Affordable and quality service I highly recommend this Cleaning service they did great.

Yesterday, I requested a deep clean for my 1 bedroom apartment. I paid $250 and to be honest this was the worst cleaning job I've ever paid for. They "mopped" with a swifter pad. With a deep cleaning I would have thought it would have at least been mopped. Even with the swifter our floors are left stickier than before because the dirt was just moved around. Any sticky spots or marks on the floors were not touch. Even when they "cleaned" our kitchen table there were still crumbs and marks. I got home a few hours after the cleaning so I didn't get a chance to call and even when I did, the voicemail box was full . I will admit the bathroom look pretty decent, at first glance but when I looked at the floors I saw toothpaste spots still on the floor. And when I stepped with my bare feet in the bathroom, my feet stuck to the ground. I originally wanted to just do a basic clean, but they said I had to do a deep one for the first time, and this is just sad if this is what they consider a deep clean. I didn't mind spending the money. I just wanted it done correctly. I would say the cleaning job was worth $50. I could've paid my nephew to do this and it might've been a better job. I wish I had taken pictures to post, but I was so angry, I ended just cleaning everything up. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews, but I would hate anyone to spend that amount of money for this amount of service . I will be honest that the microwave and stove looked good but that's the only positive thing I can say. read more

On the day of requesting a quote, I agreed to the price and sent over $50 deposit. Communication went well in that initial time. When it got closer to the date of service, it took more than a day to confirm with them that they are still coming to clean, after I didn't hear back, I had to call various times to finally get the confirmation of cleaning. On the day of scheduled cleaning, I get a message asking if they can come 2hrs earlier than scheduled time.m because they finished a job before my scheduled time early. I was not able to answer or see my messages until after work time, and the last message I saw they wanted to reschedule because they didn't hear from me for 45min. This is unacceptable professionalism and business practice. I called them back immediately once I saw there message saying I'm 10min away and barely got off work. Then I'm told they will "wait" for me to get home. Making me feel guilty that I'm holding them up when the scheduled time wasn't until another 1.5hrs. Then I'm told to give the cleaners cash cuz their system is down. Luckily I had cash cuz then I would be having to drive out to ATM. Last, I had asked if I was going to receive invoice for tax records, was told I will receive with 24hrs. Never received! The cleaners were excellent, it was mostly the administrative side of this that was not going well. On the next scheduled appointment I had messaged and asked for a reschedule and didn't hear back for more than a day so I had to get estimates and confirmation from another cleaning company where I can be assured I have my needs met. I called you an "asshole" in a Yelp message after you justified your poor business practices. Which, based on your business practices, you obviously are one. Enjoy your ONE STAR. You've EARNED IT. Your cleaning team did a fantastic job, but your business practices are shady. I see that multiple one star reviews have had the same problem I ran into. I requested: A deep clean PLUS Window cleaning (exterior) Window cleaning (interior) Upholstery cleaning Oven cleaning Laundry Rug / carpet cleaning Tile and grout cleaning Fridge cleaning You responded: "Hello I received your request for Cleaning Service, I quoted you according to the information you provided. $280-330". The key phrase here being "ACCORDING TO THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED". But then you send me a picture of services that I originally requested labeled as "extra". I'm confused by this exchange. I was specific with my requests, but you don't even do most of the things I asked for in the quote (you don't do laundry or windows for example). And then you show up and charge me $200 MORE than the original quote for LESS than what was in the initial request in the middle of the cleaning happening. I paid the $480 fee because your workers are kind and hard working and deserve to be paid, but this is very obviously a "bait and switch" for which I will never use your services again. I'm sure you'll keep getting away with it because of that picture you send. But the picture that details what you DO is not indicative of the REQUESTED QUOTE. You quoted me BASED ON THE REQUESTED SERVICES. If you didn't do those things then you should have said so or changed your quote to reflect the requested services. The original quote for our 3 bathroom 3 bedroom house with deep cleaning in bathrooms and kitchen with toaster oven and inside fridge was under $300 which seemed low to me. Once the crew was here they charged $75 more per bathroom stating they were "really built up". (This seems odd, we disinfect and deep clean regularly) Also they couldn't clean inside the fridge unless there was no food in it (weird- other companies do). I skipped cleaning the fridge. Overall the price was pretty low but the cleaning was not too thorough. They did not clean the baseboards and I found many corners uncleaned. In the end, I appreciate this company could do the job quickly for a good price and they were responsive but I wish I would have hired the more professional and through competitor at a higher price. This cleaning service has a long list of things they clean, to confuse me. They dust a lot of surfaces not the inside of the cabinets and so on. The most outrageous is we paid extra for cleaning the first floor 4 small windows, they don't clean the frames of the windows, only the glasses! Their cleaners just put all the trash in the back yard, on their list is "cleaners remove trash." Their cleaning of other area is below average. First off I cannot believe they would show up to the property with pricing doubled, even though they were given all the criteria of the property bed and bath count square footage etc prior This is not how any one should do business! They started off by increasing the price from the original quote on Yelp which was fine it was only $30 more, even though in the original request we asked for a carpet cleaning included and they said that pricing wasn't included after the fact. Rven though i was originally given pricing with carpet cleaning included.... You guys need to change your business structure and how you give quotes and look carefully at the requests before giving pricing, as otherwise it looks like a bait-and-switch to me and everybody else I would never recommend this company to anyone! This is a fraud service! They only extract money and care about money. Please do not ask for service. I just paid $100 for no service. They took $50 when I cancelled my first appointment one day before the scheduled date last month (I requested change of dates a day before they never responded and said they will charge me) I just paid because I cancelled. They kept another $50 when I rescheduled and bailed on me last min saying that they had a car tire puncture one hour into the allocated time. I asked them to hold off and reschedule as I needed the service. I went ahead and asked them to come today to clean but they came 1.5 hours earlier than the time before I could arrange my stuff and when I was in the middle of my meeting. When I asked to explain she said that "if I don't want the service at that time, they can 'cancel' and keep the deposit of $50. I had no choice but to let them in. The cleaners came and called the manager again..she said I have to pay $150 more as it is not standard cleaning and requires deep cleaning. I had cleaners in the past clean the same area for the quote they quoted for standard cleaning. When I asked to do regular cleaning they said they won't and wouldn't even pay me my holding deposit back. She mentioned I will get the refund first over the phone, but never responded my texts, made me wait for several hours and responded back that the place was filthy and there is no way they will refund my deposit. Cleaners were good but it is ridiculously cheap when it comes to customer service and the use of language or money. Although prompt in responding I suggest you check bad reviews first. I was looking for someone to clean the house my family and I just moved out of. I reached out to several companies and Roxanne (Annie) was the first reply back. It was easy to figure out price and which date for her to come clean. She spent about 3 hours and the house was impeccably clean after. I really wish I took before and after pictures. There was a really old stove in the kitchen that I've spent countless hours trying to get clean and she managed to make it look brand new. I told your staff about our pet snake which is locked and caged before they started, if they were uncomfortable they could have told me and leave. 3. Very unprofessional and all in all a horrible experience. I do not recommend Roxanne's. TL;DR: Cleaners originally quoted us $150 for a deep clean. They started cleaning and bumped up the agreed upon price to $200. We disagreed on pricing and told them to stop. Cleaners insisted we pay $80 for the little amount that they cleaned, managed to negotiate it down to $50. Short $50 and still left with a mess. Overall, bad service that no one should have to deal with or pay for. --------------------------   Pricing was discussed beforehand and we were quoted $120 to $150 for a deep cleaning of the kitchen, living room, and bathroom in our home. We were told that since we lived near their company we would be receiving a "local discount." From my understanding, the $120 to $150 is already including that deal. We were interested and scheduled an in-home visit for this morning so they could give us an exact quote. If we were happy with the price they would begin cleaning right after. There were four of them and they quoted us $150 after taking a look around and said it would take 1 to 2 hours to finish cleaning. We agreed on that price and duration and gave them the OK to go ahead and start.   15 minutes later, after the cleaners already swept, wiped down the counters, cleaned the windows, stove, and half the sink they said they needed to increase the price up to $200 and extended the cleaning time to 3 hours. Excuse me? They had all the time they needed to inspect the area and ask any questions to give us a fair quote in the beginning. We agreed upon $150 and in the MIDDLE of cleaning they decide to be raise it by $50? How is that fair? Exactly, it's not. Also, adding an additional hour to the cleaning time gets in the way of us going to work or any plans we may have.   We told them to stop what they were doing since we did not agree on $200, so we could not accept their services. The cleaners said we needed to pay them $80 for gas plus everything they cleaned within those 15 minutes. First of all, $80 is over half of the originally agreed upon $150 and almost half of the increase to $200! A 15 minute cleaning for $80? That's insane! And gas? I thought this company was local! Guess it is, but the employees aren't. We managed to negotiate the pricing down to $50, but should we even be paying that much...?   Can't believe the mess that was made out of this. This isn't really a cleaning service, it's more of a quickly wipe it down service. A quick dust with a duster of the living room and dining room tables, nothing on the furniture. No real cleaning of the bathroom or kitchen counters. More like a quick wipe with a wet rag like you'd see on the table of a diner. Stovetop still a mess. Missed many spots on floor. I can't believe how many spots I found missed. It's a get it done as fast as you can service. Missing is that clean fresh smell of cleaner when you walk in after their finished. Either they use all unscented products or it's water only. I absolutely will not use again and can not recommend. And who's lying now? We ended upping our service from standard to deep cleaning which we anticipated based on the list sent to us. Worst experience ever. Unless you want to deal with a lot of drama, then don't pick this one. They even threaten me to pull their cleaner back if I refuse to pay the unreasonable extra. ( probably because I already paid the deposit, so they dare to threaten me) They call a table in the hall way, a study. They call a stove in a small living room, a living room + a kitchen. They will charge extra because they would claim at the time they give the quote, they mistakenly mix the room numbers, which I provided before the quote, which is not my fault. Even though I shouldn't be responsible for their mistakes, I still paid what they have asked, because the workers did a not bad job, though they barely speak English. I know I should pay more attention in my Spanish class when I was in college, but it was 10 years ago. Real funny. When I requested a quote. My suggestion for when you are asking for a price quote is be sure you mention if you have an office or a den - they count it as a bedroom for their price quote. Also mention if you have pets, as the extra hair required additional cleaning and increased the price, the day of cleaning. I figured they'd do a good job but I underestimated them. Kareens team was able to get stuff off my microwave that was caked on for years! LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I wish that I did. Initially they were quick to respond to my quote request and seemed reasonably priced; which was my reason for choosing them. They require a 50 percent deposit upfront just to book, which I was okay with. Then, I needed to reschedule due to changes in circumstances as I needed them to clean a home we were moving into. (The original owners wouldn't be out at their originally scheduled time). There was a 35.00 charge to simply reschedule. I was not happy about that, but decided to proceed. They showed up on time and we went over what needed to be done. I let them know my baseboards and drawers were most important to me. (Apparently CLEANING them is not included. I would've paid more for them to be done the way I needed but said they'd be done instead of charging me more and doing it corrrectly). She told me I had chose the wrong service (needed a move in move out vs a deep cleaning) that brought my total cost up to 400.00. I felt like that price was a lot, but again I went with it as I felt that was my oversight. I apologized as there was no water turned on yet and let them know I understood if toilets, showers etc weren't cleaned as well as they would normally be. I sent the money as they require you pay up front. Another red flag to me but I did it. We all went about our business and they cleaned for about 5 hours. Once we were nearing the end of my cleaning, I noticed the baseboards were not cleaned (p.s you pay a crap load just for "dusting baseboards" apparently) I confronted them and the cleaner said it was paint when I was showing her with my cleaning supplies it was not and wiped off. I later found drawers not cleaned at all, nothing was merely even dusted. The original owners left my home pretty clean so I didn't understand why things not requiring water were not in tip top shape. I am pregnant and really needed help to clean my home. Once I contacted the business, the unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service really kicked in. SHE WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK.I offered to show pictures of the job and areas that were not cleaned and whoever was writing back showed no interest. They only care about what they pay their cleaners (as I got a thorough unprofessional explanation on this) and not about the service they're providing, or your hard earned money. I was offered a 15.00 refund which is a slap in the face. I was also offered a one hour baseboard cleaning which would not even cover my home in my opinion as it it over 3000 sq ft. After much back and forth I received a 50.00 refund. This refund by the way was not immediately sent and I had to follow up on. I will post pictures of the conversation leading up to my refund. Please read so you're aware of what your dialogue will look like if you run into issues with their horrible services. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me. It's more of a headache than a help. read more

I knew something didnt feel right when she said she would charge me $50/- for doing some laundry. I was desperate and really didn't have time to look around so went with them. She then asks me to pay her the rest of the money before even starting! I called Annie and she was equally rude and non cooperative. I then asked her what the policy was to cancel the service and get a refund, and as we are talking my phone dies....I hooked it up and called her 3 minutes later and she tells me that the $50 depsit was non refundable. So I said fine, just sent your staff and we can get started. Annie then had the audacity to tell me that the staff had already left!!!! Literally 3 minutes, and they left. Rip off thrives!!! I am expecting Annie to write back and give some bull crap story about happened.... Just the fact that she responds to other reviews with such spite shows that she on the defence. This company did a decent job on cleaning my house after a move out. It was a little more expensive than I had thought but they are upfront with their pricing. My only complaint is that some of my baseboards weren't cleaned thoroughly, however, you do have an opportunity to point out stuff before they leave. I was in a hurry but I recommend taking a good look before they leave. I have a 3 bed 2 1/2 bath, I added carpet cleaning, window cleaning, oven, and garage. This is a ridiculous company!!! We are very unsatisfied about the cleaning service. At the beginning we have the deal of $200 to clean our house, when they arrived our house, they raise the price to $550 said they have to the first cleaning service, we agreed because we have guests coming and have no time to hire another company. And then they want us to pay the full amount of $550 in advance before they start, but we've already paid $50 for deposit. After arguing half an hour, they said we can pay half of the amount and after they finish pay the rest of it. And after that, they said they need $35 for every extra hour, we were not agree with this price because they didn't told us they will do by hour. And then they said they will finish in six hours, and agree to remove the $35 per hour. At the fifth hour, they said they need to leave because they have another appointment without finishing clean the stove in our house, and they said they have to charge $50 extra to do the stove. We were really angry because this stove was included in the cleaning list they give us. And they said if we don't give the money they won't do it. At the end, they said we have to pay the rest of money first, and they will do the stove. This company just keep increasing the price to do the job, and the service team has a very bad attitude toward our family. They have no integrity at all.
