Around 11:20 AM this Monday on El Camino, I watched the driver cut across lanes right in the middle of an intersection without using a blinker. It was a pretty reckless move that nearly caused an accident. ​If you've got employees out in company-marked cars, they really need to be more careful. It's a bad look for the brand and, more importantly, a safety hazard for everyone else on the road. Hopefully, management can get this sorted out.

No problem, we clear out a wider area and leveled the grounded. The second time he came back, he showed up with a 4 ft long leveler to measure and again, claimed that there wasn't enough ground clearance edge to edge, and it was again an automatic fail. This was a clear case of changing the requirement, and on top of that, he was very rude and uncooperative, and even charged a $200 service fee. Overall, a very poor experience and we have nothing positive to show other than a hole in my wallet.

Gavin arranges a time to come by, usually within a day or two of me reaching out. The check itself is quick and simple. Gavin advised me on what's needed, when the valve might need to be replaced (not yet) and why the checks are done. On one visit, a part unexpectedly broke during the check, and he was able to make a temporary fix and then come back the next day to fix it. Overall, a good service at a fair cost!

Not only did Chad quickly determine that the hydro jet was overpriced and not actually needed - after sending a camera down the pipe - he took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and why and then promptly cleared the line; something which the earlier guy could've easily done but decided to offer to charge $1800.00 (for what I now know is typically a $300-$600 service.) Always get a 2nd opinion!! Lol. And kudos to *Chad* (who's also a very nice and personable guy) and Drainline Plumbing!!! Employee, Raymundo Pablo Matias from Drainline in an attempted hit and run. I chased Pablo down…read morewhile calling the cops. Pablo realized that he wasn't getting away, so he pulled over at a gas station. Pablo told me that he was sorry and to not call the cops and that he will pay for the damages. I told Pablo too late. I'm on the phone with the police right now and that he should've just stop. Pablo got visibly upset. Meanwhile the passenger an older Hispanic female not dressed for labor work threw away multiple emptied beer bottles. Pablo passed field sobriety test with Hayward Police; however, the truck got towed for Pablo not being licensed. Cops called Chad from Drainline who did not provide proof of insurance as requested by HPD. My insurance attempted to reach out to the company and Chad who took no responsibility; therefore, this is posted. Everyone who ever worked hard and followed the law to pay for insurance to be responsible citizens should be upset. This is why our insurance rates are so high. We get to pay for uninsured and unlicensed drivers.
