She brought a small crew with her and they cleaned the whole 2,300ish square feet in about 3 hours, including baseboards, refrigerator, bathrooms, window sills (important), etc. Most importantly, Mary honored my request (really more of a condition) that there be NO Fabuloso! which I think is muy malo coz I hate the smell of the stuff, and she honored my request (condition) not to wear perfume or have the crew wearing perfume. I really dislike when service people and contractors wear all kinds of perfume and cologne and stink up the place....and I smell it for DAYS. Yes, I have a sensitive olfactory superpower, I admit. They did a great job, and Mary is super outgoing and the whole crew worked hard. I would gladly recommend them to anyone. I contacted a few others but selected her because she was the cheapest by about $50. I explained multiple times I needed a deep cleaning in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom cleaned, including baseboards, cabinets, and walls in the kitchen area. Cabinets were empty and just needed to be wiped out and there were no dishes or anything that needed washing. The main purpose of my call was to have the dust and dirt cleaned from the remodel. I have a small 1700 sq foot home and they were only cleaning 3 areas. Two workers cleaned for 2 hours, and the owner Gloria came an hour late and cleaned for 1 hour but she mostly just stood around. I saw her attempt to clean the baseboards wiping them quickly with one stroke with a dry paper towel. When they announced they were leaving I noticed the walls, ceiling fan, and inside cabinets were not touched AT ALL. The baseboards still had the same dirt that was there when they arrived. Gloria had her workers clean the baseboards again in a few areas and told me the walls would be $400 extra. Huh? To clean the walls in 2 small areas $400? Are you serous? She had just robbed me for $150 and did a mediocre job at "deep cleaning". I should've went with the other company I contacted for $50 more. Now I'm stuck cleaning my cabinets, fan, and walls. No wonder there are no reviews. Please look elsewhere for an honest and quality job. I received a message from Gloria stating I didn't mention that she cleaned an extra shower for me in my second bathroom and that her prices are fair. She cleaned 1 small bathroom and a shower stall only in my second bathroom. Once again, for the quality of work, the price was not fair. I told her on the phone when I initially called that I needed a deep clean, walls, and baseboards. I also showed the workers when they arrived exactly what I needed. They did not do a "deep clean". The services provided was a regular cleaning, if that, and neglected the clearly visible dirty areas. Like I said inside of cabinets were not touched, fan in living area not touched or dusted, walls not touched, baseboards half done. I reiterate, my house is not large at all. There is work involved for $150 bucks, it isn't given freely. Yet and still I paid her and didn't ask for any money back. I just cleaned the other areas myself. And just noticed that my stainless steal stove is scratched up on the outside from her worker using an abrasive sponge to clean. She says she has many recommendations. I guess she is taking care of their homes much better than she did mine.

This is where I should've known the problems were going to start. After about 45 minutes he called back and said that he had to set up his guy at another job site and would come my way afterwards, of course I said this was fine as I was at the unit with the electrician anyway. About an hour later he finally shows up and take a look at the unit and let us know how he will proceed with a quote, stating he had to punch it into a system and it would give him numbers at that point. By 3 PM that day I received a quote for $2700 to clean our 1600 square-foot unit. We asked if there was any discounts available and we agreed on $2400 at that point. Again another red flag is when he attempted to ask for half of the money down (which per the state of California they can only ask for 10% down) so he obliged when I reminded him of the state law and took the $240 deposit. Mind you my husband and I run a plumbing company so I know exactly how other contractors work or how they are supposed to be ran. Work was to be started 6/15 and be completed by 6/18. On 6/15 I met Daniel at the unit to handover the keys so that it would be more convenient for them not to have to wait for me to open up the unit and close it, that way they had full access to whatever they needed to get in and out. He stated they would be spending any word from 8 to 12 hours in the unit per day. This was far from the truth! The first day they were they are probably a total of 4 hours and when he says "crew" it was only him and one other person. Then he noticed that the ladder that was there for the electrician was gone and was irritated and made a side comment "now I'm going to waste my gas to go home and get my ladder". This should have been a red flag number 2. The next day 6/16 the camera system was supposed to be installed and I made him aware that they would be working around each other. This is where it gets extremely bad. Daniel met us at the unit at 7:30 AM so that the electrician could get in, as soon as we got the electrician all set up my husband and I left so that they could get done whatever they needed to. This is where the situation got even worse. We are now the second day in and nothing has gotten done and they literally only had two bucket shop vacs, a leaf blower and no cleaning supplies. Then come to find out from the other tenants that they were only spending about one hour every time they were at the unit and would disappear for 5 to 6 hours at a time. They also reported that Daniel and his employee were constantly in the parking lot smoking marijuana!!!! Highly unprofessional! At this point my husband and I return to the unit in the evening to you pay the camera installer I noticed that the unit is in worse condition than when we left it! Cobwebs still up in the skylights, dust & trash everywhere and none of the rooms had been touched the 2 days they were there! I asked Daniel to be back at the unit in one hour as the camera installer was wrapping up and we had no keys to the unit. After an hour and a half he still did not show up and when I called him to see where he was he stated that the camera installer told him to come back at 4 PM earlier that morning, he then proceeded to ask him why he disregarded my request of being there within an hour and his answer was the same even though he stated when I texted him that he would be there within the hour. After the much frustration I then proceeded to ask him if the work was going to be completed on time as nothing had been done and they only had one more day to work in the unit. He then handed the keys over to my husband and stated that " your wife is coming at me sideways and you need to talk to her about how she speaks to people". I'm sorry if a job is not done and you are messing around and smoking weed in the parking lot I am sure that is grounds for a complaint! So he handed the keys over and says they will not be cleaning the unit anymore and leaves all the trash behind! I then proceeded to ask for my deposit back as nothing was done and there were several witnesses to attest to it. He refused to refund me my deposit of course, should have known that was coming. Needless to say honestly I felt like this was a scam! They take your deposit and then refused to do the work so they don't feel they need to give you a deposit back. Please refer to their yelp review also where they burned another customer for $250. No doubt I will be reporting them to every unit I can! Don't get scammed by this company! They will take your money and leave their trash behind!

Wanda's service is impeccable, I can't recommend her highly enough. Not only did she find and remove every speck of dust, she went above and beyond - organizing junk and cleaning what is typically overlooked like railings, doors, and walls.
