First time at Roxy's and enjoyed our meals. Came for lunch and we ordered the kalbi short ribs, katsu chicken and the spicy garlic crispy chicken. The kalbi short ribs did not disappoint. These were thick cut short ribs u like other places I have ordered from. The spicy garlic crispy chicken was my favorite. Had that sweet, spicy and zesty flavor to it. All orders came with rice and pasta salad. It definitely came with a lot of food - good enough to share. The spam musubi was delicious too. Perfect balance with the rice to spam combo. The service was fast and attentive. They were getting busy for lunch service. This location isn't that big. They have indoor and outdoor seating to choose from. Overall - a good spot to grab some Hawaiian food.

Ambiance: 6/10 chill takeout vibes Service: 8/10 super friendly and very helpful staff. Food: 8/10 the portions are just insane. Absolutely love it. Noodles were amazing, chicken was a bit too charred but for the price on too good to go, this is an absolute bargain!

This is my favorite place for a nice warm comforting meal. The prices are unbeatable for the portions. Always friendly staff. Never had a bad thing here!

Buggah was ono, felt like I was back home. Katsu was crispy, katsu sauce was bomb, mac was mayjah. Aunty who gave me the food was really nice and talk story with me. Definitely coming back.

We were in Portland visiting my cousin for the weekend and we wanted to grab a quick light dinner…read moresince we had a super heavy lunch around 3pm. My cousin mentioned this place and we were hesitant to try it. He said they had great reviews and was in New York Times, but we were still hesitant to try it because we didn't care much for Pizza- nor were we craving it. It was me, my 15-year-old daughter, my brother, my sister in-law and my cousin. We were greeted but the most friendliest staff I've ever encountered IN MY LIFE. You order and pay at the counter and find a seat. They have an area where you can get your own waters as well. We ordered the Pho Pizza, Banh Mi Pizza, and the Chicken Satay Pizza. I wanted to order the Pandamn ice cream but they ran out as well as their tiramisu desserts. In my head I wanted to take away 1 star but then I tried the pizza. Pho - 10/10 First bite and I could NOT stop smiling. It was SOOO good! This was the groups favorite. My brother doesn't even like sprouts but it worked very well with the pizza. It was like eating pho but on bread. OMG my mouth is salivating just thinking about it and I can't even get it now because I'm in the Bay Area. Banh Mi - 100/10 This was my personal favorite. It was basically like an open Banh Mi with a hint of pizza. The flavors were amazing and I loved the pickled daikon and carrots on top! I'm not sure if refreshing would be the right world, but I know amazing would be another way I would describe this. I live in San Jose and I go to San Francisco often so I'm actually pretty disappointed in the Bay Area for not having anything like this. Satay Pizza - 9/10 To be honest, we were already getting full but because it tasted so good, we finished this one too. The sauce was a creamy curry sauce (I think with a hint of coconut) and had some peanuts sprinkled on top which gave it more flavor and a nice texture. Lastly, the pizza crust tasted AMAZING. It had a slight crisp to it but it was fluffy in the inside, kind of like Mochi bread. We literally left no crumbs! 1000/10 would recommend this place!

This place is a must-try!! The Korean burrata salad is incredible, so flavorful and delicious with every bite. This time I tried their monthly flavor of pizza, the chicken satay, and it was very satisfying! The wood-fired crust pairs well with the yuzu ranch, if that is your thing. Since I'm from SE, I will definitely be coming here when I find myself at the Reser!

I've been on the hunt since my old spot closed down, and this place is exactly what I was looking for. We ordered the chicken teriyaki and the short ribs. Both were excellent. The chicken comes with rice and -- this is the part that surprised me -- an actual green side salad with a house dressing I've never encountered anywhere else. It's genuinely good and worth paying attention to. But the real star is how they cook the meat. You know how some teriyaki places essentially boil the chicken in sauce? Not here. The sauce is applied like a glaze, and the meat has that char on it. That's the way it should be done, and it makes all the difference. The value for the money is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The space is early strip mall -- I wouldn't plan a dinner date here -- but it's clean and completely unpretentious. The food is the whole reason to go, and the food delivers. If you know teriyaki and you've been looking for a reliable spot, this is it.

The chicken was great as were the veggies. Also for $11 I think the price was definitely worth it. The veggies are comparable to Panda Express, which isn't a bad thing, that's just what I thought of. I ordered to go and it took less than 10 mins to get my food out so that was great! While it's not the most amazing chicken teriyaki in the world, it's a great tasting and affordable option if you're looking to grab a quick lunch. I'd eat here again and maybe try their spicy tofu or something, that sounded good when I saw it on the menu. But yea, solid lunch spot!
