On Sunday, we heard a leaky 2nd floor toilet, including drops of water on the 1st floor ceiling underneath. On Monday morning, Caccia was at our house. Our technician, Christian, was very professional and explained everything along the way, from possible causes to how he was going to diagnose the problem. He was transparent about the pricing also. We had feared the worst - that a pipe had burst. He assuaged our fears and discovered that years of our kids flushing huge wads of toilet paper caused a massive block-up against decades of scaling in the pipes, and the back pressure caused this leak. (NOTE to parents: watch how much toilet paper your kids use!) The whole appointment was completed in a couple of hours. We'll need to fix the water damage to the 1st floor ceiling, and we'll be calling Caccia again to help with replacing the pipes with the heavy scaling. Thank you Caccia! read more

We decided to go with Caccia in the end. Joseph, who first came to our home and checked our water heater issue was professional and had great attention to details. Caccia was able to quickly come out and diagnose my clogged kitchen sink. Erik from Caccia informed me of the alternative possible causes, and alternative possible solutions depending on whatever he would discover as the cause. He determined the location of the clog, and the need for use of a plumbing snake to clean it out. He determined that the more expensive potential cause, a clogged sink garbage disposal, was not the actual cause. Erik was professional, honest, personable, and efficient. My only qualm is that when I called to make an appointment for the next day if possible, I stated I would prefer a 4-hour window for when Caccia would come by. However, I was informed that was not possible, and that they would come by at some point during the day (i.e. 8-hour window) and would text me at least 30 minutes prior to arrival. read more

I tried to contact a few other plumbers before reaching out to Caccia, and had a much easier time scheduling with Caccia than any of the others. You can schedule an appointment yourself on their website, and dispatch will contact you over text to confirm a time window. This was very convenient and easy for me. I got a text about 15 minutes before arrival with a photo of my plumber and a little bit about him. Joseph came out on the initial call, along with another technician. Both were very helpful and polite, transparent about pricing, and showed me what they were doing so I knew it was right. When I asked what a part was for, they explained it easily without condescending. I found that refreshing. The job ended up being a bit more work than we all thought it would be, so they needed to cap it up for the night and resume later. Dispatch didn't have anything available the following day, but they got me scheduled first thing for the day after that. Once again, I got a text about 15 minutes before arrival with a photo and bio of my plumber. This time Jake arrived to finish the job. I asked him if they had let him know the plan, and he knew exactly what to do. In about 90 minutes, he was all wrapped up, and everything looks better than it was before the problem even started. Jake is very detail oriented; he did the caulking really neatly, so it is almost hidden. That kind of special attention isn't expected, but it is very much appreciated. I would use Caccia again. All three people I had at my home were polite, responsible, and clearly understood their craft. Booking was easy. They showed up when they said they would. The cost was a little pricy, but I think it's completely reasonable to pay a skilled worker that kind of money for their labor. You can save a little bit by paying with a check. read more

In early November we had Caccia come out when the gas controller failed on our water heater. A rep came out the next day and quoted us on a new water heater saying it would make more sense than trying to fix the controller. As the water heater was already 10 years old that made sense. He quoted the heater as well as getting permits, scheduling inspection and meeting the inspector with the permit to sign. We went for the whole package. The installer came the next day and completed installation, which was fine and has had no problems. However, he did not cover his feet and left the floor dirty getting to the heater. The floor around the heater was littered with bits of metal and he made no attempt to clean up. He also replaced a release valve on the outside and left the old one lying on the ground. After a month we had heard nothing about the inspection so I called and got an AI assistant that said the project manager would call me. After a couple of days someone called and reiterated that the project manager would call me. After a few more days of no call I called and finally got the project manager who scheduled the inspection. When the inspector came he said he had tried to contact the person who was supposed to meet him and could not. So he did the inspection by himself, which indicated everything was done properly and said the permit would be filed electronically. We did get a new water heater installed properly and promptly -- and very expensively. However, the cleanup and followup left us less than enthusiastic about Caccia. read more

My hot water suddenly gave out, so I called Caccia given the excellent work they've done for us in the past. Kameron came and diagnosed the issue immediately -- and then spent an hour on the phone with the manufacturer working to get us a new part under the original warranty from a decade earlier. The part came a few days later, and he came back an hour after it arrived to install it -- even though he was supposed to already be off work for the day. Now we have hot water again! Kameron was super knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative -- I've actually already gotten him signed up to work on another family member's water heater soon as well. It's true that Caccia is sometimes more expensive than other options -- but you get what you pay for! I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

Abnan was absolutely awesome! After calling around to a bunch of other plumbers, we finally found caccia and we were so happy to get someone out to our house for water backflow testing. The testing is required by our county but we had no idea, so we had a really short turnaround to get our paperwork together. I called them and texted them the forms and the communication was super easy. They don't really schedule your time slot until basically the day before and they did have to reschedule my originally date because there was a plumbing emergency at their earlier appointment, so we had to be flexible too. Still, the paperwork was done in the 2 weeks the county gave us...PLUS the appointment was completed in less than 20 minutes. Very convenient. I will also say they are a bit more expensive. The other quotes I got were half the price, so is all a balance between time/availability and convenience.
