Horrible. Communication was shit in the beginning. Requested I send the quote she gave me 2 days prior because she never responded until I reached out to other companies and Yelp requested her again.. after reviewing everything that I needed cleaned before my realtor came to take pictures of my property. The following Monday. After accepting all that needed to be done, I was told to go on her website and make the appointment then was told pay a "appointment booking fee of $50" via venmo. She was scheduled to clean the empty house. I requested the move in/move out package. Took screenshots of everything it includes because I would have used her again if it was done properly.. this was my first time hiring a small family owned business. Her website and availability was exactly what I needed. Sunday morning I head to the property 20min before the appointment I receive a message from her stating she was going to be 2+ hours late because of a previous job. So I requested my appointment booking fee back because she said that "deposit" was the only thing securing my appointment time. I already wasted my time and gas going to the property to have her message me last minute saying she'll be late. We agreed on no later than 2pm. She then arrived at 240? Ridiculous considering I was again back at the property by 2pm then waiting another 40min. Herself and 2 other family members start unloading a vacuum and the cleaning supplies. So I ask is there anything they need from me and if I can run an errand since I didn't need to sit there while they cleaned. Around 6ish I get a call saying they're wrapping things up. So I head back to the house and immediately get told she old cleaned the fridge not the bottom freezer because "I didn't request it" yet it's listed on the cleaning that all appliances were to be cleaned inside and out? Then also stated she "cleaned" the oven only because I requested it in my booking requests.
When I say this family did NOT A DAMN THING but sit there. They claimed to spot clean the walls. Not done. I pointed out on the stairs a couple stains and they complained they weren't able to clean that because it was "grease" I grabbed a rag with WATER and wiped it right on in front of them. She then instructed her daughter to get a bucket and rag , as I'm walking through the house , nothing is cleaned ! They rushed out the door and left... the window seals are half ass wiped down.. the mirrors were dirtier ? Lol smudge marks. Even though I cleaned them prior. Some base boards were maybe wiped? Zero vacuum lines? So why bring the vacuum? Dust left on every ceiling fan, half wiped? All light fixtures and switches untouched and still dirty? Didn't even touch the microwave, didn't clean the counters in the kitchen or bathrooms. I wiped my hand and still saw crumbs on the counter! Dust right above the counters in the kitchen... cabinets still dirty not even wiped down. Didn't sweep or mop? But said I can pay her via venmo?? So I asked her why nothing was cleaned and sent photos of EVERYTHING that was stated on her website and what I requested. She goes on to say they didn't just twiddle their thumbs while at the property but they supposedly worked really hard and the house was "difficult to clean". And when I told her to adjust the $350 she was trying to charge me to a appropriate price because nothing on the list was completed. She then states she can come back when the moving tenant is completely out . Even though only a desk and bed were in the property. While sick and pregnant I had to spend 2 hours cleaning the house so it was ready for the photos the following day. Don't waste your time or money with this lady. Completely shit. Then tried to argue that windows and seals were only supposed to be "dusted " yet it states cleaning on her website. ?? Make it make sense. Sad I even wasted the $50. To end up cleaning everything myself. Never again...
Lmfao at the OWNER response , these pictures are after ! Don't say some bullshit. There's a time stamp when you take pictures. I used my "vulgar" language towards you not your " employees " aka daughter and husband. You apologized and claimed you clean on your website but you don't actually clean when it comes down to what you provide. Correct your bullshit on your website, specify CORRECTLY that you DONT clean everything listed, you "lightly dust". Also don't have a move out cleaning list and not even clean 80% of the damn list.
