*Posting on behalf of parents who live in Burlingame* Ifran showed up this morning per scheduled appointment to address our clogged bathtub. His price was fair and upfront. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and communicates clearly. However, after snaking from the rooftop as well as through the overflow opening of the clogged tub, he determined that the issue requires hydro jetting which he was not able to provide today due to machine down waiting for a replacement part. Ifran actually recommended another plumber to get this work done today. What BLEW us away was his refusal to charge for the snaking work already performed because the problem was not resolved. This kind of honesty, customer satisfaction, and pride of trade is simply RARE. Ifran, the way you treat customers will bring more blessings, repeat & new customers than you can imagine! Thank you! read more

He also stiffed me supposed to come out on a Thursday, doesn't answer phone calls or texts, got to the point I thought maybe he had a family emergency or he was injured, turns out he's done this to other customers, don't use since you don't know why he's not reliable read more

My shower valve failed when I went to turn off the shower. My husband turned off the water to the house and I called All Pro Plumbing. Efran answered the phone and said the could be there in about an hour. He was at my home fixing the valve in 30 minutes. He had the needed part in his truck and he was all done before the hour was out. Efran was polite, efficient, and capable. A big thank you! read more

I requested my assistant to find a vendor for a sewer lateral inspection at one of our properties. The vendor promptly responded to our inquiry, which we appreciated. We spoke with him on the 18th and scheduled the inspection for the 20th; he even mentioned that if he couldn't complete the inspection for any reason, it would be free of charge, which we found appealing. However, HE ULTIMATELY DID NOT SHOW UP. On the day of the inspection, we attempted to reach out via email, text messages, and phone calls, but sadly, we received no response. It would have been courteous for him to inform us if he couldn't make it, rather than leaving us in the dark. This caused a delay in getting the inspection completed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. read more

Had a clogged sink, toilet and shower drain and reached out to All Pro Plumbing. Even on a Sunday Ifran was quick to respond, very professional, and understanding. He clearly explained the issue and charged a fair price. Reliable and trustworthy -- definitely my go-to plumber! read more

A few days ago I contacted All Pro Plumbing. Ifran, the owner, answered my phone call and was at my house within a couple of hours. I had what I thought was a water leak in my ceiling and my problem was fixed within an hour. We had an amazing conversation while Ifran worked his magic. All Pro Plumbing is a company you should really try if you need HONEST customer service. After everything was wrapped up the next day I contacted him because my lovely HOA required a letter proving a professional came out to the home. It was provided within the day. The craziest part is he didn't want to charge me for the help. Absolutely blown away, you never see this kind of thing in 2025. It was such a huge relief, another brand name company came out the day before and estimated the job to be $10,000's worth of material and labor... All I can say is thank you so much. I already recommended you to all my friends, family and work group. read more

I came to the group, looking for a plumber rec and so many people had great things to say about Ifran at All Pro Plumbing. Well you were all so right! Ok, sure it was a relatively simple job - flushing out and checking out a water heater on a new place. He even walked me through how to turn the water off in case I ever had trouble. As a shoeless house, I also deeply appreciated that he put on shoe covers before he came in and he went back to the truck to grab a rag to clean up the little bits of water he spilled. And the price was SO much better than others! I will definitely call him in the future for any issues! read more

I'm blown away by the exceptional service I received from Ifran at All Pro Plumbing this past week! We had a leak under my kitchen sink and Ifran came out the same day to help us out. Not only was he professional, polite, and timely, but he also fixed the problem with just a few minor adjustments. What really impressed me, though, was his honesty and integrity. Despite taking the time to diagnose and fix the issue, Ifran didn't even charge me for his time! We were expecting a hefty bill, but instead, we got top-notch service at no cost. I'm so grateful for Ifran's help and I highly recommend All Pro Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and honest business practices is truly refreshing. I'll never call anyone else! I found All Pro/Ifran because they were recommended in a local moms' group and now I am joining the masses of people singing their praises. Ifran, you're the best! THANK YOU! read more

Great experience, showed up on time and on the weekend. Very good service. Will use them again.

Ifran was super professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and fix a bunch of plumbing-related issues we have around the home. We were frustrated with our previous plumber and even though that company is still under warranty to fix issues surrounding plumbing with our new build, we rather work with All Pro moving forward since he can easily pinpoint the issues and help us find fixes. read more

We had our kitchen sink back up yesterday after dinner and after trying to snake it 3 times (with a 25 ft snake) and troubleshoot it ourselves we were looking for plumber recs as we started having leak. I came here for recs. We got 2 immediate quotes and one was from Ifran and he came out today. One of the reasons we picked him was his snaking quote was lower than the other solid rec. He was very trustworthy, he tested 3 times (where the clog seemed like it resolved), then ran our dishwasher after and we discovered we still had a super far away clog that was hard to get. He then went to our roof twice to snake it even further and tested it again with my husband. I appreciate his responsiveness, diligence, and he provided a detailed receipt with 30 day warranty. It's so hard to find a go to plumber when you need one and we are so happy to have found him. read more

Ifran and ALL PRO PLUMBING should be everyone's go to plumber. I had a local company Handy Plumbing Man (1.1k reviews and 5 stars apparently) come out to tell me that the issue with my toilet couldn't be fixed unless they jackhammered my floor for 3 days at a quote of $2,500. Ifran came on time IN THE RAIN to fix the same problem for $229 (my toilet wax ring was improperly sealed). He also looked at a few other small things in my house and fixed it without charge). It is super hard to find a trustworthy contractor for your home that DOES what they SAY they will, be on time, and not try to rob you. In return, I will tell all of my friends who are looking for a great plumber to hire Ifran. SUPPORT THIS HONEST MAN AND HIS GREAT WORK. read more

Amazing Service from All Pro Plumbing! I can't say enough good things about Ifran, the owner of All Pro Plumbing. On a Friday evening, I discovered my toilet was leaking--definitely not how I wanted to start the weekend. I called All Pro Plumbing, and Ifran arrived within the hour. Despite it being after hours, he was friendly, professional, and ready to help. It turned out that a hose had come loose, which he quickly and expertly repaired. To my surprise, he didn't even charge me for the fix! His honesty, promptness, and exceptional service truly set him apart. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled plumber, I highly recommend Ifran and All Pro Plumbing. I would give more than 5 Stars if possible. read more

Called All Pro Plumbing to come and check out a grey water leak I had with my main bathroom toilet. Ifran came and did a thorough inspection, determined the root cause and recommended the solution. Ifran incredibly professional during the whole process: from how he inspects the issues, to walking inside the house, the repair, being upfront about the costs. Not only is he an outstanding plumber, but he is also a very decent honest person. We have a few little tiny issues like an uncut bolt for the toilet and an incorrectly installed water faucet and he went out of his way to fix them even tho that was not the reason he came to my property in the first place. Top Contractor, top person. read more

I needed my bathroom sink snaked; it was draining really slow. The prices from other plumbers were exorbitant. I called All Pro; their price was much less, and Ifran was able to come out within 1 day. He was on time, incredibly polite and friendly, and the service included a 90 day warranty. After dealing with 2 other plumbers this year, I will definitely be using All Pro from now on. read more

Fast response, quality work, good price point, and friendly, efficient customer service. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! I called on a Thursday afternoon and Ifram came on Friday to install a faucet and fix a bathtub and bathroom drain. He was on time and so kind and helpful. He explained everything clearly and completed the job quickly and perfectly (including going to Home Depot to get a part). Rates were transparent, quoted in advance, and reasonable. He mentioned that there is a 90 day warranty for the work and is going to follow up with the manufacturer directly on a malfunctioning part. Clearly excellent at his craft, with a high degree of integrity and accountability for the work done. read more

Ifran was amazing! He first educated me on why I should not call him on a sunday night and pay more when I can wait till Monday morning and he can take care of things at his regular price. He was highly professional, very friendly and got the job done. Also gave me a 5 day warranty to make sure everything goes well. read more

After noticing that the water in one of our showers was not getting hot, I started researching plumbers in the area. I settled on All Pro Plumbing and I am so glad I did! On our initial phone call, the owner was professional and friendly. He immediately had a suspicion of what the problem was, and came to my home first thing the next morning. He arrived within the scheduled window, and was incredibly kind. Within less than ten minutes, the problem was solved! Moving forward, I will, without a doubt, use All Pro Plumbing for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you! read more

Our toilet was clogged along with our sink and shower and I panicked because this is the first time I experienced plumbing issues. We called All Pro Plumbing, we were provided an estimated time of arrival within one hour. Ifran was professional he explained in-depth the work prior to performing it and I love that he provided an estimated quote to ensure we were clear on what it would cost us prior to any work starting. What I didn't know is the issue he claimed to fix would re occur four months later. He did not only omit to fix the original plumbing issue we had but due to his careless and lack of knowledge he cause a bigger issue with the main sewage line. I called Bell plumbing who not only provided photos of the problem but advised I get a contractor to come fix the issue he created I called and texted but no reply back. So the work guaranteed didn't mean anything. AVOID AT ALL costs. I now believe the claims of him being a scammer and using a false business license. read more

All five stars. When I had the water leakage in the kitchen, I quoted several places and we chosen All Pro for it's reasonable quote price and professionally explanation of project plan. After the repipe project, the leakage issue is gone. All Pro also dropped by later to make sure everything is working well. Very happy about All Pro. read more

We had an emergency kitchen sink leak last night, and the entire kitchen floor flooded. Not only was Ifran ready to come that same day, but he was also on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Ifran!!! I called All Pro Plumbing on Saturday eve after my plumber friend spent the entire day trying to figure out where the sewage water was coming from. We couldn't find it. I asked Ifran to make sure to bring 150 feet snake/camera/jet because the 100 feet that my friend had wasn't enough. We made the appointment for first thing on Sunday morning. An hour later, Ifran called me back and suggested I call the City Public works because it didn't make sense for him to need over 100 feet of equipment. Called the City, they came out and indeed- found that the city line was plugged with roots and other stuff. Thank you Ifran!!! ( btw, the Wizard plumbing came out and without even looking- gave me an estimate for over $13,000. What a scam!) read more

I had an older garbage disposal that started to leak water around its casing so I put a bid request out via Yelp! to about five companies. All Pro Plumbing was the first one to respond and while Yelp! doesn't share phone numbers, I included mine so plumbing companies could just call me directly. Ifran Ali called me right away. He was professional, polite and was able to fit me in the next day. His communication on scheduled time and expected costs was excellent. While he did have to push out our originally set time a bit, he was great communicating it and made it up to me. I really appreciate that given my experience with others. While at my house, he explained exactly what the issue was, never oversold me on work, and gave me confidence he was going to fix/replace everything quickly. Ifran did just that! The quality of work was excellent and it was done with no mess left behind. I highly recommend All Pro Plumbing! read more

our toilets were clogged up and it went to our shower and our bathtub. We called All Pro Plumbing and at first Ifran said they won't be able to come until tomorrow; however, after we described the problems and he said that it should take care of it now. He looked at his schedule and managed to come to see us today. He cleaned the drain and it worked perfectly. We were ready to pay him; but he said "All done, guaranteed for 90 days if there is any problems, i will come back with no charge. No charge for today , nice meeting you" My husband and I were speechless and we were stunned. Thank you so much Ifran and we really appreciate for fixing our toilets. Ifran and Domingo were the best. I highly recommend All Pro Plumbing for their professionalism. Please support great people like Ifran and his team. read more

Ifran has completed a number of projects for us, all on time and with care. I highly recommend All Pro.

We needed emergency plumbing service on a Thursday night for water running out onto the street with a loud alarm. Ifron came out at 8:30 PM and diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a solenoid valve on our irrigation system frozen in the open position. Ifron shut if off and didn't charge us anything for this after-hours visit. We had Ifron come back a few weeks later to do a video inspection of a 13 foot drain that had been installed 20 years old and had never been serviced. Ifron found that the drain was not clogged, the pipes were intact and everything looked great. His price for this was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for good value and trust-worthiness! read more

We contacted All Pro Plumbing for a CLOGGED SHOWER DRAIN. I immediately appreciated that he wore shoe booties upon entering our home. Ifran was prompt, professional and friendly. He was confident, honest, and said not to worry, it'll be fixed. It took Ifran no more than 15 minutes to resolve the issue. The quality of his work and value were excellent and we are very satisfied customers. We will definitely call Ifran should we experience any plumbing issues in the future. Having an older home, it's anticipated. If you are in need of a reliable plumber, we highly-highly recommend Ifran, All Pro Plumbing!!!! read more

I requested service Thursday and was scheduled Friday. This was my second time to call for help from Plumbing Specislist Youvi-- because he had done such excellent work before. The exterior faucet had been leaking onto the exterior siding and I was concerned it would affect building framing and cause dry rot Frost free faucet replacement is more complicated repair --which might have caused a need to go under the house into the crawl space. Youvi was able to complete the work--- connecting up to the interior copper pipe located 7 inches into the framing wall--without needing to go into the crawl space! Upon removal of old exterior faucet (installed only 4 years ago by another company during COVID) Youvi found the solder joint connection of brass pipe wall extension to exterior faucet had failed! Thank you All Pro Specialist Youvi! We will be calling you next time we have a plumbing need! Brock Rental read more

We've had Ifran come by multiple times to help our family with plumbing issues. He's always on time, super kind, and takes his time to diagnose the issue, offer a solution, and then teach us how to fix it ourselves in the future. We can't recommend All Pro enough! read more

It's been a long Thanksgiving weekend. Guests, dinners, lots of food down kitchen sink, all bathrooms and showers at full capacity. And those nasty tree roots struck and clogged up THE ENTIRE SYSTEM at our house. I heard my wife calling some "1-800" #. Nice of her to help. There was going to be someone out by "end of day". That didn't sound to promising. I had an old plumbers name in my system. He had obviously sold his business. The new owner wanted $825 for an emergency visit, up front. #fail. I then opened yelp and found All Pro Plumbing. Figured with 4.5+ stars and over 100 yelp reviews, they should be worth calling. Indeed i was right! Irfan answered the phone. You could tell he was busy but he understood the emergency and said he would be out within 2 hours. He showed up within 1-hr. Irfan was polite and wore a mask the entire time. He also wore protective booties when he came into the house. He was able to lift a toilet, snake out the tree roots and get us up and "flowing" again. Ifran's price: $285. Bargain. Irfan did such a good job I showed him some additional plumbing areas that needed. He gave me a prompt estimate that was clear. He then came out 2-days later to perform the work. All the work was done at best-of-class level work. It was done on-time and on-budget. 5-Star. Highly Recommended. We had a great experience with All Pro Plumbing and Ifran. read more

We have used All Pro three times for totally different problems, and the service has been amazing! Ifran is more than just a great plumber (with 23 years of experience) - he is an extremely honest and kind human being. He provides excellent service, with prices that are more than fair. On his first visit (a leak under our sink) -- he tightened some bolts, then said "You didn't really need a plumber for this" and left without even charging us -- his usual big smile in place. (Who does that? We were stunned!) It's SO good to have a plumber that we like, trust, and know that we can count on. Wish we could give him 10 stars! read more

Ifran is such a pleasant guy and probably one of the nicest plumbers out there. This is the second time I called him to help unclog our garbage disposal. He was fast and efficient both times because he knew exactly what he was doing. He will also take his time to explain what is happening and honest about next steps. If you're looking for a plumber, give him a call! read more

Hired Ifran to replace our water heater, sump pump and do work on our hydro heater. Ifran said he needed to order a part and would come on Monday. After me calling him over 20 times and sending numerous texts, leaving voicemails, and months of chasing him down, I am finally giving up and writing this review. This is no way to run a business. Ifran failed to show up or call to two appointments we agreed upon, and simply ghosted me. I get that things happen, but would it really be so hard to take 10 seconds to call or text me that you're not coming? Instead I hear total radio silence. I've literally never had such a bad service experience in my life. Do not recommend at all. read more

The plumber confirmed to come to my jobsite at 8am today and I called yesterday evening and he firmly confirmed again, and so I refused other contractors. But this morning he didn't show up and I called him many times today but he didn't answered my phones at all. Even he didn't come, he should phone me. My project was delayed by him. They are not reliable at all, and can not be trusted. read more

We had Ifran from All Pro Plumbing replace a water heater for us on short notice, and had a very positive experience. Ifran was very responsive, professional, and reasonably priced! Ifran provided a quote via Yelp messaging, and was very clear on what information he needed from us in advance (a picture of the water heater's "rating plate" containing the model number and capacity info) in order to minimize the number of visits during this coronavirus era. After providing a competitive quote and addressing my many questions promptly and professionally via Yelp's messaging platform, Ifran arrived in a timely manner and completed the agreed upon work (removing and disposing of the old water heater, and installing the new one) at the agreed upon price. I was able to pay electronically via credit card and received an email receipt. Working with Ifran was very smooth and we will keep this plumber in mind for future plumbing needs! read more
