates were similar. read more

We had some problems with our septic system. They sent a plumber to our house who diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote to fix. Once we agreed, they did the work. The people (several different ones) were all unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, and efficient at their jobs. Everything was done quickly and the system now works fine. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help. read more

Bell used to be located in San Francisco and moved to SanCarlos sometime ago. This company has always been very straight forward, honest, reliable and timely. Had a leak pop out of nowhere. Called Bell on Saturday; they informed me a tech could arrive first thing f Monday morning. Alejandro arrived about 9:10am. He and his assistant assessed the issue leak was coming from a toilet installed about 5 years ago where the seal had failed.. I had the wax ring seals replaced with the new rubber flang systems available at the big box hardware stores and the tech told me those fail and wax is actually better . His assessment- remove the toilet, replace the fail seal with a new wax ring, reinstall the toilet, retest. That is exactly how it went. He then cleaned everything, resealed the toilet, pointed out the filling unit was failing and needed to be replaced. I declined that service and explained I could change it my myself as this was a bit pricey, but there was no pressure to try and "sell" me the service. The important job was finding the leaking water dripping from my garage ceiling. Alejandro did a great job and was cleaned up and gone in about an hour. I have definitely recommended Bell. read more

The service, speed, professionalism and work ethic of the team at Bell Plumbing is unparalleled. Last September, Christian Oliver and the team went above and beyond to line and brush coat my existing sewer line. This summer we were redoing our bathroom and the pipe needed repair. Danny Jimenez came out to spec the work the day I called, documenting the job and explaining everything in both English and Spanish for both his team and mine. Glen Cruz came to do the prep work and pipe liner extension which was done quickly and cleanly. The cost was a fraction of what other plumbers quoted. My pipe goes through the center of my house and other plumbers wanted to dig up my floors or my garden. 10/10 for Bell Plumbing. My pipe is working great, and my house is still intact. read more

Our main toilet had been backing up frequently, and Bell Plumbing was able to come out for a same-day inspection after we called. Juan and Preston were both extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what they were doing, what they were looking for, and what future work might be needed, along with an estimate. They also went above and beyond by going under the house to check whether anything else needed attention. They provided photos and helpful information about the age, condition, and slope of our pipes, which gave us a much better understanding of the situation. We were very happy with the service we received and especially appreciated how thorough, informative, and helpful Juan and Preston were. We would definitely recommend Bell Plumbing. read more

Even though I did not use Bell Plumbing, I had a great experience with one of their plumbers, Ross. I had a problem with our kitchen sink detaching from the kitchen counter. Ross came to evaluate our problem and to give us an estimate of a possible repair. It only took a few minutes for him to peek under the kitchen sink to know that there was NO damage due to the plumbing. The reason for the detachment of the kitchen sink was the fault of the builder of our condo, who didn't install the sink properly. Ross told me that all I needed was a good handyman, not a licensed plumber or a contractor, to fix my problem. After I heard his explanation, it all made sense. Instead of a song and dance, he just gave me an HONEST assessment. You can be sure WHEN I need a plumber, I will definitely call Bell Plumbing and I will ask for Ross. You can trust this company. read more

Juan was very professional and experienced. He diagnosed a leaky, 25-year-old shower and replaced the valve, trim, and other external parts. Did a Yelp Project Bid and found Bell through that. From beginning to end, they were prompt, friendly, professional and effective. I had a basic kitchen sink repair I needed done. Their availability for a free job assessment was excellent. And, they came when they said and their quote was straight forward; including not trying to upsell or twist the contract into something more than I needed. I was easily able to receive, review and accept the quote electronically and they turned it around for me very quickly. I was able to schedule the actual work within 24 hours of accepting the quote and they came out right as scheduled. Christian, who did both the quote and the actual work was incredible. Friendly and pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful and just shot straight and executed the job just how we expected. And, another call out as well for Leilana who did a great job managing the phones and the yelp request and overseeing all the scheduling. She was always so pleasant and really effective at getting us what we needed and when and just being super friendly in the process. We're really happy with the work done and how it got done as well with Bell. We'd use them again with no reservations. read more

These guys are awesome! Many of my plumbing fixtures are either 23 years old (from when we remodeled) or more than 30 years AAA old... every person involved in upgrading my plumbing was well trained, efficient, clearly explained what was needed, and cleaned up when they were done. After replacing an old cracked toilet Preston noticed the water test started off with black water, a sign that the gaskets in the angle stops/water shut off valves were at end of life. He worked up a bid to replace those, saving me from nasty surprises down the road. From Nahum who dealt with some Really Old soldering to Rogelio who had to move my clean out pipe to meet city code, their assistants, and 2 additional guys who came at the end of the day to help ensure all tasks got completed and tested on time... truly an exceptional team!! Thank you all of you!! (Apologies to Rodelio because I might be mangling his name... and also thanks to Juan who came out for the initial assessment with Preston) read more

I had a minor water hammer issue at my house. Before contacting a plumber, I had already done quite a bit of research myself to understand the possible causes and solutions. Juan from Bell Plumbing came out to take a look. He carefully inspected the situation, explained the likely root cause, and recommended that I leave it as-is for now since the issue is minor and there is no guaranteed fix unless we open the drywall to access and secure the pipes. I really appreciated that Juan did not exaggerate the problem or push unnecessary repairs. Some plumbers may immediately recommend adding a PRV or doing other work without being sure it will actually solve the issue. Based on the research I had already done, Juan's explanation and recommendation made a lot of sense. Overall, I highly recommend Bell Plumbing. Juan was professional, honest, and did not try to sell me work that might not actually fix the problem. read more

Bell Plumbing replaced the faucets, etc. in our master bathroom. Overall, VERY GOOD. The communications from Bell are EXCELLENT. Frequent follow up phone calls, confirmations etc. Ross came out to determine what work was needed, explained things well and gave us an estimate. Very professional, nice young man. Alejandro and Preston came out to do the work. VERY professional, friendly, hard working and did a great job. Respected our property, wore shoe coverings to protect our floors, etc. They took the time to show us their work at completion, asked us if we had any questions, etc. Bell is NOT inexpensive but if you want quality work with great communications and be treated like a valued customer then I would recommend them. read more

Just wanted to take a moment to shout out Juan, who was such a kind, calm, communicative presence today. We called Bell out for a relatively small valve leak issue, but Juan gave good counsel without any pressure. We ended up updating our line to the water supply to copper (it was the right call -- needed to happen), and Juan did an awesome job throughout the day. The team got everything done by 4PM and were thorough, diligent, and cleaned up the space really well. Juan was even super nice to my kids, remembering their names throughout the day and always saying hi to them. We are so appreciative for his work today and will certainly call Bell again if (when) our old home has more plumbing issues. read more

I can't say enough about the service I received. The communication, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the entire team were outstanding. My neighbor's magnolia tree wreaked havoc (AGAIN) on my sewer system. Thank goodness it was still under warranty from 2017. Greg came out, made an assessment, no excuses and sent a team to fix the problem. In order to do so, they had to pull up some pavers (to my concern). However, they were replaced beautifully. They found other issues under my 80-yr-old house. Through pictures and videos, all were explained so I could make informed decisions. Their team navigated the maze of a crawl space and repaired everything. Much gratitude to Greg, Issac, Rodeli, Jose, Jakob, Alan, Ross, Nick and Maribel (hope I've included everyone). Bell plumbing is a friendly, prompt and well trained group of people. I have been looking for a trustworthy plumbing outfit, now we have one! This underground pipe replacement project was difficult due to limited space. A PVC elbow had shattered and a copper pipe repair was selected. Arriving at the job site on time, technician Glen Cruz, performed the repairs very professionally with advanced copper pipe fitting skills and expertise. The repairs tested tight, and the site was backfilled and a four-inch slab of concrete including rebar, was installed with room to properly lay brickwork to match the surrounding patio surface. Additionally, his teammate, Eric, worked tirelessly by his side throughout the project. I am very satisfied with the work quality, the men's attitude, and their attention to detail.
