They arrived on time, finished within the agreed schedule, and were pleasant to work with. However, the shower remodel left much to be desired. The shower wall is uneven, which made it impossible to install a door properly without leaving a gap. The wall panels also have noticeably different gaps from top to bottom, and the silicone work in the corners was sloppy -- I'll need to redo that myself. Since the shower door wasn't installed at the end of the project, I had to hire a different contractor after waiting about three weeks. I understand that walls in older condos can be tricky, but I didn't expect such visible imperfections. Overall, it was a good experience -- plumbing was solid, pricing was good, but finish quality could be better.

I had friends staying at my place and they were using flusable wipes that didn't flush. Long story short; I ended up snaking the house and not fixing it. I had to call in the pro's. I got to dig them for not coming to my place on time; the owner was dealing with a issue we talked about later but; if i was a person who was in a hurry I would of went elsewhere. Anyways hours after call. Percy shows up who is a real nice guy; gets to work with the power snake we run water clear it up. Then he comes out with the camera so check my lines; this is what I wanted to do in the 1st place. I have 6 feet of lines where roots are coming though. This is very bad as it requires the pipes to be replaced and this isn't cheap at all. Percy did quote me for doing everything It was fair for the amount of work. I honest don't know what I'm going to do; it's so much money to fix this issue if anyone has any input send me a message let me know E-Z plumbing did the work and did it well; I ended up paying cash and he was fair about labor with me; Its no something you want to call a plumber but it was good my issue was fixed correctly now just need to figure out my bigger issue.

My original review didn't include the three photos, so in their initial comment they said I have never contacted them, and I left fake review on their page and they are going to use legal weapon against me. But unfortunately I didn't take screenshot of their rude original comment. BE AWEAR, you would like to keep every record possible if you will deal with them. They deleted their initial comment after my UPDATE review with those three photos attached, because they know I have proof of our phone call conversations, messages and email I sent to them. They cannot simply say I'm lying. So they post this new comment here. I called them, then sent email to them , and sent text message to them to confirm the appointment. If that's not enough, I don't know what else I could do. Particularly when there's city engineer/ inspector involved, they should show a little bit more respect for other's time and efforts. I end up working with another local sewer company, which is great, showed up on time, and bring everything needed for the specific inspection, and the city engineer/ inspector found it easy and pleasant to work with too. We had Jovani work on three separate issues during his visit: clearing the kitchen sink drain, which was not draining properly, he then replaced and disposed of an upstairs toilet, and finally replaced the cartridge from a dripping bathtub faucet. Jovani made sure we were satisfied with his work as he addressed each issue along the way. He completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.
