I would say this company is a fraud. They quote you one price and then change it up. I had it set up for a move out cleaning. I knew my showers would take some time but I didn't get any of the items cleaned that were included with the items. I asked for any invoice and was told I'd receive one in 24 hrs. I've contacted them asking for my receipt and still haven't received it. They claimed their Zelle was down but wanted cash payment. All I wanted was some sort of documentation for my records showing my fees. read more

I was looking for a cleaner to work on my two bed two bath condo. I have a dog and a cat so the pet hair was getting a bit overwhelming! I reached out to Roxanne's Cleaning Solution and they were super flexible with my busy schedule. I changed the appointment a couple of times and they were super friendly and understanding. The booking process was great! In regards to the cleaning, they did mostly a great job. The bathrooms are spotless like I have never seen them before! They weren't even this clean when I moved in. Additionally the whole place smelled great when they left! Unfortunately though, there were a few things I wasn't completely satisfied by. Firstly, I had mentioned to them that my main focus was the dog hair. Over the phone, they didn't mention that, if you have pets, they use your personal vacuum. They told me this once they arrived at my house. This was pretty disappointing because I had be looking forward to having them utilize a professional vacuum to tackle the pet hair. Once they left, I inspected the carpet and there was still a lot of hair. I swiped my hand across and picked up quite a lot. I went back over everything with the vacuum again after they left which helped a bit, but definitely not as much as a professional vacuum would. The other area that wasn't as clean as I would have liked was the kitchen. They cleaned the microwave which was unexpected and it was spotless! However they did not wipe down the front of the oven, cabinets, or refrigerator. Perhaps if they had a more clear breakdown of what they would and would not clean I would have felt like there was more transparency. Now that I know all of this, is use them again but ask for a bit more clarity. read more

Really prompt, communicative and good service! We had our entire 5 bedroom home cleaned, including teen's bedrooms, bonus room, kitchen, ceiling fans, and master shower. We also have pets, so they cleaned up after them wonderfully :) Our home looked great and the prices are reasonable! Plus this team shows up, works fast, stays out of your way, and brings no drama, which we've had in the past unfortunately (example: some past cleaners were flaky, talked too much, cancelled at the last minute, cut corners with the work, shared too much personal drama...etc etc. This team did none of that.) I honestly cannot recommend their service. Anni first quoted regular cleaning price which were $145-$170. However, when she arrived, she told me that we needed deep cleaning, $260. We had pets, then she says, she has to charge me $20 extra. She told me that deep cleaning included wiping cabinets. When I think of hiring someone to clean my house, I expect cleaning of the whole house. But this service has a lot of things that they would not do, even with 'deep cleaning'. They do not clean shutters; I had to insist that they at least dust. They do not clean laundry room. They do not even vacuum walk in closet. All of the furnitures were dusted only. they did not use furniture cleaner to wipe furnitures. They do not vacuum dog beds even after charging me extra. And, yes, they did wipe cabinets in kitchen, but guess what? They did not wipe any of cabinets in bathrooms. I have had many house cleaning service in the past and they are one of the worst and expensive for what they do. I will not be hiring them again. This type of cleaning is something I can do myself. If I am hiring professional cleaning, I expect professional job. After they left, I had to vacuum floor cushion, wipe furniture myself. Total waste of money. read more

Jasmine and Sofia were nice and very cooperative. My complaint is not with their work at all. I live in a 1 yr old home and it's just two adults, who are very tidy. Standard cleaning with mormst other companies means they clean the surfaces well, including the microwave and the cabinets. For this company, if there's a little bit of splatter, it's considered 'deep cleaning.' They didn't clean the glass shower door, again as they said that's 'deep cleaning'. What???? I literally was cleaning behind them and dusting and cleaning bc everything except a cursory swipe is considered deep cleaning. They did show up on the same day as requested (a Saturday) and the two ladies were on time, which is very appreciated. I want to support this business but unfortunately I won't ask them to return. read more

I hired RCS for my sister after a huge part of my family stayed at her home for a week. We had 4 kids/toddlers together and lots of adults. I was able to book, coordinate, and pay from Northern CA while my sister just had to let the crew in. The office manager was really helpful making that happen. My sister said they did a great job, and as it was a deep clean they did things she said she never would have thought of, or got around to. I arranged a trial cleaning for the weekly cleaning in the future. Anni made a low quote then came in my house and rise 40% of the price quoted before. I was running out of time so I agreed. Then they just cleaned for 2 hours 2 labors and if that's clean it's fine. But actually it isn't. the window blinds are full of dust and Anni replied blind is not including in deep clean?! OK then I found some trash left in my garage then Anni replied trash is not including in cleaning service. I told them this is an Airbnb house and they said they have fully experiences in Airbnb so I can't image how the airbnb guest checked in and found some trash in the garage or Anni just want me , the owner to go back to the house to take care of the trash. So what I need them for? If you want a cleaning service you don't need to worry about , then I don't think this is a good option. read more

Terrible work ethics. The charge for the second visit was higher than the first and they had mop streaks and didn't wipe the refrigerator top. We had to show them the dusting wasn't done in order for them to do it. The vacuum was poorly done. Will never recommend them again. I had told few friends about them which was a mistake. read more

We needed a company to clean our empty home before showing - we had Anna give an estimate two weeks ago. She came with three ladies. Our home is 2500 sqft after just over an hour they were done with upstairs and I thought that was strange since there were a lot of drawers, closets, etc to clean I paid Anna and had to leave. Thank God I came back because just 45 mins later they were done and packing their car when i showed up. Half the drawers in the kitchen were still dirty, the floors were sticky, the base boards in bathroom dirty and the sink bottoms dirty. She blamed us for the most part taking no ownership and used most of our products and barely hers when all of hers was the deal. We were left out of $450 with spending the next hour and a half mopping the over soaped and sticky floors they left. They used all of my dishwashing soap, paper towels, and windows were poorly cleaned too! Terrible service. She wanted the check made out to her only as well. Rosie, Karen and David just left my house! Let me tell you, my house was horrible! It was so dirty. They were on their knees scrubbing everything. Now you have to know they walk through at the beginning and make an agreement with you on what they are going to clean and how it is going to look.
