After we moved into a new house, We had a semi clogged sewer lateral in our crawl space and Kameron from Caccia diagnosed the problem well and showed us photos. He was very polite and efficient. The lateral was not installed with the proper slope through the house, leading to a blockage in one section. Too bad the house disclosures didn't flag this! So we hired Caccia to upgrade our lateral from 3" to 4" and correct the sloping. It was a 2.5 day job and they were clean and professional (team of 3 guys led by Kevin). We would hire them again, but we hope we don't have to :) read more

Although we are fairly new customer, having service from Caccia twice, the service was beyond great on both occasions. Easy to schedule, very respectful and knowledgeable employees, on time, exactly what you want from a service company. Omar and Ofa were polite and efficient in getting our plumbing lines snaked and with video imaging to see where future problems may arise. Highly recommend Caccia! read more

I highly recommend Caccia Plumbing! I have an older home that has had its share of plumbing issues over the years, so I've used Caccia several times and have consistently had a great experience. They are always professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they take the time to properly diagnose the issue rather than just providing a quick fix. Their team has repeatedly gone above and beyond, and their customer service is excellent. Most recently, I worked with Ofa and Hipolito, and they were both awesome--friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I'm a repeat customer for a reason. I've always been satisfied with their work and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend! read more

Caccia did such an amazing job, I would definitely use them again. The technician, Pablo, was extremely communicative. We had a pretty bad water leak in our hot water heater. Pablo pinpointed the issue very quickly, kept in constant contact with me until a decision was made on the best approach, and had the repair done in less than an hour. He was kind, arrived on time, and had the water leak fixed way faster than I had imagined. Overall 10/10 service. read more

I rate Caccia a 10 out of 10. Caccia "Plumbing and Electrical has knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and well-trained plumbers and electricians. They are happy to answer any questions you may have about plumbing or electrical problems. They vacuum and clean up after they complete their work. I trust them and have subscribed to their CCC (Caccia Care Club) program. They treat me as a VIP and when I call them for an appointment they bend over backwards to put a smile on my face and put me at or near the head of the line. Now I don't worry about plumbing or electrical problems as much as I used too. Peter J read more

Excellent experience from start to finish! I hired them to upgrade the old knob-and-tube electrical system in my home, and they did a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work was completed quickly, everything was clearly explained, and the pricing was fair. It's not easy finding an electrician you can trust, especially for a major electrical upgrade. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrical work at a fair price. read more

I requested an appointment through their online message service for a quote on a project. It seemed easy enough to chat online and we were given a day to expect a call out. I was told we would receive a text the morning of to confirm time. The day came and I never received any notification. When I reached out I was then informed that no appointment was found. We are trying to have a project started and commented asap and Caccia wasted my time with no explanation. read more

Omar Puerto did a great job today replacing a shower faucet cartridge and a kitchen sink cartridge. The shower faucet works beautifully and the sink faucet is working better too, with improved pressure. Thank you Omar! read more

Kameron took care of replacing my water heater. He explained all my options to me and after I made my selection, he proceeded to install my new water heater. I really appreciate the fact that Caccia is close by so that all my new equipment was delivered quickly and that installation could move forward without waiting. Kameron worked efficiently and he left my garage space cleaner than it was! I definitely will recommend Caccia plumbing to family and friends! read more

I had a great experience with Erik getting my garbage disposal replaced after a stressful situation where glass had gotten inside it. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. He took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose a high-quality disposal that will last for extra years to come. What really stood out was his calm and friendly demeanor--he made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. It's not always easy having someone working in your home, but they have such a wonderful disposition that I felt completely at ease the entire time. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine kindness made a big difference. I'm so grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend him at Caccia to anyone looking for reliable and thoughtful service. read more

The bathroom sink in my mom's old home was a mess--rust stains, old fixtures and pipes, corrosion, etc. but she never had it fixed--didn't think it could be helped. I convinced her to bring in Caccia again, after their electrician Hugo did such a wondrful job replacing a broken light and switch. Well, Eric the plumber did even more amazing work! The job turned out to be more difficult and involved because of the sink's age and condition of the fixtures and pipes. He kept us informed of his progress throughout the job, and how he was approaching it. All was replaced, looks and works great. Eric was optimistic, professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended and worth every penny! read more

I have used Caccia Plumbing and Electrical 2 times. One to fix the outlet in my garden that was shooting sparks, and one to fix my bathroom sink. Both times they were accommodating and very helpful. Both were fixed the first time. I went with them the 1st time because they didn't charge just for the home visit. I had spoked to a few electricians that wanted $90 just to come out. I thought maybe the $ would apply to the service BUT IT DIDN'T!!! Caccia comes out, looks at what needs to be done, gives you an estimate with options and then does the work for that amount. I will use them again and again. You won't be disappointed. read more

Quick response time. Hugo, the electrician was great!! Knowledgeable and patient. Solved the problem and made sure to explain everything read more

Terrible experience and unprofessional treatment of new customers. I needed an estimate for a small project (less than 1 day of work). While they knew the nature of the project upfront and they had no availability for a month to do a quick site visit for an estimate, instead of saying so upfront that they can't do it, they asked me to share a lot of information that was not needed for this answer and wasted my time for several hours. Then they came back with a month out estimate to just visit the site to just provide an estimate for a job that takes less than a day to complete. Terrible. Unprofessional. Poor business practices. read more

BEWARE - If I could, I would give Caccia Plumbing a ZERO rating. In 2025, I needed a sewer lateral inspection and contacted Caccia and scheduled the inspection. The service tech arrived on time and performed the video inspection; charged me $561, and gave me an estimate of $26,000, however the video was corrupted and completely unusable. When I contacted Caccia to request a refund for the inspection, I was told no refund would be provided. I do not recommend using Caccia if you want to receive good and fair service, technicians who provide a usable video and a reputable company that provides even an ounce of good customer service to their longtime customers. BEWARE - I'm a senior who feels ripped off by CACCIA PLUMBING and their staff! ALSO, my original review is no longer available on the website. read more

The entire process with Caccia Home Services was highly efficient. My only minor complaint is having to navigate an AI screening system to reach a live person, which wasted a few minutes and felt unnecessary. Additionally, their pricing is on the higher side--roughly double that of Discount Plumbing--but I didn't mind paying a premium for quality workmanship. Their technicians are professional and skilled, and most importantly, they communicated clearly. This quality is often lacking these days in the service industry. Even their young apprentice, Eddie Lopez, did an excellent job installing my toilet. The water has stopped dripping, and he left my bathroom spotless, taking great care not to scratch my newly resurfaced hardwood floors and he even hauled away everything without us having to ask. I would highly recommend Caccia Home Services to my friends and family. read more

Kameron was our technician and he was courteous and professional. He was patient in answering all our questions and was efficient in completing all the tasks at hand. We recently had work done by Caccia Home Services for both plumbing and electrical issues. Kameron was our technician and handled a difficult electric water heater system that provides both radiant heating and hot water, which was damaged during a brownout. We had tried using other companies, but they had no experience with our type of system and had to research how to work on it. Caccia Home Services was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the start. Kameron took the time to clearly explain the ongoing issues. There were no problems getting the needed parts overnighted, and even though it was a big job, everything was completed quickly and professionally within two days. Even after hours, when I had additional questions, Kameron was polite, responsive, and very helpful. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or electrical issues you may be having. read more

We recently hired Caccia Plumbing to replace the old cast iron drain lines under our house. The crew, and specifically Jaime and Jake, were professional, punctual, courteous and very friendly. They did a great job. We have used Caccia in the past for other home projects and we keep going back to them because of their professional service. They may not be the cheapest, but they are clearly the best. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. read more

You see a name along the highway on the way to work everyday and then you notice a sink leaking at work and think.... maybe I'll try them! I went online, easily made an appointment, got a text asking if I'd like them to come even sooner, and a very kind and competent plumber showed up, assessed the problem, gave me choices on replacing the fixture, and around an hour later all was done! The price was reasonable, the work impeccable, and I'm a happy camper. read more

Caccia Plumbing - New sink fixture - Plumbing Near Me - Burlingame, California

On Sunday, we heard a leaky 2nd floor toilet, including drops of water on the 1st floor ceiling underneath. On Monday morning, Caccia was at our house. Our technician, Christian, was very professional and explained everything along the way, from possible causes to how he was going to diagnose the problem. He was transparent about the pricing also. We had feared the worst - that a pipe had burst. He assuaged our fears and discovered that years of our kids flushing huge wads of toilet paper caused a massive block-up against decades of scaling in the pipes, and the back pressure caused this leak. (NOTE to parents: watch how much toilet paper your kids use!) The whole appointment was completed in a couple of hours. We'll need to fix the water damage to the 1st floor ceiling, and we'll be calling Caccia again to help with replacing the pipes with the heavy scaling. Thank you Caccia! read more

Today, Eric came out to fix our water leaks.  He was polite, highly skilled, and answered all of our questions clearly. He patiently listened as we showed him the water leaks in the bathrooms, the utility sink in the garage, and the outside valve. Then he proposed options and solutions. To ease our concerns. he even showed us picctures as examples of what we could expect after the fixes. Once the job was complete, he walked us through his work to show that everything was fully resolved. We are very impressed with the level of customer care we received today and will definitely use Caccia again in the future. read more

Nobody likes toilet issues....thankfully companies like Caccia Plumbing exist! We had a toilet that was causing problems, overflowing, etc. Caccia was awesome. They were professional, quick, and super communicative throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the text message with the name and photo of the plumber before he arrived--made me feel safe and informed. Cristian Bravo was the name of the person who came to my home. The work was done efficiently and everything was explained clearly. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Additionally, I'd like to give a shout out to their customer service team - specifically, Zaida. She is so pleasant, professional and polite! I really enjoyed speaking with her. She asked all the right questions and because of her, they could get someone to come out and help me same day. THANK YOU ZAIDA! Highly recommend! read more

We did a replacement of the water heater with Caccia. We have been struggling with the problem for several weeks, and contacted many different plumbing / water heater services. We decided to go with Caccia in the end. Joseph, who first came to our home and checked our water heater issue was professional and had great attention to details. He could address our concerns before we explain about it. Adan did a great job with the outlet installation. He knew and fulfilled our need. Finally, Jamie and Jake did the actual replacement of the water heater, which went very smoothly for us. Everyone visited our home from Caccia explained everything clearly including the payment. I would definitely return to Caccia if I start another project like this. read more
