After we moved into a new house, We had a semi clogged sewer lateral in our crawl space and Kameron from Caccia diagnosed the problem well and showed us photos. He was very polite and efficient. The lateral was not installed with the proper slope through the house, leading to a blockage in one section. Too bad the house disclosures didn't flag this! So we hired Caccia to upgrade our lateral from 3" to 4" and correct the sloping. It was a 2.5 day job and they were clean and professional (team of 3 guys led by Kevin). Caccia did such an amazing job, I would definitely use them again. The technician, Pablo, was extremely communicative. We had a pretty bad water leak in our hot water heater. Pablo pinpointed the issue very quickly, kept in constant contact with me until a decision was made on the best approach, and had the repair done in less than an hour. I requested an appointment through their online message service for a quote on a project. It seemed easy enough to chat online and we were given a day to expect a call out. I was told we would receive a text the morning of to confirm time. The day came and I never received any notification. When I reached out I was then informed that no appointment was found. The bathroom sink in my mom's old home was a mess--rust stains, old fixtures and pipes, corrosion, etc. but she never had it fixed--didn't think it could be helped. I convinced her to bring in Caccia again, after their electrician Hugo did such a wondrful job replacing a broken light and switch. Well, Eric the plumber did even more amazing work! The job turned out to be more difficult and involved because of the sink's age and condition of the fixtures and pipes. He kept us informed of his progress throughout the job, and how he was approaching it. All was replaced, looks and works great. Eric was optimistic, professional and friendly throughout. I have used Caccia Plumbing and Electrical 2 times. One to fix the outlet in my garden that was shooting sparks, and one to fix my bathroom sink. Both times they were accommodating and very helpful. Both were fixed the first time. I went with them the 1st time because they didn't charge just for the home visit. I had spoked to a few electricians that wanted $90 just to come out. I thought maybe the $ would apply to the service BUT IT DIDN'T!!! Caccia comes out, looks at what needs to be done, gives you an estimate with options and then does the work for that amount. Terrible experience and unprofessional treatment of new customers. I needed an estimate for a small project (less than 1 day of work). While they knew the nature of the project upfront and they had no availability for a month to do a quick site visit for an estimate, instead of saying so upfront that they can't do it, they asked me to share a lot of information that was not needed for this answer and wasted my time for several hours. Then they came back with a month out estimate to just visit the site to just provide an estimate for a job that takes less than a day to complete. Terrible. Unprofessional. BEWARE - If I could, I would give Caccia Plumbing a ZERO rating. In 2025, I needed a sewer lateral inspection and contacted Caccia and scheduled the inspection. The service tech arrived on time and performed the video inspection; charged me $561, and gave me an estimate of $26,000, however the video was corrupted and completely unusable. When I contacted Caccia to request a refund for the inspection, I was told no refund would be provided. I do not recommend using Caccia if you want to receive good and fair service, technicians who provide a usable video and a reputable company that provides even an ounce of good customer service to their longtime customers. The entire process with Caccia Home Services was highly efficient. My only minor complaint is having to navigate an AI screening system to reach a live person, which wasted a few minutes and felt unnecessary. Additionally, their pricing is on the higher side--roughly double that of Discount Plumbing--but I didn't mind paying a premium for quality workmanship. Their technicians are professional and skilled, and most importantly, they communicated clearly. This quality is often lacking these days in the service industry. Even their young apprentice, Eddie Lopez, did an excellent job installing my toilet. The water has stopped dripping, and he left my bathroom spotless, taking great care not to scratch my newly resurfaced hardwood floors and he even hauled away everything without us having to ask. Kameron was our technician and handled a difficult electric water heater system that provides both radiant heating and hot water, which was damaged during a brownout. There were no problems getting the needed parts overnighted, and even though it was a big job, everything was completed quickly and professionally within two days. Today, Eric came out to fix our water leaks.  He was polite, highly skilled, and answered all of our questions clearly. He patiently listened as we showed him the water leaks in the bathrooms, the utility sink in the garage, and the outside valve. Then he proposed options and solutions. To ease our concerns. he even showed us picctures as examples of what we could expect after the fixes. Once the job was complete, he walked us through his work to show that everything was fully resolved. On Sunday, we heard a leaky 2nd floor toilet, including drops of water on the 1st floor ceiling underneath. On Monday morning, Caccia was at our house. Our technician, Christian, was very professional and explained everything along the way, from possible causes to how he was going to diagnose the problem. He was transparent about the pricing also. We had feared the worst - that a pipe had burst. He assuaged our fears and discovered that years of our kids flushing huge wads of toilet paper caused a massive block-up against decades of scaling in the pipes, and the back pressure caused this leak. (NOTE to parents: watch how much toilet paper your kids use!) The whole appointment was completed in a couple of hours. We'll need to fix the water damage to the 1st floor ceiling, and we'll be calling Caccia again to help with replacing the pipes with the heavy scaling. Thank you Caccia! read more

We did a replacement of the water heater with Caccia. We have been struggling with the problem for several weeks, and contacted many different plumbing / water heater services. We decided to go with Caccia in the end. Joseph, who first came to our home and checked our water heater issue was professional and had great attention to details.
