We had a broken circuit in our bedroom, and Luke was incredibly professional and helpful. He quickly explained what was going on and was able to track down a dropped neutral wire within an hour. We had several electricians come out before this visit, and none of them were able to properly diagnose the issue. Luke figured it out quickly and clearly explained the problem along the way. I would highly recommend Luke and Century Services Pros to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable electrician. read more

Everything about my experience with Century Services pros was positive, from start to finish. I had a leak I had been dealing with for some time. They were able to come out the same day, listened to all my issues and answered all my questions, and showed up the next day for repairs. Reynaldo is very friendly and extremely organized. I knew what was happening each step of the way, even when they were leaving their offices or another project and heading my way. No one else I would think to call in the future except for Century! read more

I am grateful for their honesty. We had an electrical issue in our laundry room. Another electrician came and tried to talk us into a $3100 upgrade of our panel and sub-panel to fix the issue. We decided to get a second opinion. Luke from Century Service Pros came and told us there is a short in our dryer. It's not an electrical issue, no need for electrical work. I appreciate his honesty. Pure class. Thank you! read more

Expert Repair & Long-Term Results: Ask for Marvin! We had a leak in our building water main pipe inside our garage. I got several estimates and found that Century Service Pros was the most specific, making the best sense. TL;DR Marvin was very helpful in diagnosing the roots in our pipe, providing reasonable options (replacing broken pipe) and then being there the day of to make sure everything was done correctly. I am very happy with the work he and his team did and would go back to them for future plumbing issues. Long story: We have had problems for years with slow draining pipes that needed frequent unclogging. We had no clogs after a hydrojetting 9 months ago but the problem came back. We decided to look for a more permanent solution and found Marvin. While other plumbers were charging $350 just to give an estimate, Marvin came out and did a camera inspection of our pipe free of charge. He even sent me a copy of the video so that I could show it to other plumbers who wanted to charge me. That earned him a lot of good will with me and ultimately, along with his reasonable pricing and friendly demeanor, made it easy to select him as the plumber we wanted to go with. The day of the job, Marvin and his team were there at 9am and they worked hard until the job was complete around 5pm. I had errands to run so I was not home during most of their work, but I received continuous updates from Marvin via text message with photos of their progress. Although I am not an expert in plumbing I feel very confident with the quality of their work based on how they handled replacing the concrete. The sidewalk concrete was replaced twice because the first time they poured the concrete, a pedestrian stepped on it and left a faint shoe mark. They did not think touching up the concrete would be adequate and instead removed most of the top layer of concrete and mixed new concrete to start over. I appreciate their attention to detail and believe it carries over to the work that I cannot see in the ground. The next time I have any plumbing issue, Marvin will be the first person I call. read more

I can't say enough good things about Century Pros and the amazing customer service they provided me with my project! I had plumbing and gas lines that needed to be rerouted and from the start of the project, Reynaldo and Marvin Gonzalez provided me with the knowledge and expertise in creating a viable plan with my vision. Reynaldo then provided me with an no bs quote that was affordable and unbeatable with the 3 other contractors I compared with. It wasn't even close! Day of the project, Marvin did an outstanding job! He communicated well and went above and beyond to make this project come to life. His attention to detail and craftsmanship really showed in his work. Marvin made sure his work was done in the highest standard and finished this project better than I had anticipated. He had also provided me with great insight and options to prevent future disaster for my home. Marvin and Century Service Pros will be my first call if I need any projects done for my home. We had an emergency situation at the house on a Saturday night. The team came during the weekend (I have received a lot of responses "we'll get back to you on Monday") did an analysis and found the problem (which was a major block in the 80 year old home to city sewage pipe). They started working immediately and it took several days to replace the pipe and fix other plumbing issues we had under the house. They are extremely professional. Every day, when they finished working, they connected the house provisionally to the main sewage line so we can stay at home and use the bathrooms and water. It was a pleasure working with them. Our main contact point person was Marvin, who was amazing. read more

Reynaldo and his team came over the same day I submit my request for a drain issue. They arrived when they said they would and got to work quickly. They exhausted all options to get the drain back running-not leaving until the job was done. It was not an easy job but they stuck true to their word and promise they would get it back working. Reynaldo has earned a happy client and I will continue to work with them moving forward. read more

I had a great experience with this team. We were dealing with high water pressure and some noisy water hammer issues. Marvin came out for a free on-site estimate and was incredibly thorough. He took the time to look at everything carefully and explained exactly what was happening so I could understand the issue. Beyond just diagnosing the problem, Marvin showed me how everything works and even walked me through how to do regular maintenance on our tankless water heater, which was incredibly helpful. Their quote was very competitive, and Marvin was able to come back and get the entire job completed just two days after I accepted. The work was done clean and nicely, leaving no mess behind. I reached out to Century Services Pros to diagnose a toilet that had been clogging in my new home. Marvin first came on site to provided an initial diagnosis. He was extremely thorough in his inspection and actually tried his best to fix the issue with an auger right then and there. Unfortunately that don't work out so I had to think about how to proceed. From the companies that I had contacted, Marvin and his crew were the most professional, thorough, and had the most competitive rate. In the second visit, Marvin removed the toilet and used a heavy duty auger to remove the clog. Turned out that there was heavy scaling all through out the pipe and it needed to be washed with hydrogen peroxide. I was extremely impressed with Marvin's attention to detail. He spend over 5 hours cleaning up the pipe and reinstalling the toilet, all for a very competitive price. He also took a lot of care to make sure everything was left clean just as he found it. I highly recommend Marvin and his team for any plumbing needs! read more
